I also would like to thank Valeria at the front desk who was extremely pleasant and sweet and made sure I was seen right away. The customer service in this spa is honestly one of the best. Ive been coming to this spa for over 7 years for different procedures and they never disappoint. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you Aromas Med Spa! I have had such a great experience with Aromas. I originally lived in Doral and did a handful of treatments there and was so impressed by the staff and satisfied with my treatments. I then moved to west Kendall and was hesitant to try a different location but I eventually did and I am just blown away again by the staff. Although I have not had one bad experience with Aromas, I have to give a huge shoutout to Luz (she does the carboxytherpay, Morpheus 8, RF, and so much more) - she is just such a sweet soul and great at what she does. Aromas is lucky to have her and I’m so glad to have found such a great medspa! It’s been 8+ years with Aromas and I have no plans on going anywhere else !

I have visited Aromas Medspa at their location in Kendall. From the first step in I loved how clean the place was, and that I was greeted by a very friendly front office staff. They take their time with you and explain everything to you. They make you feel comfortable and there is never any pressure to buy a product or service. Even if you change your mind once you are there. The doctor is amazing. He is a true professional. Takes his time and is willing to email after hours if there are any questions or concerns about your procedure. He really knows his stuff. I felt very comfortable being treated by him. If you are shopping around for prices, I would say , don’t waste anymore time. Even Groupon did not have better deals. Their prices are very fair and competitive (and in Most cases much less expensive than the competition). The office is clean and modern. Overall I would highly recommend Aroma Med spa.

I called the Miami location to ask if they offered Morpheus8 treatment and to my surprise they had a special going on that month. I spoke to Paula which later I found was the manager of the location. I asked if there was a location near me and she referred me to the Weston Location but was not sure if they had the Special there. She was kind enough to call and verify and right away I scheduled my consultation. Upon my arrival at the Weston Center, I found everyone was very nice and attentive. It was their grand opening at this location and the place was full. I was called immediately and was greeted by the very sweet Esthetician Jailene. She made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. She was very patient as I had another procedure done that required me to move extra slow and required care, so her patience was greatly appreciated. . Paula checked in on me from time to time and brought me water to stay hydrated. They both reached out afterwards to make sure everything went well and to see how I was feeling and the procedure itself. They even offered me a free service for allowing them to take a small video of the service that was being performed . I definitely recommend this Spa, they have a variety of Services and the staff is great.

I have been going here for a while. Overall they are good, the doctor is knowledgeable, many well trained people there though in this industry I think is not only training. Sone have the art,, a tactful hand and vision thaf others were not born with.As you know is a matter of personal taste, preference and your own knowledge from whatt you have experienced that tells you if that person treating you knows what they ate doing or get your need. In my experience here the one person I can blindly recommend (and I am picky simply because I have seen a few things), is Arasai. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, always tries to please and you get results.Her vision and injection techniques are one that even doctors with more experience do not have. I have told her this. If you are looking for Botox, threads or fillers,I can tell you her art to do this is excellent and her character for patience to please is all there. Her techniques are natural and not to over treat you.. You improve over time without anyone knowing what you did. I will never write a review unless I feel the person totally deserves it and after using her a few times, I can actually write a review.
