The 4Beauty Medspa is incredible. From the moment I walked in I was pampered by the staff. I was offered water, coffee, tea and a beautiful spot to sit and wait for a few minutes. I was then taken to a lovely bathroom where I was asked to wash my face and put my hair back. After that I was taken to a lovely room for my procedure. This was done by a very competent technician. She explained the aerolase procedure perfectly and made me feel very comfortable. The room was clean, smelled beautifully. The experience was wonderful from start to finish.

I’m from California and I recently had the BBL surgery. I have had the best experience with the spa, massages and the surgery. I 100% recommend to all people looking to get ANY service here. The nurses and front desk are all so considerate and amazing. I will be coming back if I need anything done in the future. They maintain and clean, organized and professional setting at all times. Please book with them immediately you will not regret! Firstly, this med spa is beautiful. Extremely clean and well maintained.I was so lucky to have Melissa Wynne,PA-C inject me. She is awesome has been an injector for 10 years. She is highly skilled and loves what she does. She put Renuva in my face and Radiesse in my hands. I love the results already but I know that in 2-4 weeks when all of the product has settled it will look AMAZING. As a PA myself, I value the expertise in a field and I traveled all the way from Jacksonville to see her. You will not be disappointed! :)

I also treated at spa on second floor with multivitamins IV and Lymphatic drainage massages (6 total) .I especially impressed with Massage specialist Mrs Gypsy , her professional manner and how she able to keep me calm throughout everything (which my husband can confirm is not easy).She was so kind, polite and knowledgeable. I was impressed by spa Manager Mrs Marilyn she was calm always smile and made my appointments right time for me .I also met dr’s Mendieta wife Mrs Camille , she is beautiful in and out , her highly professional team are 5 stars all the way.Thank you to everyone in the office for making me feel like part of the Dr. Mendieta family. I would recommend going to Dr. Mendieta for any cosmetic issue you may have and please take opportunity to use services of spa on second floor it will make your recovery fast and easy . My surgery just done on 2/22/23 I was out of state patient . I am back home and my recovery going under dr’s nurses care they weekly contacted me with instructions and support information. On this trip, I was blessed to have interactions with everyone that works there. From the front office, Marilyn and Dyana helped getting my appointments made and greeted me upon arrival. My hydra -facial/ dermaplaning/ VI peel with Mia was the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend you book with her. I had cheekbones and Botox with Itzamarie. Love her! I left looking like my younger self, yet, still organic. I love that she takes pride in her work. My clients are a walking billboard. This is very true. Ill be returning with 3 friends already! Bella and Mia helped me gather skincare products to keep my skin dewy and healthy. I will definitely see this team in a year. We can all look better. PDO Threads. Sculptra. I’ve purchased some of their creams too ! Great quality stuff. The technicians always sit with you before hand and explain your options and listen to your areas of concern and cater treatments to fit your needs ! The pricing is affordable in comparison to other spas. Marilyn the owner is very attentive and follows up to check in on you afterward. The establishment is clean and beautiful. They have a balcony for you to sit in while you wait for you to breathe in the fresh air. I love this place !

If you feel unsure on where to go this is the place it has so many different options for you to pick and I love how everyone takes the time to give you a run down on whatever producer you’re getting! This is the most amazing med spa in Miami!! Everyone is so attentive from the moment you walk in and make you feel so welcomed! The ladies are so sweet and helpful I love them all ❤️ I also just want to say that Dr Yanet is just amazing! But I will say I was nervous because it was my first time getting lip filler but Dr Yanet made sure to talk me through everything about my lip filler and answered all the questions I had! after we spoke I felt calm and safe in her hands and really trusted her to do her thing! She told me to trust the process ( swelling and bruising is normal ) and in 2 weeks they would heal and we could see the finished product! I LOVE THEM !!!! She took her time and gave me the perfect sexy pout I feel confident and just super happy and excited with my results! Now I wear lipstick/ lipgloss all the time, She’s one of a kind and truly just so good!! Thrilled with my results! First of all, I am a serious planner. I searched for over a year for the right physician to perform this procedure. I spent hours on ‘Real Self’ website. Every time I clicked on a result I liked, Dr. Mendieta’s name would appear. So I made the leap and flew to Miami from California to see him. His office is astonishingly beautiful. His bedside manner was incredible. Clearly a brilliant artist, who is a master at his craft. I later discovered after reading the diploma’s on his wall that he is Ivy league educated. He clearly has years of experience and a specialist BBL’s. The surgery was an ease, and I could not be happier with my results. Perfect.
