    The service here at this particular nail shop is really good. They have this iPad that sitting at the front as soon as you walk in for you to sign in. The facility was a very clean organized nail salon that they have going on. The nail shop is located on 441 off of 199st right next to Chilis. so its hard not to get your nails and stop into Chilis. I got to admit there isnt that much parking lot. Or you know I should just say its a lot of successful stores in this particular Plaza so sometimes its hard to find parking so over all this particular nail shop I got excellent service way to go Crystal Nails

    IF You decide to go to this place **ASK for TONY** I went with him for a full acrylic with gel polish.. he did a great job ⭐️I was a little doubtful to go to this place due to some of the past bad reviews… HOWEVER, I ended up going and I left very satisfied.Btw the red marks on my nail skin was already there

    Excellent nail work!! Love my nails, so happy, and I have high standards. Very hospitable service. The place is beautiful inside, very, very clean. I stopped in because I wouldnt have been able to get to my usual nail place in traffic and this place had great reviews and deservingly so. Client base not ghetto, they had upper class to middle class clientele. In a clean strip plaza next to Chilis. Thanks guys!!!

    Leaving a review for my own memory and also to give a useful note. I greatly appreciate how well my nails were done and painted. They feel very sturdy and quickly dried. (Gel mani-pedi). During the pandemic they are very clean, they spray alcohol each and every step they take.(1 week later update)I will note that the technician that worked with me probably cut my cuticles too far, Ive never had this many hang nails after going to a salon before.

    These people,who are working here, doing a really great job! I had an appointment and they finishd with my manipedi withing one hour and 20 min. Also,they have more than 10 years experience and they did everything to spoil me while I was there.Worth it!

    Jay in the front is excellent with the full set he did. Tony did my pedi and he was great as well, he listened to my preferences and made me a very happy gal! Only giving 4/5 stars because overall customer service could be better. Be kind and respectful to all clients or prospective clients, regardless of whats happening in your personal lives or what happened between you and other clients, prior to me walking into your establishment.Will be visiting anytime Im in Miami though!

    So today was my very first time stepping into this nail shop. Most of my girlfriends go to the shop and have been raving on and on about them, so I took a chance today and was very satisfied with Mias service! She took her time and made sure that she did my nails exactly how I wanted them ! I highly recommend her!

    Everytime I visit, I look for Tiffany! The courtesy and the customer service she provides is superbly amazing! She’s never in a hurry and she is passionate about quality. I’ve been doing my nails well over 20 years and by far.. she is the best!

    I had did a post on Crystal nails and spa about a month ago and it was a job half done and definitely was not what I paid for but, they definitely have improved!! I went back and the last two times I went has been amazing especially this past time was so quick and I felt like a top priority there the job done was very professional I go here twice a month if not more definitely would recommend and another thing I havent brought in a nail design that they couldnt do yet super impressed 👌💅

    I love this place and the design that Tammy create for me.Below are my nails after almost 3 weeks and my design still there, no chip, cracked, nothing 🤗.I totally recommend this place.Ps. Of course my nail is growing and you can see it in the picture.

    Really nice people, Clean environment, friendly, and the provide refreshments (at a cost of course) but its good. I went with my daughter she loves it. Tee did my daughter Mani and Pedi. Tee was super sweet and cool. Jacob did my Mani and Pedi. Jacob is funny! Great he has a sense of humor. He also did a wonderful job on my Mani and Pedi. Good spot to get your nails done. Oh one more thing, ask about the prices of the service before getting anything done.

    Jay does a good job . Sometimes the nail may lift but it’s because I get them long so when u hit something it lifts up. I love the way they do feet it lasts long the ladies are a go to .

    Love this place. Kevin did a great job with my powdered nails and my feet he gets five stars, went the last couple of weeks and hes not there anymore where did he go? They need to bring back Kevin, Jacob, Von, Johnson, and Kimmie.

    Let me start by searching google. Google please find me the best pedicure and manicure near me. Google responds with Crystal Nail & Spa. Attempted calling and my phone decides to play mute. The attendant could not hear me so he hangs up. The atmosphere in that building must have dropped some unicorn juice in their air because i got a return call wondering if i was seeking their business. I was ike, jupide jupper. I will be there for my service. The atmosphere was somewhat inviting. The young man took care of my feet and hands and i was happy. Kinda felt like they did not want me leave. Overall i give it a solid four. I entered a place of business.

    I love this place, Im most likely coming back here for my next manicure. Im in love with my nails, the manicurist went with what I wanted even though I kept changing my mind, he payed attention to the small details and took them into consideration.

    First time going to this nail salon, i usely go to regal nails inside of Walmart but my girl was off. i will not go back to regal nail salon, I am in love with place and my nail tech VAN is the bomb. LYS Nail Spa is very clean and their nail techs are very friendly. Thanks for making me feel like Ive been coming here for years.They also have a large selection of colors.

    Okay okay so Sabrina brought me here cuz she needed to get her nails done my nails were already done but were having a girls day out before we went to the Japanese restaurant this was my first time coming here even though I pass by a tons of time because its right by Chilis Im in the plaza with the foot locker the T-Mobile The UPS store at amscot the guy who did her nails did a phenomenal job she got this marble Galaxy looking colors that I picked out a course with some rhinestones on them and they look extremely nice and Im going to come here the next time I need to get my nails done and see how they actually can do for me the other nail tech Jacob was doing this girl stiletto nails like I had and they were pure White and he did a phenomenal job so definitely want to come back here test it out the girl who did the brows on Sabrina she did an amazing job as well and Ive been looking for a replacement for the place that I go to get my eyebrows done so Crystal nails may just be the replacement I find
