I was in need of a new Dermatologist. Dr Nicole Joy and her assistant were very professional. But they also did their best to make one feel welcome. The office is clean and staff are polite. There was a short wait but reasonable. Dr Joy didnt stutter she quickly knew the course of action and strategy for my treatment. Im very happy to have found this office. I recommend!

I found this center with Google and I am very happy. I decided to go to this place. Dr. Steele and her staff were excellent from the moment I walked in, to the moment I checked out. The office wait time was a minimum, the staff was very efficient and professional. Dr. Steele took the time to listen to my concerns, was not in an hurry and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Dr. Steele and her staff to my friends and family. If I could give more than a 5 *, I would.

I moved here from Chicago and was nervous to find a new dermatologist in Miami. And more nervous for a skin check.I met with Dr Chelsea Steele and loved her! The appointment was super smooth and comfortable. She really was just great and treated me right then and there for a few skin tag removals. Dr. Waibel and her staff are always very professional and make you feel at ease. They do their best to get to know you, you dont feel like a number. Their facilities are very clean and they follow safety control. The new offices in Coconut Grove are beautiful and very comfortable. I began seeing Dr. Waibel couple of years ago first for my daughter and then for me. My daughter was born with a birthmark that covered her entire knee and for years she was asking me to get it removed. We had seen various Dermatologist who told us it can only be surgically removed, until we were referred to Dr. Jill Waibel who with a few laser treatments was able to safely remove the birthmark. I, on the other hand have been seeing Dr. Waibel for other services and each time I am pleased with the results. Thank you!

The doctor was beyond excellent my only complaint was my wait. I arrived early, not their fault because my drive was a hour and 10 minutes and I hate to be late. Was taken in 15 minutes after my appointment time, not bad. I sat in the treatment room for over an hour. The wait may have been related to the unusual reason for my appointment & if I lived closer I would have been less annoyed (rush hour traffic). All that said, the doctor herself was very good explained everything in detail and was very concerned that I should experience no pain with my biopsy. If it were not for the drive, 55 miles, I would probably return as I felt very comfortable with Dr. Waibel.

Dr. Waibel and her team are incredible! I drive 1.5 hours to see her every 6 weeks and worth the commute! Dr. Waibel developed a plan and treated my giant scar on my face with lasers and it is not noticeable anymore, so grateful! She actually sits down with you, takes her time and reviews pictures and plans with you so nothing is unexpected. Office staff are all super friendly and helpful, you can text to correspond about your appointments and questions patients have. Dr. Waibel also offers her cell for anything urgent. Wound care instructions are easy to follow and they send any medications you need straight to your pharmacy of choice in advance. Minimal waiting, office is very busy but organized well. Super nice office manager as well, will continue to return for all of my skin concerns.

Today I visited Dr Waibel for ongoing work on a very bad keloid from a past surgery. The staff at the office is friendly and helpful but the stand out from my visit today was Gabby. She is so upbeat, professional and helpful. She carefully listened to my concerns and absolutely communicated to the Dr what I was nervous about. As a result, the plan of action for my ongoing work was modified to ensure excellent results. I have had several other Doctors try to help my issue in the past all of which has proven unsuccessful. The downside to this office is long wait times but I overlook that because Waibel is the best. Amazing bedside manner and cutting edge tech. Dr. Waibel treated me with subscision and co2 laser for my acne scarring and I have seen amazing results already after 1 month. The scars are much less noticeable and I am so grateful for her. I will be having a followup and repeat treatment in 2 months. Other dermatologists did not help me with my acne scarring claiming it was mild and did not need aggressive treatment, they gave me light treatments that did not help but she listened to my concerns and gave me the exact course of treatment I requested without any issues. There’s not enough words to express my joy with finding Dr Weibl. I’m in my 60’s and doing my damndest to avoid plastic surgery. Dr Weibl knows all the latest and greatest techniques to get me there. I had a basal cell which needed removal and then a bit of cosmetic surgery was performed to close up the hole. I was so worried before getting my mohs surgery. I was set to go in on Monday morning for the surgery but on Friday night I panicked and wanted to speak to the DR before coming Monday Morning. Since the office was closed I texted the office, expressed my concerns and Dr Bittar called me on Sunday. We discussed what to expect and he was kind and confident and really put me at ease. He is so smart and gentle, I wasn’t that nervous in his hands. It’s been about 3 months now and there’s not much there to see which is a great thing! You’d never know I had the surgery. I love his assistant as well, she really makes you feel comfortable. Honestly all the assistants working there are professional, funny & kind. Dr Waibel’s positivity has definitely trickled down to all of the staff!

I had a great experience with Laura doing the MiraDry treatment. I was very impressed with the results. I saw a dramatic improvement after the session. Results take about 2 weeks to fully see. We thought I would have needed two sessions but I was actually great with just one. I am able to work out and wear clothing like a normal person. Feels great!
