The team work here is beyond words, they always go above and beyond to make you feel at home and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. Belkis, Maria and Roxanna are amazing along with everyone else, they truly make you feel like family! I’m beyond impressed with the results I’ve gotten and I can’t wait to continue coming back!     I had never heard of Universal Laser Center Med Spa, but bought a Groupon Package months ago at a great deal. Once I got there I was immediately impressed! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable! Dagmara is the BEST! I’m hooked on this Spa and can’t miss a week there. It is pristine and they are all very accommodating and professional! I highly recommend them!

    I have been going to Universal Laser Center Med Spa for a year and everything about it has been excellent (facilities, staff, treatments, equipment, etc.). I purchased a laser hair removal package and the price was too good to be true so I jumped at the opportunity. So worth it!!! I have seen excellent results and couldnt be happier! I highly recommend this place.

    Love this place. I have been going twice a week for a few months now and i absolutely love the service, their staff and the wide variety of treatments they provide. They are super flexible your appointments and their availability. I’ve been to many medspas in the past and this is the only one I can honestly say cares more about your results than pushing sales in unnecessary treatments. They strive to see results. Highly recommend!!

    I’ve been coming here for about 7 years for different treatments and I love how consistent they are with their amazing customer service and quality of treatments! They are so great at creating personalized packages depending on your needs/areas of concern. The location is very convenient and there’s always parking (free). The prices are very competitive but what I love the most is the staff!! Everyone there is so kind and passionate about what they do. 7 years ago I started with an endermology package to help me while I lost my post pregnancy weight and it really did help!! Then I did laser hair removal (all done now) and I’ve also done meso therapy and hydrafacial (my skin’s favorite) :) I recently finished a package of different lasers for my face to help with skin tightening and scars and just overall appearance and it did exactly what I was told it would do! Thank you Universal Laser team! You guys are awesome!!!

    I Freaking love this place! Maria and her staff area always so kind and welcoming. I remember when I first thought about working with them I was worried and had a lot of questions which Maria was more than happy to patiently answer and inform me about. They are always attentive and check in with me during any procedure I do. I primarily do laser and have been with them for 2 years, Ive done hydrofacials, and will continue to work with them as I expand my self care routines. If youre looking for a place that will truly care about you, have your best interest in mind, and is super welcoming look no further.Love you guys !!! Thank you for everything you do!

    Mari did an amazing job on my face. It looks very clean and feels soft. She also took the time to explain what she was doing to my face while she was doing it. Probably one of the best facials Ive ever had. I will definitely come back again in the future.

    Amazing med spa! The staff is so knowledgeable and accommodating. Ive gotten Plasma for my hair a few times, also laser hair removal and they are always great, on-time and definitely make it so that you have the best possible experience. Very convenient parking in one of the nicest building in town; whether its making you Cuban coffee while you wait at their relaxing lounge, or explain every detail of the procedure, you cant go wrong with Universal Laser.

    Best Medical Spa you can find!!! They are all specialized licensed professionals. Laser, endermology, eyebrows, eyelashes and more!!!I love the staff in how professional they are. What I love the mos is how they remind me about my appointments to make sure I dont stay behind in my treatment. They truly care for their clients to see results, I love how they educate me and give me the best treatment options for what I want to achieve. I will forever come to get everything I need here!

    Staff is extremely friendly, and sweet. They had answers to all my questions and if they were unsure about anything they would go and get the answer from someone else or the system. Overall I recommend this place to anyone and I’m excited to start my laser journey :)

    I’ve been receiving services from Universal Laser Center for 2+ years. In those 2+ years the services I’ve received from the spa is Botox, lip fillers, ematrix, endermology, hydra facials, and laser. I’ve been more then satisfied every time I visit the spa I always receive a warm welcome from Maria and offered a glass of water while I wait in their cozy waiting area. When provided my services they are always attentive to my needs and if I’m comfortable, they are as well very clean in the facility. Highly recommend!

    The building has ample parking outside and in the garage. The staff is nice, friendly, professional, caring, and make you feel REALLY comfortable. The entire areas that I was at were clean, smelled great, had soft, relaxing music, and really created a peaceful ambiance and mood. My technician Marelys was EXCELLENT! I had a groupon to remove 3 small tags I had on the neck area and it was super painless, fast, and easy. So much that I decided to remove a couple more I had under my arm at regular price (which was not bad at all!). I really recommend them for your beauty treatments etc... Great experience!

    Great food, excellent service! The fried calamari was very fresh and a good quantity. The fish also very fresh. The sides were delicious. I had the Mahi Mahi blacken with the sweet potatoes fries, my husband had the grouper grilled with French fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw was the best I ever tasted. Very different. It has a pleasently mild sweetness to it. We will definitely visit this place again when we return to Dunedin
