    I found this amazing salon near my place about 6 months ago, and I have been blown away by the experience every single time. The salons atmosphere is exquisite, and its such a calming haven. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Plus, Im usually very particular about my pedicures, but every single one has been absolutely top-notch. I always leave feeling so rejuvenated and recharged. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

    10/10 recommend! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They always make sure you are 100% comfortable while you are there. The nail tech I get Kevin always goes above and beyond and takes pride in his work. If he notices an acrylic nail is crooked he will take the nail off and redo it and I love that! You spend good money doing your nails and I will never complain when I go here

    First timer here and I’m so glad I took a chance on this place. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly face by the name of Mathew, who I learned is the manager . I came in with botched nails and needed a re-vamp and he took the time to listen to my concerns and make the appropriate suggestions for me. He then introduced me to my nail technician Van who was extremely professional and meticulous with his techniques. He took his time and was careful to pay attention to the finer details. I will definitely return and I highly recommend Van!

    My first visit today. This business is absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and modern.The owner Andrew greeted me at the door, hes very personable, friendly, and oversees many details of his business. He cares about his customers and it shows. He helped me pick out my color, explained the new procedures due to COVID-19 and assured me I will be well taken care of. My technician was Trish. She explained everything in detail, asked me if everything was ok with me when she did each step. Shes very diligent with her work and she takes her time. I had the organic lavender volcano Crystals pedicure, paraffin feet wax, a manicure, dip powder, and paraffin hand wax. My nails look absolutely beautiful. I love all the natural indoor plants they have throughout the area. Relaxing music is playing and no tv. Complimentary drinks offered as well. Plenty of parking outside. They really make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

    This was my first visit and I can safely say it will not be my last. My friend from out of state and I went for relaxing girl day out.The establishment is very clean and beautiful. All the employees we met were so nice and helpful. I personally had Michael and Monica work on me between my manicure and pedicure. They both were very professional, as well as doing great work. I absolutely love my acrylics!You will not be disappointed from this place for nails and they have so many other beauty treatments available there as well. All reasonable priced.

    Erica is an amazing artist! My daughter brought me here after a lot of research. It was a bday gift! Yep, your jealous, best daughter EVER! My brows are PERFECTION. I was very nervous and her detailed, precision brow mapping and the time she took to look at my brows from every angle, sitting, standing and laying down, gave me confidence to just relax!     I was greeted immediately upon walking in by two friendly gentlemen. I checked in and was encouraged to select my Dip Powder color. I was escorted to my chair where Monica did a wonderful job on my nails! Their prices are very fair on the nails, in my opinion. The salon was clean, inviting and the staff are friendly. The Dip Powder was the only service I received, but they offer many others I look forward to trying out on my next visit.

    Very first time at this Salon and had Extraordinary service. I made an appointment for a custom acrylic nail set (Crayola theme as I am a teacher) & added on a pedicure while I was there. Monica did absolutely amazing and took her time, putting in extra effort to make my nail designs perfect! The prices are pretty reasonable and the customer service went above and beyond. I’ve never had a salon offer me water or soda either which was surprising to me. Will be coming here for every spa need!

    YOU NEED BISOU AND MONICA IN YOUR LIFE!This place is an absolute GEM. It’s family owned and operated, and it shows! When I called, super sweet Erica booked me for a same-day manicure. Matt greeted me promptly and helped me check in while I looked at nail colors. He escorted me to my seat, and that’s where Monica’s magic took over!!Her nail art skills are next level. I came to her with some pretty strange, slightly incoherent ideas, and somehow, she filtered through my blather and gave me exactly what I wanted: extremely precious yet meticulously done nails that bring SO much joy to me and my daughter.Thank you Bisou Beauty Bar for the amazing experience!!     I have been going to this salon for the past 3.5 years and they are very friendly and family oriented. I always feel welcome when I am there. Micheal is amazing with his pedicures and Cindy is exceptional with her nail designs and focus on detail. I am very confident with her work that I can bring in any picture and she will duplicate it perfectly and sometimes add her own flare to it.     Bisou Beauty has an extraordinary atmosphere. The staff is genuine and engaged with you. They take the time to make you feel special with their work! Li and Mary have been amazing technicians.     This place is modern yet comfortable, very clean, owners Andrew and Cindy are very kind and want to make sure you are pleased with your service. Cindy is very very good at doing my dipped nails, what a super job, you can tell she takes pride in her skills...Mary does my gel pedicare and is very thorough, and does a great job ! I would recommend this place, they use sterile equipment, which is high on my list...thank you Cindy and Andrew, and Mary...I will continue to come to this inviting place...

    This place is a gem! Hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! We were a group of 5 and we had appointments. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! They greeted us and the appointment started right away, there wasn’t a wait time. They have a huge selection of colors for gel, dip powder and acrylic. The nail tech who greeted us took the time to answer any questions we had ,( I was debating between acrylic and dip powder) and she even took the time to help us find colors as close to our inspiration photos. They have a variety of pedicure types too! And the nail artists are very talented, one of the best nail art I’ve ever had done!

    Phenomenal service and quality. I’ve been getting my nails done here for years by Cindy. I finally took the plunge and went through with micro blading. It was one of the best decisions I ever made for myself! Cindy and Erica are so kind and professional. The inside is beautiful and clean as well! This beauty bar is a true gem in the community :)

    My niece and I came to get spoiled and we truly did here! We both got pedicures that were amazing. And our nails done which came out exactly how we both wanted! We love bisouI went in and got my powder brows done! I’ve been doing my research and asking Erica all the ins and outs. She was so nice and always answered every questions with great detail prior to brow day. When I got them done-wow!!!! She did absolutely amazing.     Finally, a nail salon that allows for my regular nail polish to cure under the UV light. Cant find anything worthy in Dade City FL or Zephyrhills. Im happy to come down and get my pedicure and manicure at this place from here on now. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. $35 for regular pedicure and $20 for regular manicure or maybe was so because I brought my own OPI polish which is the only brand I like on my nails. Tony was my technician and I think he did a wonderful job on my feet and nails. I will plan on returning for a jelly pedicure soon.

    We have been coming to Bisou Beauty Bar for over a year. My daughter and I always love coming. It is very clean, the staff is super nice and their work is top notch. We had gone to a previous salon and had issues with lifting after a week or uneven, thick nails. Not here. Its very natural looking and they always do a great job! We also get our brows waxed and eyelash lift. Erica and Cindy are great with brows and lashes. You wont be disappointed!!

    My daughter and I went to get our nails done. I ended up getting a pedicure and dip manicure. My daughter was more than happy with the service received. She has the luck of having a great nail tech. For me, however, I would give it 3 stars. The nail tech who did my feet did an excellent job. She was personable and I loved how she shaped my nails. Services fell short when I got my nails done though. The nail tech was very rough and made it very obvious that he was frustrated and did not want to do my nails. He kept tugging my arms and was just overall a terrible and uncomfortable experience. Not to mention that most places I go for dip manicure pour the powder over my nails for hygienic purposes. That did not happen here. Then by the time we were done there was paint all over my fingers and cuticles. My daughters hands were flawless and she told me her nail tech was super caring. I will not be returning to this place.

    We wanted to support small businesses during this time, and knew that Bisou just had their grand opening last week. I came with my mom and they were very accommodating when I called to book our appointments. We were offered masks and our temperature was taken at the door. It is super clean inside and I loved the luxurious and modern decor! We got a signature manicure and a glimmer pedicure. The quality and services is definitely worth the price tag. I made an appointment with Erica next week to get my lashes done. Absolutely love this place and I am officially a loyal client!! Highly recommend

    I’ve always had great service at Bisou. I first tried them out when they opened in 2020 and I currently get my gel manicure there on a regular basis. Monica takes her time doing my manicure and is always willing to change/fix the color if I don’t like it. My nails last a long time and I even get compliments on them when they’re in BAD need of a re-touch! I got a dip powder one time and it didn’t last as long as the gel. So I’m sticking to gel for now. I never do anything fancy with my polish, but I’ve seen other ladies who get nail art done there and it looks AMAZING. I always look forward to my next appointment.

    At first, I was a little hesitant in getting my first skin tightening treatment, but my wife convinced me to get it done. Cindy, one of the owners of Bisou Beauty Bar, took extremely good care of me, making me feel comfortable and relaxed during the session. I teach for a living, and after having the procedure done, along with a wonderful manicure, not only was I impressed, but my students immediately responded positively, saying it made me look fresher and younger (maybe their enthusiasm was inspired since grades were due...). Seriously, I highly recommend the services offered in their shop, as the prices are very reasonable and the clean, professional environment made me feel like I was in a spa in a resort.

    Upon my arrival to Bisou Beauty Bar I was greeted by friendly professional staff. The appearance was classy and clean. I felt welcomed and safe as they took my temperature and provided me with a mask.Ive been wanting to get my eyebrows done for a while. After many times of viewing other salons, I felt safe to pick Bisou based off of their photos and work. I had a consultation the day before with Erica and Cindy. They answered many of my questions and concerns during the consultation. Cindy was my artist, she is very kind and gentle, informative too. As she was working on my brows she walked me through what she was doing. I felt comfortable.I will definitely be referring all my girlfriends to the beauty bar for permanent make up, and have an appointment set up with Erica next week for lash lift and tint.     Today was my first time going to Bisou to use a gift certificate that had been given to me. Erika met me at the door, called me by my first name and made me feel welcomed from beginning to end. They took every precaution to keep every safe and healthy with temperature checks, sanitizer, gloves and nail samples set up so no one needed to touch anything. Their facility is clean and set up in a manner that easy allows social distancing but also a relaxing environment adding to the experience. I got a pedicure and Manicure and was given individualized attention but also done in a reasonable amount of time. I have found my new place and am looking forward to going back again with my daughter!

    Love this salon. Andrew the owner is so considerate and friendly. Always very accommodating to your needs. The salon is very clean and I like the way they have the pedicure chairs set up on both sides of the store with the manicure tables in the middle of the store.     Bisou was very clean and friendly and I highly recommend their services. I had the Aloe Vera Jelly pedicure it was the BEST! Mary was my technician and she was perfect. She also did my manicure and she takes your time and stays focused on you the whole time. Very enjoyable experience.

    My friend and I came here on a whim while we were in the Wesley Chapel area shopping. We had such a great experience and the staff was so kind and courteous. They have so many colors for nails and can do all sorts of designs. They did a great job on our pedicures and we cannot wait to go back.     I absolutely love this beauty bar. I relocated to this area looking for a place to get services for my beauty needs.     I have been coming here for almost a year. Everyone is so friendly and I always look forward to going back. Anyone who has done my nails or my pedicures, they always look amazing and I always walk out feeling very good about myself.     Brought my MIL here today for her birthday! We both got the Organic Volcano Crystals Pedicures (I got the milk and honey and my MIL got the lavender) and I can say this is one of the best pedicures I have ever received! Im so happy Bisou has opened and so close to the area I live in! I cant remember the name of the sweet lady who took care of my MIL but Bo took excellent care of me and we both cant wait to go back!     Had exceptional customer service today. Called yesterday for a consult and appointment for Microshading/blading for combination brows. Erika began reaching out via text shortly after my appointment was scheduled. She asked specific questions about my needs and requests and had me send a few pictures to her.Upon arriving in there beautiful establishment, I was greeted warmly and immediately taken into the consult room. We touched base on what was previously discussed and I was the taken to meet Cindy. She was just a sweet an professional as Erika, no surprise as they are an amazing mother and daughter team. Cindy and Erika were precise and meticulous with the mapping process. The whole procedure was utterly painless. They always made sure I was comfortable and were wonderful at explaining everything that was happening. I was astounded with the outcome of my brows and couldn’t be happier, the whole experience was amazing!
