I’ve been here a couple of times for gel mani and pedi and have always left satisfied for the most part. They are very good with walk ins and have lots of time slots available. Didn’t have such a great experience with Betsy, she was kinda rude and not very helpful with colors but her work was good nonetheless. Just won’t book with her next time. It’s not a deluxe nail spa experience but the prices are extremely reasonable for the area so you get what you pay for at the end of the day.

This was my first time visiting this salon at the suggestion of a friend that is a regular. I don’t normally get my nails done since I like to leave my nails alone, but since my birthday is next weekend and I’ll be traveling out of town to celebrate, I wanted to treat myself.I booked an apres full set with nail art, and classic pedicure with Ailyn. I live in North Broward, so I hit some traffic on the way down, which caused a 15 minute delay. I called the salon to inform them of this, and I was advised that my pedicure would have to be completed by a different technician. Not an issue, as long as I could keep my appointment with Ailyn for my manicure. I requested a simple daisy design and provided a reference photo. Ailyn did a great job and I’m happy with how my nails came out. It did hurt a little when my cuticles were being trimmed, but whatever, I’m not worried because a new cuticle cutter from a sealed bag was used.My pedicure was changed to be completed with Genesis. I was going to do classic pedicure, but I decided I wanted nail art on my toes. I was advised to do gel instead to get better results when it came time to add nail art. Again, very happy with the final results, so I’m glad I was able to be accommodated, despite running behind schedule.The only thing that was shocking to me was the final price. I was expecting to pay around $130 for everything, but I should have asked more questions about pricing. Since I booked online, it’s not possible to ask questions beforehand. I requested nail art with my booking, but there isn’t an itemized explanation about how prices are broken down when adding artwork. I’m also a non Spanish speaker, so there was a language barrier for me to communicate with my technician. I definitely should have asked how much a gel pedicure was going to cost versus a classic, and I definitely should have asked how much the artwork was going to cost before agreeing to moving forward. The booking app states that artwork starts at $10, but it does not elaborate beyond that.With tip included, my mani/pedi with artwork came out to $216. That’s a lot more than I was anticipating spending. Again, I don’t really get my nails done regularly, and this was my first time getting fake nails, so I don’t know what is considered standard pricing, but that seems a bit pricey to me. I wish the app used for scheduling appointments had the capability to upload reference photos of the nail art I wanted, and that there was messaging capabilities with my technician to know the cost beforehand. I’m not on social media, so I couldn’t DM the salon on insta to ask these questions. I take responsibility for not doing more research on my part, so I’ll absorb the cost and move on.As long as my nails last for a long time, it’s fine as a one time thing or for special occasions. I still think my nails look great, and I appreciate the technicians that worked on my hands and feet.I’ve read some reviews saying their nails came off shortly after, so I’m hoping that’s not the case for me. My friend recommended Ailyn because her nail sets always lasts when she gets it done with Ailyn.UPDATE 8/31/24: Happy to report my nails have not lifted and are I’ve gotten lots of compliments on them. The new growth is pretty visible now, so I’ll probably get another week of wear before I should start considering getting them removed. Having this be my first set of nails, I certainly see why people enjoy getting them - definitely felt cute and cunty, but I probably won’t be doing this again (at least not at this salon) due to the cost. There’s places in Broward that would have charged significantly less for the nail art. However, I still stand by the quality of work done by both technicians.UPDATE 9/25/24: Nails have still not lifted. Obviously these need to come off since the new growth is very noticeable, but I’m very surprised that they are still intact and feel sturdy.

She’s extremely detail oriented and will listen to any requests you might have with no hesitation. She even took her time to mix different colors to get the exact shade I wanted. Kathy does my nails and toes. She’s serviced me over 5 times and each time is impeccable. I am never disappointed. The staff is friendly, Mariana is super sweet and a great representation of their company. I highly recommend coming here and telling all of your friends!!!!!! It is so worth it!!!!!! There’s always tons of colors to choose from. My first time getting APEX was here and I haven’t gone back to any other type of mani since 😍

I Love this place but this time im extremely upset. The person I booked the appointment with was not the person I was seated with. I requested Yariela and was given Valentina. I am extremely upset being that my natural nail broke the day after my appointment. I love my nail lady, Yariela, and I would give her 5 stars any day but however when I arrived on time for my 6pm appointment with Yariela my appointment was moved with a different person who treated my natural nails as if they were acrylics. She was rough and seemed as she was rushing. She did a good job but I believe her roughness caused my nail to split. I been growing my natural nails out and had confided my nail health in the hands of this establishment. Which is why im so disappointed with the fact that I was basically pushed to be seated with someone who I did not request. The reason Im only removing one star and giving a four star rating is because I always schedule with Yariela and overall she is very gentle with my nails and is who I always go to. They should not be over booking and sit walk ins with open available people not the people who schedule their appointments.

Love Aurora Nails, I’ve been going there for two years biweekly consistently, reasonable prices, my nails are getting so long thanks to the builder, && the customer service is lovely. Lorena, the manger always offers and serves me coffee & water and the nail techs always take their time and even ask if you’re satisfied with the job and will make any changes accordingly. It’s one of my safe heavens in Miami ❤️

This is my favorite nail salon, so I hope this review doesn’t cause them to get too busy. But I always get a gel manicure and pedicure, and they cleaned my cuticles so well. The pain usually last for up to a month if I don’t pick at it. I highly recommend. The best part is their prices are cheap. It’s crazy I don’t even know how it works but I pray they never change because I will be coming forever.

Service was awesome, they did a amazing job and they were fast a men’s manicure should usually take between 15min to 20min and some that take 35min which I think is excessive but the results are usually very satisfying but here it was 15min and they did the same job if not better then the 35min manicure so I’ll definitely be back. You definitely have to make an appointment but even that was a quick and easy same day.

I have gone to this nail salon many times, and I consider it the hidden gem of Miami. It is not only affordable, but the quality of service each time is really amazing. They can create amazing designs, help strengthen your nails, and pay attention to all the details making your manicure and/or pedicure look and last very long. Ella Cardenas is my personal favorite, she not only takes her time but also cares about the quality of your service and the overall outcome of the nails. I will be back again very soon!

I LOVE aurora nails. They restored my nails back to life!!I’ve always had long hard nails and used to hop around from salon to salon until my nails were completely ruined by a nail technician, at a random salon. I spent months trying to get them back to life but they wouldn’t grow, they would fall of like thin paper until I found Aurora nails on ClassPass.I love that every single nail technician that works there is great so I don’t have to worry about having to make an appointment with one particular lady, they’re all amazing. I’ve been going for about a year now and I’ve had a great experience every single time.I literally drive from the Gables to Edgewater every two weeks just to do my nails there.5 out of 5!

I usually go to Isi and she is absolutely amazing!!! She is an artist and is fabulous at design as well as fixing any cracked or broken nails. The pricing is incredible for what you are getting and I would highly recommend this nail salon. I get my nails done religiously every 2 weeks and have tried multiple places in Miami but nothing compares to the quality and pricing as it does here at Aurora!

I would give you 5 stars, but your receptionist is so mean on the phone and in person! You need to change that first impression as the face of your beautiful nail salon! It is about time; it will hurt your business very bad! Hire a new, fresh, receptionist who do really love what she/he does asap.! Your recepcionist looks very amargada all the time. Sorry not to be sorry. Plenty fish on the sea, think about it. With love nd respect.PD: Maybe, you can train her to become the best receptionist ever! I am very impressed with the service at Aurora Nails Bar. My appointment was last Tuesday and I took advantage of the opening promotion they were having where you get mani/pedi for $19.99. The place is pretty, clean and the staff is friendly. And the best part is that my nails turned out very pretty. My technician removed my cuticles to my liking and did a great job painting the nails which is not the case at most places Ive been before. Im so happy a good nail bar opened close to my house. I will be a recurring client for sure.
