I hosted my best friend/future sister in law a bridal shower at this location with 18 of her friends. The staff was beyond accommodating. This beautiful spa environment was perfect. We brought our own catered food, drinks, and decorations. The spa provided us with complementary champagne and decorated their spa with gorgeous fresh flowers to complement our decor. They put their own balloons for us in front of the spa so that our guests could find the event. They also put their own bridal party sashes and flowers on each of their salon chairs for us and helped us bring decorations inside. We weren’t rushed into our appointments and the staff members were flexible with us so that we could talk and lounge on the sofas while we enjoyed our food and conversation. They had music playing for us in the background the entire time. They cared just as much about our event as we did. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I was surprised to walk into this salon and see how cute it was! I scheduled a spray tan with Shirley Pear (which was bad, but thats not the salons fault). The receptionist greeted me very warmly and offered me a drink, yummy mimosa. I had my nails done elsewhere, but they had already chipped, even though I had them done that day. I told the receptionist and asked if someone could fix it. She fixed me an appointment for after my spray tan and charged me $5! I was very happy with the service and loved the way my nails turned out. Zoe did a very quick job, and she used this fancy liquid to help the two nails dry better. Oh, and when I finished the tan, they offered me another mimosa. Honestly, heaven. Id travel the 35 minutes here again any day

Jorge was the best technician I’ve ever had in 30 years across almost 50 states. !!! My nails have never looked so good!!! Like a celebrity .The salon/ manager was professional and Covid 19 responsible and sanitized well! The pedicure technician used a sanding machine that I have never seen before that made my feet feel and look incredible!!! Money well spent, now I have to figure out how I can fly here from the Baltimore/DC area regularly to get that celebrity look on a regular !

The nail technicians are amazing! This is our second time scheduling appointments and they did not disappoint. They took their time and were thorough using extremely clean tools with precision. They followed COVID safety protocols. The technicians are friendly and skilled at manicures, pedicures, and acrylic nails and designs. The atmosphere is relaxing feeling like a calm reprieve after a long week. We will definitely be coming back when we return to Miami.

I just got home from getting a fantastic manicure and pedicure. The manicurist was very patient and meticulous, which made me feel really appreciated. I found the owner to be a very kind individual. I was finally courageous and spoke up for what Id like and I found that she really cared about helping me and was genuine in that. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.Not to mention, they were very clean and followed COVID protocol to a tee, which is hard to find in Miami.

I started going here since COVID and not only am I impressed with their procedures and safety regarding that but the salon seems like it’s well kept anyways.The staff is so nice and thorough with whatever service you get and if you have anything you’re particular about (that you share with them) they will be sure to meet your needs.They are the same price as just about any other Miami nail salon but I actually don’t mind spending the money here. What seems to be the owner, is always thankful for my business and she even makes sure I find the color I’m looking for.

The beauty bar was decorated beautifully. They practice social distancing and operate by appointments only, which I absolutely love! Everything was very clean and pristine. My nail tech, Marielys did an amazing job on my acrylic extensions from a picture I showed her. It was my first pedicure in 3 months and Marielys worked a miracle on my feet even though I had a healing cut on my right foot (I tried to do a self pedicure at home and failed.) Every staff member spoke fluent English and that made it easier to communicate the style and services I wanted unlike some other salons/spas I’ve been to in the area.It was truly a luxurious experience! First thing when you walk in the door: youre greeted by the manager #amazing, service was spectacular giseell made me feel right back at home like I never left. Jorge is the best nail tech in the area. My grandmother is a nail tech of 40+ years. I’ve been getting my nails done by default since I was a little girl. I’m highly picky with who I let do my nails. When Jorge did my nails for the first time I knew I would never go to anyone else ever again. He’s the best nail tech I’ve been to in Miami. His shaping is immaculate. He’s very precise and makes sure I am happy with his service throughout my time with him. Thank you Jorge.

I called when they opened for a full set acrylics and was able to come right in! The manager Malena is so friendly and kind, super helpful as well. I have no nails and never get them done so I didn’t even know what to ask for but they helped me get exactly what i wanted! If you’re putting on a new set, Xiomara is your girl. She was so attentive to detail I didn’t have to point anything out to her. I’ve never had a perfect manicure before this!

Just moved here from GA and Finally found a nail salon, 5 salons later in a month. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Xiomara is absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail is exactly what I was looking for. She did a wonderful job and I will never go back to see anyone else. I’m sure everyone is great but I will continue to see her. Also the manager, Mireya was so sweet and made sure my experience was only the best. The whole experience was great and happy to have found this place!

I’ve been exclusively going to Alibi nails 2x a month for 3 months and I have to say, I’ve never been disappointed. Every single tech here does a great job, my gel mani pedis last me over two weeks, I always show up with my nails in tact, I’m yet to find a place with better pricing and my nails have been growing like never before! Xiomara is a nail design queen! & everyone there gets along! Nothing but laughs and jokes and smiles! This is officially my preferred nail salon! Thank you ladies for all that you do! This isn’t my area and I was a last minute appointment. My nail Polish had peeled off and I needed a repolish quick. I called 3 different salons and ALIBI was the only one able to squeeze me in. The nail tech discovered that the last person to do my nails (not my usual) didn’t put on a base coat. I like that she took the time to explain this to me and my nails look great.

They make you feel comfortable, the atmosphere is upbeat, and their services are great. Erika does a good job all the time , I always ask for the add-on massage with hot stones on my pedicure. Great mani pedi. I bought a deal on Gilt so it was very affordable but prices didnt seem to high even without a deal.The woman who did my nails (Lisa) was very sweet and gentle. She asked to be sure temperature felt ok and that she was not being too rough. I also noticed each time any staff member started a service they asked your name which is a nice touch.The decor is very classy and I felt fancy just sitting in the chairs.

Second time I have been to NailBar and Beauty lounge.in Midtown. I am still impressed. Had Gel manicure the first time and it lasted for the entire 2 weeks. The place is beautiful, clean, bright, quiet, low relaxing bossa nova in the background playing... gives you a relaxing experience just by entering it like you were having a tropical drink by the beach. This week I had Leonela doing my nails and I have to tell you she is amazing. She is super perfectionist. There is nothing worse than when someone rushes into your nails to get the next customer. Leonela took so much time cleaning and preparing my nails to get the polish coat that amazed me. You feel that the person wants to do a perfect job rather than to fulfill an appointment only. Apart from all the customer service is amazing. I can schedule appointments online, even by facebook or any other social media. They answer within minutes what shows a great modern service up to date to nowadays reality. Hands up to Angela, the owner of the place, that keeps a great little piece of heaven in the middle of midtown for us to pamper ourselves and get the mind out of this crazy routine for a little at least. They also have massages, pedi spas, waxing services and all we need to feel pretty and relaxed! 10/10!

Very friendly, clean place and I love the way the way they do nails Unlike the Asian nail salons do. They take their time to clean your nails before they put the dip or acrylics on your nails. Even thought it took me 3hrs to get my dip many and mani done and it was a bit pricey but it was money worth spending.

When I scheduled my first appointment there for regular manicure and gel pedicure I got assigned to Nidia and she became my therapist for ever. Im 49, I used to have beauty services for the last 25 years and I immediately recognized Nidia experience and ability.She is super professional as technician in everything connected to nails, wax, make-up and facials and she is also a nice and kind person.I can suggest Nidia and Alibi to everyone looking for a professional service in a friendly environment. LOVE!!!! I am from NYC so my standards for performance and results are extremely high. I absolutely recommend coming here. I was a walk-in for both nails and hair. They accommodated me without a wait. Nidia gave me the best mani and pedi, she got all those little nail hangers on the sides and did a great job. They use this buffing machine on the feet that made it so much smoother, much better than that scraping thing they do back home.I got my hair done by Tommy who I wish I could put in pocket and take everywhere! He gave me a few pointers on how to fix my color(I went blonde from brunette back in NYC) and corrected the choppiness of my color. He cut my hair exactly how like the photo I showed him.The receptionist was very sweet and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything.

Love this place! When I worked in Midtown area , I frequented this place twice a month. Now that I live and work in Aventura area , I come here about once a month. I opt for the Signature Spa Mani pedi combo and follow it up with an Gel mani, usually getting the french on the hands . Is it pricey? Well, its about $70+ tip. Is it worth it? YES. The pedis I choose include an awesome massage chair along with a GREAT foot massage. The scrub feels amazing. Its super relaxing and I feel pampered, not rushed. Depending on the time of day, I am usually offered 2 free glass of champagne or mimosas as well. How can you beat that?! If i go to a happy hour in the same area a glass cost me $12 plus tip. My visit usually takes about 90 minutes. And I get an iPad while getting me services . The Zoya polish holds up well. I can go about 2-3 weeks with the french mani/pedi without chipping or needing to go back. I highly recommend this place. All the tools are new & clean, staff is professional, atmosphere is nice and trendy and I feel great after leaving.

I will say, if you dont speak spanish and feel some type of way, call ahead to make an appointment and ask specifically for an english speaker. There are not a lot of them from what I have seen. This place is a little bit more expensive but it is worth every single penny. 1) The service is always good and I have never had a bad experience here. I tired 4 nail techs already and they all performed really well. 2) they do an excellent job every time 3) I never feel like they are rushing 4) You get Ipads, Complementary champagne and when they do tastings cupcakes, and more. How sweet is that? 5) they have a huge selection of nail polish( Zoya , Gelish, Essie, China Glaze, you name it they have it ) 6) love the raw sugar scrub during pedi 7) They have those disposable liners on their pedi tub Nailbar will not disappoint. Nidia has usually been the one who sees me for manicures and today I had a facial (Christmas special $60) and I feel amazing.
