Sheā€™s so patient and knowledge and always takes the time to talk me through skin care and the facial process. Today I finally got microneedling and it was super easy, Irina talked me through every step and made sure I was prepared with after care. 100/10 recommend AL for all of your facial needs!

    I started going to Alexis Lauren back in November to improve my skin after moving to the area. So far Iā€™ve had a few facials, started some new product and most recently gotten Botox and some filler. Everyone has been been amazing!     Amazing facial done today by Valeria! From the moment you walk in it is calming and everyone is so polite. Hands down the best facial Iā€™ve ever had in my life!     Alexis Laurens tranquil interior helps to set a relaxing mood from the moment you walk in. I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff and then warmly welcomed by Irena who did my facial. The room where I had my facial was serene with the most comfortable bed. Before starting, we discussed my concerns and Irena told me what she would be doing. She had the perfect touch when applying the products and giving a mini neck and shoulder massage. When we were done, my skin was glowing and felt hydrated. Best facial in Miami!     The worst experience ever. I came here a few months ago and i did 30 min collective facial, which was great! the girl who took care of me was amazing, she took the time and did great. This second time i did 1 hour collective, and once we finished i mentioned that i didnā€™t felt happy about the facial, the girl was great but i donā€™t think my money was worth. She only did one machine and i even mentioned right before start ā€œplease letā€™s take advantage of the machinesā€ - i felt i did my skin care routine and thatā€™s it. Nothing great or worthy. When the girl to took care of me (she was great) mentioned this to her manager ā€œKerriā€ i think - she was arguing with me and said ā€œwhat are you looking here?ā€ ā€œare you trying not to pay for the facial or ???ā€ SO RUDE and disrespectful. I came here to have a great experience knowing that iā€™m paying way more than average but i didnā€™t care, exactly for that, for the experience. i paid $400 for a skin care routine that i can do myself and to being disrespected like this. I even sent my friends after the first time i came. Tasteless. What a awful experience.Edit: Iā€™m changing my rate. They called me and tried to make it better. I gave it a try and i did have a great experience like my first time.

    So glad Alexis Lauren opened up in Miami. At first i was intrigued mainly by their aesthetics of their location because typically in Miami not a lot of places have a nice vibe and then I was even more impressed by their level of service, customer service and the entire experience! I have been recently doing Hair PRP here with my membership and I have loved that I can utilize the membership towards that and other services as well. I drive 45 minutes for my services hereā€¦ thatā€™s how much I love it.

    I have been here twice. The first time wasnt the greatest, but the second time exceeded my expectations. The relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable estheticians and customer service has never changed; they excel in these areas. It has remained a place you want to continue to come to for services. The best piece of advice I can give is this, 60 minutes is enough for your monthly maintenance facial, but if you need more attention and feel that you skin is more congested, I recommend the 90 minutes. My mistake was giving myself the 60 minutes service the first time around, not feeling like it truly gave my skin what it needed after months with no facial. This time around, the 90 minutes gave my esthetician the time to thoroughly treat my skin, try the necessary machines and give my skin the best massage it desperately needed. My skin glowed and felt like new. Cant wait to go back!!!

After much persuasion from my wife, we went to visit Alexis Lauren. I ended up doing a facial and my wife of course got a little Botox . WOW !!I have to say itā€™s the best facial experience Iā€™ve had !! The calming environment and welcoming staff really made the experience for me not to mention the attention to detail the owners used when building out this place !     What a great find! This place is clean, relaxing and the people here are very professional. I was stuck downtown after a bad storm and they helped me make an adjustment to my appointment which I greatly appreciated given the circumstances. I was surprised to find out that the guy who owns the place is also a trauma surgeon! I would trust him with any and all my future concerns. Hope he expands his services. I got dysport and a lip flip and am happy with everything.
