    I absolutely love Kathleen. I was given a gift for Christmas to start laser hair removal treatment. I didnt think this is something I would ever do. The first session with Kathleen went great and the first session I immediately saw results. I am Italian and my hair grows thick and dark in certain places. Now Ive been working with her for over a year and a half having other parts laser hair removed and I wouldnt change a thing.     Kathleen is amazing! I have been a customer of hers for a while now and I knew after our first session I didnā€™t want anyone else to help me through this laser hair removal process! She is so sweet and outgoing and bubbly. I immediately felt comfortable with her since day one and I am very much an introvert. So that just says how great and welcoming she is, she immediately makes you feel like a friend she has known all her life. And I have seen amazing results with my hair removal. I have dark coarse hair and am very pale and this has really helped me gain more confidence in myself and not be so self conscious of my body hair since I would say after about 8 sessions 80% of it is pretty much gone! When I first spoke to Kathleen, I was a little nervous about having the laser hair removal done because of a recent health related issue. When I discussed my situation, she immediately began researching. She didnā€™t have to do that!! She couldā€™ve easily thrown it back at me and told me to figure it out with my doctor...but she didnā€™t. She took the time to become familiar with my situation and made sure it was safe for me.     This is by far my favorite and effective laser hair facility.     The owner, Kathleen is absolutely amazing at what she does. She cares about her clients, takes time to understand their needs and provides a very professional atmosphere. I have been going to Kathleen for over a year now and shes the ONLY person I trust. I have had other laser hair techs at a different place do my treatment and I walked out with burned skin. I will not go to anybody but Kathleen. I highly recommend her if your in need of laser treatment. I have PCOS and was scared that laser would be a waste of money but it has helped me lessen my hair growth. Women with PCOS will probably always have hair growth but I can definitely assure you people who are second guessing it, that have hormonal difficulties, it definitely improved my self confidence with how well it has worked already. She is honest and extremely knowledgeable about laser hair removal services and most importantly I feel so comfortable in such a intimate service that can be intimidating and uncomfortable.I have done it all, shaving, waxing ( organic and regular) Iā€™ve tried at home devices and nothing worked for me. I struggled with Insecurities with having 5 oā€™clock shadow underneath my under arms and constantly having issues with ingrown hairs on my bikini line and no matter what I did I just felt defeated.I was nervous about laser and from friends all I heard was it was expensive and painful.
