    I miss having a center closeny ( my center abruptly closed) and now i have to drive 13 miles to get treated. Its not been fun and last appointment i couldnt get treated due to taking an anti inflammation in the morning. I did not know this but i was told it was in my contract. DID i give her attitude? Yes.... let someone tell you you cannot get treated and refer back to a contract you signed over 5 years ago!!!!2nd time @Kendall. I will not be going back-unless is the last center open!Body Details please open up a new center. The staff at the Miami center were golden, the Kendall staff MEH.

    Mariana preformed my first laser hair removal treatment and made me feel most comfortable. The facility is a professional medical office. Everything was clean and tidy. Mariana answered all my questions, being a first timer and made my first visit very pleasant. I’m excited to continue with my treatment for laser hair removal.

    I’ve come here for years, for tattoo and laser hair removal. The customer service here is great, not to sure why I would see any reviews saying otherwise unless they weren’t keeping in contact with them being late or missing. They will def work with you in rescheduling to ensure u stay on schedule, they make it work for me every time! Besides that the facility is clean and the services are professional and very friendly. The person I personally work with is Mariana and she’s just awesome! Never any pain and great results and her energy is great! :)

    It’s been almost 3 years since I’ve been doing laser hair removal & 4-5 months since I started my tattoo removal all thanks to Mariana. I used to go to the Kendall location & then I started going to the Homestead location once it opened & that’s where I was lucky enough to meet Mariana. There were a lot of different faces working there before she came along & im so happy she did! I was kind of upset when the homestead location got shut down but my spirit was brought back up quickly as soon as i found out Mariana was still an employee, she was just located in the Kendall office instead. She’s so welcoming and heartwarming, unlike some of the experiences I’ve had in the past with the Kendall office staff. As simple as a phone call, was often rude and sounded as if i was a bother to them for calling. They never reciprocated the customer service Mariana NEVER fails to give. It’s the point when IF i need to reschedule my appointment i make sure that Mariana will be working that day & time in order to do my session. She’s an amazing asset to this company & I’m constantly talk so highly of her & recommending body details to my family & friends anytime they mention wanting to get invest in any kind of laser treatment.

    Mariana did my laser appointment in the Kendall office. She was Kind, thorough and knowledgeable about the laser. I’ve had laser hair removal done before with a different company.     Mariana has been nothing but exceptional! My last treatment I had Sasha and she was very good and very meticulus always making sure patients are comfortable during sessions.     I have three words... I love it. Going in, the clinic looked nice and clean. I felt like I was going to be treated with care. The nurse Jeanine was so understanding, she reassured me with answers to all my questions. She walked me through the steps making sure I had nothing to worry about. Not to mention the sweetheart Catherine at the front desk. She was able to correctly and efficiently take down my information for the appointment. Coming to this clinic was a full delight.     I have been going to Body Details for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly and you get seen in a timely manner always. From the moment I called Body details to schedule a consultation I was greeted by a wonderful staff member who told me about their flexible schedule (open from Tuesday-Fri till 8 pm and Saturday from 10-6).     Ive gone to a few other laser hair removal places and have never had the level of attention and service as Ive had here. This location is impeccably clean and has a very knowledgeable team working here.I am warmly greeted every time I come. The staff remembers me and my name as well as other miscellaneous things about me. They work with me every time I have a scheduling conflict (thank you, Sasha!) and never even show the slightest bit of annoyance for the inconvenience.The team that actually does the hair removal is very polite and professional and makes such an awkward experience a nice one. They patiently go at your pace and make friendly conversation with you during your service; which makes time go by faster.Ive been here almost a year and its the best decision I made. The results are incredible and I have so much more confidence being hair free. (I sound like a commercial, but Ill be damned if I dont say how much quicker my showers are now that I dont have to shave my legs and bikini area! Woohoo!)

    Ive been coming here for over a year for my laser tattoo removals and Im shocked that my tattoos are almost gone and I had two full arm sleeves with red and black ink! Im dark skinned so I was worried that they wouldnt have much experience with my skin tone. But Jolie and Andrea are my technicians and wow they have manos de seda. Service is professional, they are ALWAYS on time, and Ive had ZERO adverse reactions!!! Not only would I recommend this place but I have told many of my friends and family that this is the place for tattoo removals!!! I dont even have to think about running out of treatments because they will keep treating until the tattoos are completely gone. I dont see any scarring. If you come here, go with Jolie or Andrea, they are the best in the biz.

    Just finished my seventh session of laser hair removal on my face. The results have been amazing. What a difference! I used to have dark, coarse hair and now it has considerably been eliminated.
