I have been coming to Semper in South Miami for a couple of years now and have loved it! I started with an underarms package and absolutely loved the results — life changing! Their location is clean and relaxing and their techs are so sweet and amazing! I loved the results on my underarms so much that I continued with Brazilian and lower legs packages. I’m only a few sessions in and the results have been phenomenal so far. I was nervous about those areas but they are absolutely wonderful and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Best decision I’ve ever made!

Had a great experience here getting Botox with Bridget. The staff were all very welcoming and efficient, and Bridget was very thorough & talked me through each step of the procedure while making sure I was comfortable. I appreciated that she showed me the product and the label of authenticity & let me know to contact her with any questions. Its been 1 week and so far Im satisfied with the results, but will be back in another week for my follow up, and any necessary touch ups which were included with the price!

My friend referred me to this place. So far, Im doing the limited free sessions on a small area; I chose my underarms. I definitely see progress. I have always shaved my underarms, and the hair grows quickly and thick. I noticed hair is growing at a slower rate, in small patches; some strands are thinner and lighter, some spots havent grown more hair, and other spots are still thick, but overall growing slower. As a suggestion by my friend, Im using the small facial razors for those patches. I use shaving cream on those spots to prevent irritation on the area, apply lotion to hydrate, then apply deodorant (without antiperspirant). The service is great. I dont remember all the names, but on my last visit the receptionist was Tweety and the employee who did my laser session was Christina. Theyre always friendly and always recap on the dos and donts of laser, the safety instructions before, after, and between sessions, which I appreciate. Im still a newbie, but so far I cant complain about this location. I also have to thank Estefania, the sales rep who walked me through the program and explained how things work, very flexible. Worth checking out.

Semper Laser is FANTASTIC!I love how its across the street from Sunset Place. You can park on the street or in a parking garage which is within walking distance.As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly faces at the check in desk. They asked me to fill out paper work with standard questions.I was whisked away into the room where I had to put on protective eyewear.The laser Semper uses is high-quality, medical grade Candela GentleMax Pro, which is a system designed for speed, performance and versatility.This part was a bit shocking. When I first had laser done at the other salon years ago, my session lasted for 20-30 minutes.The whole process at Semper for a Brazilian took 3 minutes, possibly less. The Candela GentleMax Pro has a hose attached to it that pumps out cold air while you get zapped. Also, no gel is involved. It was zap zap zap zap DONE. What does it feel like? Rubberbands to the skin which goes away fast. Another things I noticed is that it did not smell like burnt skin.I truly couldn’t believe how fast the session was! I’m definitely a fan and urge everyone to book their laser hair removal ASAP!

I have been getting treatment at this location for exactly a year now and it has definitely brought some ease and confidence into my life that I did not know I could have. For which I am extremely grateful!!! ❤️I believe I’ve been seen by 4 technicians overall - Bridgette who is amazing but she is no longer at this location, I was going to follow her to the Doral location but I just decided to continue at Sunset and be seen by Karina who is extremely knowledgable and passionate about her field and was recommended to me by Bridgette before her departure + its closer to me. The staff at Sunset is really kind, helpful, and welcoming. I always feel comfortable coming here plus the salon is always clean and sanitary.I do want to mention I have an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto’s along with PCOS which one of the symptoms for both is excessive hair growth. I originally thought if I just get laser I’ll be good to go and I won’t have any more issues with this symptom, but as one of the tech’s mentioned and while I was in research mode - since my hormones are so “out of whack” I can keep producing excessive hair unless I can sort of get my condition to a minimum and even then I could be receiving laser my whole life which sucks but IS WAY BETTER than waxing and I don’t regret my decision. My experience was overall excellent with Semper and I would do more areas in the future once I’m able to.Price was super reasonable and they are always doing offers like BOGO or other huge discounts so look out for that.Parking is simple there are always some spots available to the side street of 57th CT and pay using paybyphone - never had an issue.I know it can be a lot of money for some and I seen other reviews saying after 12 sessions hair is still coming back. This service highly VARIES by the individual receiving treatment and there are so many factors (like aftercare) that might hinder, delay, or affect your procedure. If you are healthy and have no major conditions then this is a no brainer for you but if you do I would still say go for it since I started during my healing process I don’t regret my decision and it truly has changed my life + its way easier to maintain the hairs now as the shadows are gone and the thickness of the hair are soooo thin now, it’s been overall amazing. I would 1000x prefer coming here every few months than waxing. (Update) Plus there’s 4 free annual touch up’s which they just recently added as of 2023 so I think it’s very very worth it!
