    Yanet has been my nail technician for a couple months now and she has been amazing.Shes very professional, gives me good recommendations depending on the look Im going for and Im always happy with the results.The salon is clean plus all the staff members are friendly. You can always count on Dani to offer some coffee or water. Always attentive.Highly recommend.

    I have been coming to this salon for months and everytime I come to the salon, all of the staff treat me and everyone with kindness, respect and make us feel welcome. My nail tech Laura is the best!!! I cannot say enough about her. Makes my nails beautiful and makes me feel right at home. I will continue to come here, the service and the people are amazing!     Beautiful salon. I went for gel mani and regular pedi and I’m very happy with the results. Everyone there is super friendly and the owner is very dedicated to making sure all their guest are happy and comfortable. Definitely coming back!

    Estephanie did my nails. I was happier than anything. Ive been to multiple places and this tech is Def on my top 5 techs.Super detailed oriented. Super friendly, caring, and just perfect.First time going there, had a good experience, even though I didnt speak Spanish we communicated perfectly fine and the job was done well.     Love this place… It’s super far away from my house, but it’s worth the trip.. The ladies are awesome, Mailys does my nails and it has been wonderful since day one… Shout out to one of the best coffees I’ve had !! The girl that does eyebrows it’s sooo great!

    I have done my nails twice with yanet & she is amazing! She takes her time makes sure that everything is perfect. No bubbles in the paint or try to change your color 🤣 i have brought my coworkers to the salon & they are all happy with the girls they had the chance to get their service with.     I am a bit conflicted on how many stars to give as I had a good experience, but the outcome was not to my expectations. I usually go to my own lady to do Après, but she was fully booked and I needed my nails to be done before I went on my vacation. To schedule an appointment was an easy process. When I arrived at my appointment, I explained the shape and color I wanted. While the nail tech started working on my nails, I noticed that she did not cut my actual nails. I felt like it was too late to say anything as she had already put something on my actual nail and did not want to mess up the process. I am no nail tech, but dont you need to cut them? If I am wrong, then certainty it is on my part and I will mention it beforehand. Once my nails were finished, there were only two issues I had. One was the length; it was too short for my liking but that was definitely on me since l advised the nail tech to cut it shorter before the shaping. Second thing was that I noticed there was a gap between where the cuticles and the Après nail meet. I have attached a photo for reference, it may not seem like a huge gap but in person there was a good amount of space between them. My usual lady who I go to does not leave a gap that visible, so I was a bit disappointed. It has not even been a week and my actual nails were growing which pushes the Après nail. It made the Après nail look like I did not get them done a couple of days ago. I looked at the reviews and photos before booking an appointment and loved the fact that the nail salon is about 2 minutes away from my job, not to mention that the price was in my budget. So has you can see I am conflicted on what rating to give and if I should return ☹️Edit: 6/18/2024.I have changed the rating to 4 stars for the customer service, owner herself reached out to me when writing the review above and I explained what the issue was. I made a second appointment with a different tech. Unfortunately, the outcome was the same. Owner reached out again and told her that the same issue is occurring. She stated that they don’t paint to close to the cuticles has it is harmful. Even though my nails did not come out to my liking the second time, I appreciate the customer service 😊 thank you!

    New ownership but it remains welcoming and the prices are reasonable. My nails are stronger than ever thanks to my nail tech Laura! They do everything under one roof! I highly recommend them!

    Everyone at this location is amazing!The salon is clean and well kept! I’m not sure if they are the owners at the cash register but both the man and the woman were super nice to me, and even went above and beyond when I wanted to change the color I had on.The only thing for me was that it seemed that the nail tech who did my nails was either new or didn’t have a lot of experience as my nails started going bad after 3 days. But I’d definitely be back to this salon and maybe try a different nail tech.Thank you for the great experience.

    I had the most wonderful experience at this salon, thanks to Laura and Bonnie! Laura worked her magic on my nails - they look absolutely amazing! She paid attention to every detail and truly exceeded my expectations. Despite the language barrier, Lauras care and attention to detail shone through. And then theres Bonnie, who did a great job on my hair. She understood exactly what I wanted and delivered it with skill. Both Laura and Bonnies friendly and caring attitudes made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Ill definitely be coming back for more pampering!     Andreina the manager always welcomes guest and remembers most people by their first name and always offers water or coffee to her clients. She makes guest feel very comfortable. I have been coming here from day one and have always had great manicures and have settled down with Nuvia who I think is amazing. Unfortunately I speak very little Spanish and most of the manicurist don’t speak English but I always have Andreina the office manager or someone to help if I should need it. The shop is welcoming and very clean. They do offer other services; I have had my eyebrows waxed and was not disappointed.

    They are amazing and life savers! I went to get my nails done for my wedding and they came out beautiful. The service is beyond expectations Ive never experienced such great service in any other salon. During my appointment my own personal hair stylist that was going to do my hair was unresponsive and not able to do my hair for my wedding (which was the NEXT day). I spoke to the anger about my scenario and urgenency and the manager was amazing and called the next day to advise Martha was going to help me with my hair and she did amazing. They also did my husbands and sisters hair. They saved the day and we all came out amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Everyone there are professional and provide amazing customer service.

    This is the best spa/salon Ive been to in a long time. Everyone is attentive, friendly and accommodating. For the moment you walk in, they greet you. Great customer service!!! The owner, Andreina, takes of the clients while they’re getting their nails done or hair. My first time I went there was for a mani and pedi. Ive been coming here for the past 2 years. They’re open Monday through Saturday. I have also gotten my hair done, makeup and eyebrows waxed there as well.I 100% recommend this spa!!! My nail tech Grechyn is the best.     Every time I go to Kendall I get everything done here. Hands, feet and eyelashes. I have also done moisturizing treatments. I even wait to do my eyelashes only here. They take care of everything in detail and the attention is so quality and pleasant that you dont want to leave. They also have designer clothing and lingerie available. In addition to looking beautiful, you can complete your look or get out of trouble with a gift. If they offer you coffee with milk, you cant pass it up, you have DELI!

    Yisel did my nails very well, she removed the gel that I had and was very delicate, her attention was super nice…However, the lady who had been assigned to me before Yisel was quite rough in removing the paint and ps it didnt seem like she had much experience since even a slope left me on a nail, thats the only reason I gave them 4 stars, it has to be a bit more careful taking care of her clients.
