    This is my go-to place when I visit Miami. I absolutely love the girls here; they are so funny and kind and inviting. I worked with Pilar today and she was an absolute pleasure. She convinced me to try the chrome effects and a completely different style than I wasn’t used to and I’m glad I did! I loved how my nails turned out. Thank you!

    Marth did a beautiful job on my nails! She was super sweet and took her time making sure it was exactly how I wanted them. She was very gentle with my feet and removed all the dead skin on my toes, leaving me soft and smooth! If you need to get your nails done, definitely request Martha, I highly recommend her.

    11/10 experience, all the techs are so kind and thorough! Maria did my nails she was so precise and did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing and I don’t usually get my nails done but definitely plan to come back here!

    My visit with the lady’s today was amazing, did a walk-in & was help right away with no problem. Amalia was my nail tech she even picked out my nail color 💙 love it. I give the lady’s 5 but 4 to the store only bcuz the chair didn’t massage & they don’t use the jetted tub for the feet not sure what it called. THANKS LADYS I WILL RETURN SOON!

    This is a really good place to get your eyebrows threaded. Jolly (the eyebrow threader) is very nice and does good work. I will be coming back for my nails. The price is very reasonable for the work done.

    Yamile and Vanessa were super professional. They’re work was superb, unlike many places they removed cuticle with time. They used equipment that was not harsh on mine or my daughters nails and they’re work needless to say was beautiful. I came in short on time and they handled our needs with no difficulty. I recommend their services and the salon itself. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

    I have never been one to write any reviews but I have been coming to this nail salon since it opened. The staff has always been very pleasant and the place is always very clean. I especially want to acknowledge Julia, my nail technician for almost 20 years. She is very professional and does an amazing job! I highly recommend her! My family and friends always give me compliments on how beautiful my nails look! 😘

    Gusmely, the young woman who took care of me, did an excellent job for me. I took my little grand-niece with me and she got a manicure as well. She was so happy about the attention paid to her, she was jumping up and down in the shop. While I dont live here, I can definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for wonderful service with a smile 😊. Thank you.

    Katherine was the best! She was very comforting and calm in no rush to finish super fast and I loved that. She made good conversation as well.Aqsa threaded my eyebrows and she was also amazing! Her service was quick and painless, I asked her to clean my brows without making them too thin and she did it just like I asked. I’m very happy with both of them!

    I started going here recently with Catherine, she is definitely the best in the salon!! Very nice and her work is amazing! She’s also fast which I love cause I’m in and out in no time!     Love this place. Ive been going here to get my eyebrows threaded for years and have always had exceptional service. Jolly is the absolute best!! Not only is she a sweetheart, but she is the only one I trust with my eyebrows. Jolly is very good at what she does and will always leave you with fantastic eyebrows and a huge smile on your face. The manager is also very nice and attentive to customers. Highly recommend!

    Ive been getting doing dip powder nails and pedicures done at this location for a couple of years and Ive never had a problem with fungi or any uncleanliness of the sort.. HUGE plus for me as my mother had a bad experience with fungi at a some other nail salon she visited years ago. That being said if youd like to try this nail salon definitely ask for Jessica, shes the best!!! Shes been doing my nails for years and she also does lashes too !! Go check them out!

    This business is very clean and has excellent customer service! I get my eyebrow threading and nails done here! I recommend Alma as a nail tech and Ruby for eyebrows! Everyone is very nice, courteous and professional!

    Im big on customer service which rarely exist anymore. ... and yes, I appreciate what people do, so I tip to show appreciation when its deserved. Today, I tipped an excellent employee.Just a quick note to say I experienced great work today !I was a customer on and off for a couple of years. I always went to Alma who in my opinion is amazing....seriously. Very patient with positive energy. Beside my reg. mani/pedi, shes amazing at lash extentions. I always receive compliments. 🙌🏾 😇.Today, Monday, which was my 1st time going on a Monday.... I ask for my Alma. Unfortunately, she was off. Im very loyal and was going to leave but I needed something done. They introduced me to Gusmely. OMG....I tried something new (tip with gel dip). This wonderful lady went above and beyond! ..... lets just say I will be pointing and waving alot tomorrow with my new look. 🤣🤣🤣.ALMA & GUSMELY !!! True angels.So professional, smart, and creative. The entire atmosphere was positive and fun. I havent had the pleasure to work with the other ladies but I will say from what Ive seen, they are very professional and do there best to please their customers. If you ever feel youre not satisfied, speak up, they will accommodate you.     I have been going to this nail salon for YEARS! It’s honestly the best. I do my nails with Susy and she’s my favorite, she does them quick and perfect! I was reading some reviews about woman who get upset because they aren’t allowed to sit with their child. At the end of the day we go to get our nails done to RELAX. Don’t take your child to do your nails, it’s not an appropriate place to take a baby. No one wants to get their nails done with a screaming/annoying child next to them especially when it’s someone else’s kid. No offense to anyone with children. There’s also a sign at the entrance that says no children past a certain point, please respect people’s business/rules. Not everything has to be accommodated to your standards. LEAVE THE KIDS AT HOME, take the time to actually relax ladies!

    I’ve been coming to this salon ever since I decided to start do to the threading for my eyebrows (which has been at least 4 years maybe). Only once I was dissatisfied with this one lady who did a poor job but that was the one and last time it happened. I love the job they do for the threading, never have any complaints and the ladies do as you wish.

    I’ve been dedicated to this business for years. When they were on the opposite side of the mall. I over love this place. They’re very over protective about kids. Meaning they have zero tolerance of kids (babies) breathing in chemicals & getting hurt. Which I appreciate a lot. Not only do they value me as customer. They have a love for kids. Which you don’t find in businesses these days. They just want your money. I look at allOf that when I walk into a business. And when you walk in...they embrace you with a warm welcome. Can’t forget the services. My eyebrow tech (Jolly ) is bomb. That’s why I continue to spend my coins with them over the years. Wouldn’t have it no other way.❤️
