Lay is a phenomenal laser tech. The Disair Laser is completely painless. I noticed results after my first session and I’m super impressed. Zen MedSpa has the latest laser technology that is truly painless, you only feel a bit of warmth from it. I did full legs, Brazilian, and underarms - pain free in less than an hour. I’ve done 2 sessions so far with Lay and she is a wonderful professional that is very knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. If you’re considering laser, I highly recommend Zen MedSpa!

I’ve only had two sessions for my underarms laser hair removal and i already have less hair and my over-pigmentation is looking so much lighter. It does not hurt which was my biggest fear because most people say is painful however their machine is not and both laser techs lisdey and lay are gentle and super nice making sure you are comfortable during your appointment.

I have been to Zen MedSpa for two sessions of laser hair removal on my legs. I have had laser hair removal in other laser hair removal facilities and have found them to be very painful. At Zen MedSpa the machine is unlike any other causing no pain! I am seeing great results and I’m only at the beginning of my treatment. Lisdey, the technician and owner, is very nice and knowledgeable. I plan to laser other areas and look forward to continued success!

I am one happy customer. I had a really bad experience with laser before and it hurt so bad I didn’t even continue my session. The experience I had in zen med spa is the complete opposite to tell you That I even felt like taking a nap. Liz is incredible she makes you feel very comfortable. Mind you, this is my first time being here and I felt At ease. She is just wonderful. They gained a happy customer! Thank you Liz!!!!!

An incredible experience at Zen MedSpa! The painless laser hair removal treatment was quick and completely painless. I have now completed my sessions and it has been a little over a year. And I am completely hair free. Not having to shave anymore is a true blessing!Lay, the technician, is very knowledgeable and friendly. It guides you every step and makes you feel comfortable. I was super scared to try the laser because I had always heard it hurt, but at this place it is completely painless and their prices are the best.
