I love doing my nails here with Zerah! She always does a fantastic job. She has helped my nails grow and get stronger after being damaged in another salon. Totally recommend coming here for manicure and pedicure.

They took us in quickly and they were able to take care of two of us at the same time. Once we were settled it was relaxing, they have running water and mambo softly playing. The massage was amazing. Id definitely come again. This was a nice way to treat myself for my birthday. Someone did come for a last minute appointment, which stressed out my technician a little while my hands were being done, I let her know we can skip that part to help out with time, but she gave me the full service which was nice. But I guess from the stress I did get a couple knicks and bled a little on the cuticles of 2 of my fingers, and my partner and I did feel it was a little rough, but we also felt like it made sense. Overall everyone there seemed comfortable like it was their home environment, but it was also a casual spa for customers. Nice place.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Li for over 4 years. She does an amazing job every time. She always leaves my nails perfectly filed, cleans the sides and is very thorough! I’m very picky so I’m very happy I found my girl!

This was a phenomenal service experience with a great team of technicians! I’ve been traveling for the past week and damaged a few nails. Came to this salon with a friend for my acrylic nails, a pedicure (the Bamboo special), and an eyebrow wax. Not only was the team friendly, conversational, and fun, but the quality of their work is fantastic! I WILL be back — Next time I’m in the area!

I just got my lash clusters done here and let me just say I was shocked. Normally when I do clusters by myself they look uneven or they simply just don’t please me but these lashes turned out beautiful! I gotthem done by the lash tech (Hallie) and she seemed to know exactly what she was doing. Not only was she professional but she was also very kind and interactive.Overall, these lashes were exactly whatI was looking for & expected. Thank you!

I love this nail salon. Ask for Li she is the best she will make your nails exactly how you want them and she has excellent service. She makes amazing nails and is super nice. I have been going to this salon for many years and have gotten my nails done by many people here but Li is my favorite. In the photo I got this new color from OPI.

After having a horrible experience with another salon, this nail place was a life saver!!! Very peaceful environment and the workers are very gentle with your hands. Aren’t the best in nail designs but definitely left me satisfied.

My favorite nail salon is bamboo nails. The staff is amazing From Henry to Maria to all the girls who work there, however, it doesn’t end there. My bikini wax is always amazing with Halle she’s always extremely careful, hygienic, and thorough with my wax, Halle does my lashes and they always last no matter how much I sweat or go to the beach. She does the individual ones and people compliment me everywhere I go. She always does the latest technique with lashes and eyebrows. The bamboo staff is like a family and everyone there makes you feel like you are so welcomed. The prices are fair in comparison to other nail salons. Oh and I forgot to mention that the girl who does hair is amazing. Treat. Yourself to a full spa day. You won’t regret it.

Kim is the best!!! She always does a great job on my mani pedis and she gives amazing massages. If you go see her make sure to upgrade to deluxe it’s worth every penny for her massage. So happy I found her!!!

I’ve been coming to bamboo nail spa since it opened. I’ve done my nails with pretty much every technician that’s been there since the beginning. This nail salon has always provided me with great service! the techs are extremely hard working and detailed with their work. I’ve always been at ease when making appointments and their color and service options are various! I’ve never been dissatisfied at this salon. I’ve heard horrible stories before about people getting infections because of dirty spas but I’ve never experienced something like this here! This place is clean and comfortable to be in. I would never leave bamboo!

I would highly suggest Lee or Hallie. They are quick, professional and wonderful at what they do. I am a fan of gel nails and ever since I have started attending this salon, my nails have lasted 3+ weeks. Also from my observation, Tracy was a quite popular request from every client that walked in. She was doing her nail service next to my station and she seemed very friendly and connected with her client while leaving a wonderful look. When I return I do not mind having my service done from any of these three ladies.

This is my second favorite nail salon , and I was so happy that the girl that does my nails finally came back. Tracy is one of a kind , super sweet and always does a great awesome job. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Bamboo Nails and book a appointment with Tracy, shes definitely worth it and takes her time. The ambiance of the Nail salon has changed so much that it has gotten a lot better. Great prices and again Tracy is awesome!!

I was interested in getting my eyelash extensions but I had no idea where to get it. I was referred by one of my friends to go to her Lash Tech, Hallie. And it’s been 2 months and I keep going back. She has amazing customer service and I always love my lashes. I always leave feeling really confident!

Ive been to a ton of nail salons in Kendall and this is the one I am most comfortable with. As with all places, service depends on the person you get. Some are better than others by far. This isnt your place if you dont like chatter around you and if you want a high-end experience. For me, I tell them what I want, put on my headphones and just relax while they do my gels and spa pedicure. I always do walk-in without issue. I enjoy the convenience and the extra they put into the service. ^_^

I am so glad I found Mimi. She is the best at what she does. I’ve been to several other places and even the gel mani starts to chip off in less than a week! With Mimi that will never happen. I’m addition, if you are looking for someone who knows how to do designs, she is your girl. She has pained turkeys, apples, notebook paper, Elmo, you name it and she will do it. I just show her a Pinterest picture of some nail art and she does it even better than the picture. I love her!
