    Roxanna and Lupe are extremely nice, always trying to make every customer happy. They were able to squeeze me in last minute, although I was the last client of the day Roxanna still made sure I had all the information I needed. She was very patient and my appointment was not rushed. She really knows what’s best for my skin and never tried to sell me more than what I need, which is super hard to find nowadays with medspas

    Med Aesthetics Miami is seriously the spot! As a guy, I was a bit hesitant, but they totally nailed it with a chill vibe that made me feel right at home. The staff was super cool, giving me tips that actually made sense for me. The treatments worked wonders, and I loved how they kept everything low-key and respectful.     I’ve been going to Med Aesthetics for several months in Coral Gables.All the ladies are friendly and inviting. The last tech that gave me my treatment was gentle and she let me know what she was doing next. She’s been the best so far. I cannot remember her name as it was a very unique Cuban name. I recommend Med Aesthetics.

    The service is great, the staff makes you feel at home especially if is your first time, i did my lazer hair removal and the results are great. The place is clean and they use the lazer machine base on your skin type.     So this is a true story about my daughter journey to clear up her face from s me after taking way protein , after visiting numerous dermatologist and estheticians in Miami and spending a ton of money no one was able to help except for these lovely professional ladies at this spa Rosanna and darma . They told me straight up after free consultation what treatments will be provided and the results are just amazing without question . Highly recommend this med spa .

    The Morpheus works! This was my third treatment and the loose skin on my neck (like roosters) has tightened significantly. I feel I look 10 years younger. There has been a 180 degree change in my appearance and feel. Most aesthetic salons do not have a nurse practitioner on staff; that fact elevates Med Aesthetics above all others. She is knowledgeable, caring, accommodating and most of all super smart and well versed. I completely trust everything she recommends. Her touch is magical.

    I’ve been coming here for years now to see Lilliana for laser hair removal and she is the best! Not only are there prices extremely reasonable, she is very thorough and goes over an area multiple times to make sure to cover every inch. I’ve been to places that do one measly patchy pass and tell you to come back in a month. Not here! And when it comes to Brazilian believe me she gets INNN there lol. I only have to come once every 3 months now for maintenance. Also Rosana the owner is awesome too :) All of their services they don’t price gouge like many other places. I highly recommend checking it out for whatever you need

    FIRST PLACE I DID LASER AND I LOVE IT!! I got a Groupon for a Brazilian treatment (if you buy the Groupon for its a “large area”) and wow. My hair down there is thick and grows fast— after the first session I saw immediate results. I completed all the sessions (there are 6 session for Brazilian) and I just don’t grow hair anymore, if I do it’s super super thin. The people here are so wonderful! All women technicians that made me feel so comfortable and understanding of my pain tolerance. Always asked if I’m okay and take breaks when needed. They are all nice, friendly and very accommodating. I’ve already recommended Med. A to my friends and they love it! Definitely coming back to do more services as well. Thank you Med Aesthetics!!

    I just finished my 2nd session today and Im so happy my friend gifted this to me. I got the small area for my underarms and it really works. After my 1st session I only shaved twice during that 6 week period in between sessions (2nd shaving wasnt really even necessary to be honest, just did it before the appointment cause youre supposed to). The staff explains everything and if your pain tolerance is low theyre patient too. The machine they use too is great. Definitely recommend!

    Long overdue, Rosanna and her team are fantastic! Spa is a bit hard to find, but the team, top-notch devices and personal treatments make the difference. From latest state of the art hair laser removal to Morpehus8, IPL and many more. They also offer competitive prices and they dont try to sell you packages or treatments you dont need, as many other spas in Miami do.
