    I recently had my first appointment for laser hair removal with Mita, and I could not be happier with the experience! I was genuinely very nervous as this was my first time doing laser.     This is my first time getting laser done and I must say, it has been a wonderful experience. The facility is super clean, and Mita is really good.     Mita is the BEST at what she does! I used to go to a popular laser spot in New York City when I lived in NJ! I barely saw results!! What a waste of money! She used cooling techniques and took breaks as needed which minimized the discomfort. The results have been fantastic.     I recently had my first IPL session at the Laser Spot in Lutz and couldn’t be happier. I had been unsuccessfully trying to overcome melasma with over-the-counter topicals for about 2 years. Mita’s office is beautiful, her scheduling app is seamless and Mita is a wealth of knowledge and skill in the skincare realm. My only regret is not seeking out Mita sooner.

    Coming into the laser spot I had no idea about laser other than it will do its job if you know what I mean… I had just purchased my Groupon and made my appointment. The owner took the time to educate me on what to do before and after the sessions and schedule my appointments before heading out. She gives me a stress ball to hold during all my sessions and is so kind! I love coming here! Truly great experience and customer service!
