Unik has the best green wax and is a great waxing salon in my neighborhood. I have been going there for many years. Lorena is the best. Ask for her! Lorena’s service was excellent, as it has been for many years.However the experience that I had yesterday 04/09/2022 with Stephanie the girl at the front desk was very upsetting. She did not know how apply the 10% discount offered by the store if you make an appointment on site. She did not how to handle this situation and she was particularly rude to me. She showed a profound lack of manners and basic courtesy and as a result I did not feel confortable in making a new appointment with her.For years I have always wanted to come back there but I will reconsider it as long as this girl is there.

Love this place! From start to finish. For starters, they use a great wax and I have noticed that my waxing experience has been less painful. Marcela is amazing! She is kind, comforting, and funny. My waxer was also said to be off today, so it was frustrating at the start. However...Long story short.. the receptionist, Rosie, was very sweet and helpful...and she spoke to another waxer named Rhiany who understood my situation and was able to take me immediately before her next client walked in! Both Rosie and Rhiany were professional at their respective jobs and I left happily satisfied! I didnt even blame anyone for the mix-up, simply bc they handled the situation so well :) Thank you ladies! I will continue to come back 😊

I love the place. I have been dealing with them for more than a year now. The wax they use is great, a brand of their own, it doesnt burn, it doesnt irritate, it smells good. They also sell a roll on that is used to prevent ingrown hairs. They always welcome you with water and a smile. I always advance or delay my appointments and they are very patient with me 🙈I always deal with Lorena, very kind, delicate and does an excellent job.Recommended 100%
