I’m absolutely amazed by this whole process and how easy it is. I got laser tattoo removal & laser hair removal on my bikini, armpits and legs. It definitely didn’t hurt as bad as I thought and zero soreness afterward. The tattoo removal is extremely quick, it does hurt but just for about .2 seconds and the after care was very simple and without pain. Very happy with my results.

I’m totally blown away by the Pico Genesis machine. I had a huge dark spot on my face. I have used so many lasers and this got it in one shot! I have 3-4 more treatments to get the other spots! I will be leaving a review with photos later! Highly recommend!

I did targeted fat burning and muscle strength which would be Emsculpt with Mariana, she was very kind to me and also treated me really nice every treatment I had she was caring and put some towels so it won’t touch my skin with the machine tubes, I also went for pico second treatment to promote collagen in the skin and went really nice in the areas I treated, I saw my before and after and I could tell there was improvement, maybe many people forget their before but I think is important to see it with your own eyes 🤍 I think is a really nice spa overall I have barely waited in the waiting room and I love that; I would definitely recommend trying this place and keep up with the treatment because we have to be consistent to see results

Best tattoo removal in Miami!I am grateful for your services.Your facilities were warm and welcoming. Even for a dude like me who is in the garage more than I am in the spa.Nurse Jazmin is the best anyone could ask for. A definite asset to your organization. She was patient and professional throughout every procedure.I was hesitant at first, and emotional about removing my tattoo which had meaning. I have evolved passed that. A right of passage I suppose.After several years of being a client, I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business. Dont trust your tattoo removal to just anyone.

Im Italian, but I come to Miami very often. In Februray I discovered Miami Skin Spa in Brickell and now Im back to them for Emsculpt neo, Nuera tight for the abdomen and Forma Face and neck all performed by the great medical esthetician Amy who is always very kind and professional and very kwnoledgable. Also the owner and manager Joseph is always very kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

I started going to Miami Skin Spa for tattoo removal services back in October of 2020. Both tattoos I wanted removed were quite dark, and after 3 years they are both pretty much gone, with no scarring and very little blistering. The staff there is very professional and knowledgeable. I always followed their directions and kept the tattoos completely away from the sun for two whole weeks after the procedure. Also big bonus is their new machine that ices the area during the laser treatment. Amazing! I dont even live in Miami anymore but I travel a few times a year to get the rest of my tattoos lasered there because their services and machines are such high quality.

I had a great experience at the Miami Skin Spa. The location is beautiful, with big windows facing a courtyard and the staff was very pleasant. I got the Pico Genesis Treatment done with Mariana Tolosa. She was very caring and professional - talked me through the procedures and potential side effects, how to take care of my skin before and after and checked in on me after the treatment. Very pleasant experience overall!

Wonderful experience! The staff was amazing, from the moment you talk to them at the front desk to during the appointment, to when you leave, everyone was extremely Friendly and helpful! The girl doing my laser hair removal was so sweet and explained everything to me about the laser being used and answered any questions I had. It was virtually painless compared to other lasers I’ve used in the past. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been going to MSS for about 4 months now! Stefanie has been treating my under arms and legs for laser hair removal. The results have been amazing and she is so awesome at preforming the treatment while making me feel comfortable at the same time. I also received botox and the provider was extremely gentle and cautious with me, leaving me very satisfied as a first timer and the results were perfect. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. Ive been going to Miami skin spa for over a year now and I wouldnt go anywhere else! I did a laser treatment to my face for hyperpigmentation and the APRN is amazing, super nice. I love all of the staff. Currently I had laser and Morpheus8 by Stephanie for ridding cellulite and stretch marks post pregnancy. Stephanie is extremely smart and knows in detail how the devices she uses works and individualized treatments for every skin type and person with the proper care taken afterwards. She is very educational! I will continue to go here for all of my skin care needs.

I come from Manhattan to Miami ever several months to get my tattoo removal from them because they are literally the sweetest people - very professional and its the ONLY place Ive found that can do a pain free tattoo removal. They use local anesthesia and it actually works! Ive gone to several places in Manhattan that do numbing shots before laser tattoo removal and it still hurts like a mo-fo, as if someone is pressing a fire hot car lighter on your skin over and over and over again - EXCRUCIATING , like crying pain where you scream. BUT not here - I promise you the pain is zilch! And my small and Huge tattoo which wrap around my waist are almost gone after a few sessions. its easy to find and free parking to boot!

I had previosly attempted laser tattoo removal at one of chain centers (body details) and they failed to review my medical history which led to 2 months of time wasted, multiple same day appointment cancellations on their end, several weeks for a refund and ton of headache due to their lack of professional conduct attention to detail. I basically had PTSD from this experience and thought I would never attempt laser tattoo removal again but then I saw review of Miami Skin Spa and gave it another shot...I went for my consult and loved that it was in a legit medical office. They also did a thorough review of my medical history before discussing anything else. (as they should! lasers are medical procedures!!) They also took the time to ask for a photo of the tattoo in question before asking me to come in so that I had a better idea of what to expect before I came in. They also helped manage my expecations on the results and how long it would take in a realistic way and factored in MY SKIN type, lifestyle, and medications. 100% pro experience IMO.

I go to Miami Skin Spa for multiple services! I go for my HydraFacials once a month with Amy and she is the reason my face glows! I also go for my tattoo removal sessions and I most recently went to try the TruSculpt iD machine to help with fat loss. I’ve been getting my tattoo removed with them for over a year now, I go in for my sessions every four months so that my skin has time to heal in between sessions…I wish I could go more often just to get the tattoo off my body, but Jazmin refuses to put my skin at risk and wants to lower the risk of any scarring, and for that I appreciate her! One thing about the staff that works here, is they work with you to try and do what’s best for you and your skin. I tried to do a chemical peel at Miami Ski Spa once and Amy advised against it; Amy obviously has more knowledge and knows my face/skin and didn’t want me to do anything unnecessary. They’ve become an extension of my family and always make me feel great and beautiful. I don’t and won’t go anywhere else

Ive only had the first couple of sessions and the fat bulges on the outside of my thighs are noticeably decreased. Also the Pico Genesis erased the spots on my face. Sort of miraculous.Ok, Im a frequent Flyer, the Secret RF has resurfaced my face with NO PAIN. People keep asking me what Im doing. I say: Im going to Miami Skin Spa.

I got the Secret RF procedure for stretch mark removal and I am thrilled. JJ and his staff are incredible humans, everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. They have the latest machines and the spa is extremely clean. I am a germaphobe and the rooms are spotless. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is safe and clean. I am going to back for TruSculpt, which is one of the latest treatments. Furthermore, the team is made up of registered nurses. I cant wait to try TruSculpt. Awesome service and team!
