I always have such an incredible experience at LaserAway! From the moment I walk in, the staff makes me feel so welcome. The facility is spotless, everything is immaculately clean, which immediately put me at ease.The team is incredibly helpful and communicative, always taking the time to answer any questions and ensure I feel comfortable. They are also super punctual my appointments always start right on time, which I really appreciate with my busy schedule. I’m not new to laser and have tried other spots in the area. Unhappy with my results I turned to Laser Away. I can tell you right now none of them compare to Laser Away. Not in service or results. Laser Away’s results blew me away and I’m only on my second session.You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and want the best results for you. If you’re considering LaserAway, do it! You won’t regret it!

This is MY laseraway location, coral gables is #1! i’ve always heard good things about laseraway but the commitment and efficiency the staff & physicians, streamline any service and every visit. very impressed with how they communicate the treatment process along with the tentative to details of care to take after. i boast about this location in particular because after three years it has yet failed to exceed my expectation of good quality customer service and service excellence. bonus: i haven’t shaved my legs or underarms in two 1/2 years, so this stuff definitely works !

What a wonderful experience. I went in for Botox and was met with a wonderful young lady named Gabbi Fernandez who treated me with care and patience. I’m an older woman who had done Botox only once before like 20 yrs ago, and I was very apprehensive about getting any type of work done. I’m so glad I did. What a wonderful feeling to walk in somewhere where you feel welcomed. Miami can be a rude city- but walking in here makes you feel like you are somewhere else. Let’s talk about Leslie. She is the Leonardo Davinci of hair removal. She will decide exactly the type of voltage you need, she will laser it in such a beautiful pattern, that it’s like art. Perfect shapes and streamlined flow of laser. I felt it working during the session. She is a professional. She is focused, she is an artist. Absolutely recommend this location and this team. Is not really time consuming, the nursing staff behind the scenes is detail oriented as well, and kind makes corrections everytime if needed according to how skin has developed afterwards and listens. Patient and customer wellbeing seems to be taken care of i.e if for any medical reason treatment must be postponed, they would re-schedule instead of just getting it done.

Just finished my second session of laser for Brazilian and armpits. Literally two weeks after the first session, all the hairs just started falling off on their own. Since then, theyve grown back much slower and less thick. I was actually in shock! I LOVE the cooling technology, dont think Id be able to tolerate laser without it. It literally numbs the pain. I have a very low tolerance and Im able to get through these sessions without a problem. Theyre quicker than you would think and way less painful than waxing!
