Amazing experience. They did my little sisters nails and I did gel manicure with regular pedicure. Upon leaving my sister stepped on my toe and when I went in they fixed it again with no problem. Amazing customer service and wonderful workers with the best prices I’ve seen at a nail place in a while. Will be back again.

I have now gotten my nails done with Miriam 4 times. She is amazing, friendly, and attentive to detail. She tries her best (and succeeds) to complete whatever design I show to her even with my small nails. She takes the time with me to pick out colors to best match what I am envisioning. Honestly, the manicure and pedicure combos cannot be beat in terms of price. Miriam also looks out for the health of my nails recommending structure gel which has allowed me to grow my own nails naturally and make them stronger. Every time, I leave happy and wowed! I have gotten so many compliments at work. She tries her best to communicate in both English and Spanish as needed.

I went yesterday for the first time. I booked with whoever was available. I was booked with Rommy. I got to my appointment pretty early, luckily she was available and took me right away. I told her what I wanted and she went to work. I got a structured mani and was a little skeptical at first. She did them square and the shape was nice but Im a round-shaped girly so she ended up reshaping. Needless to say the results were fabulous! The structured mani is $35 but was charged $40 because I had an overlay from a previous manicure. Excited to go back! Gracias Rommy!

I love this nail salon so much 🫶🏼 I’ve had the privilege of working with Mailetis, Susel, Yunis, and Yaimara and they take their time to make sure everything comes out looking perfect. Miriam did my nails this time and I absolutely LOVE how they turned out—I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on them and it’s been fun to match my outfits with my gorgeous nail design. She hadn’t done something like this before but was up for the challenge and her talents show for itself! She had a great attitude and was kind and listened to what I wanted. Highly recommend getting your nails done with Miriam, Javi, and Daily at the 25th st location, or Elizabeth and Mailetis at the 36th st location ! I’ve only had positive experiences here and a loyal customer and I’ve recommended Forever 21 Nail Lounge to many friends and coworkers

I went for the first time and upon first impressions it was very beautiful and the people are very friendly but it is mostly a Spanish speaking salon and most of the nail techs don’t speak english the lady did my toes wonderfully but when she did my nails she cut my cuticles too much and led me to bleed on 4 of my fingers but over all she did very good would just want her to be more gentle next time

Update: the owner had taken the time to call to find out what went wrong, was kind, and was able to get me another appointment in a different location with another lady. This time my nails look amazing 🤩 and cleaner, and I didn’t have to pay again. The lady who had fixed my nails this time deserved that tip, and I’m very grateful that the owner was caring. Thank you so much!They were supposed to remove the Gel from my nails, but had done a poor job in doing so. I even mentioned this to the lady doing my nails, many times I might add, but she didn’t correct it. I do understand that someone was behind me, but now that I painted my nails, you can tell the difference based on how ugly my nails were taken care of. To be honest, I had paid more than what I could’ve gotten if I had done gel (I had gotten regular polish). If They knew they were going to rush with my appointment, I don’t understand why they took me in. These girls are all wonderful and so much fun! I normally do my nails with Betsy. She is truly an artist, you can tell she is passionate about her job. My nails last over 3 weeks, honestly, I only come back because of the growth because they are intact. On top of her excellent skills, she always has a smile on her face! The service was really nice. My nail tech was Balisa. She took her time and showed she cared with my nails. However… they did additional stuff and never mentioned the added fees. I originally went there for the $30 promo gel mani/regular pedi. I did add a simple design so I knew that would cost more. I did ask for a nail builder (a little green bottle that cost maybe $10 more). Girl. When I got to the register, she said $86!!!!!! I said for what?! It was really disappointing. For that much, I would have gotten a more intricate design and expected more. Really disappointed with the price especially since no added fees were mentioned ($15 for previous paint removal + $15 for “structured nails” which I never asked for +++++).I would go back but I’d rather know upfront what I’m getting into. Only tried a different salon cause my nail girl is on vacation. Going back to Tipsys Salon in Doral (go to Nyla… she’s amazing.)Thanks anyway, F21. Please mention prices to customers next time!

I am happy to share my experience today at this adorable nail salon. I was a walk in and let me tell you! I had a great time and an amazing service. The place is so cute and the beautiful ladies working in there made the whole experience feel so sweet. I had my hands done by Besty, she is fantastic!!! She manages the phone, the door and makes sure you have fun while playing music the whole time. My nails look amazing! Nelly did my pedicure and she was so gentle with my one nail that was hurting and now I don’t feel any pain anymore. I can’t wait to go back. She explained the different nail polishes and prices. My appointment was with Elianis; since I arrived early she was still working on the previous client but Yamilka asked if I wanted her to start on my pedicure. She was fabulous and courteous. I have been doing my mani & pedi here for six months now. My nails have never been so healthy and I actually have long nails now (structure gel is a must) My nail tech. “Betsy” is the best but from what I can see so is every one else. It doesn’t matter if ‘m her last appointment of the day (7pm) she does an awesome job and even goes as far as recommending a new service that would take longer rather than rushing to be done for the day. Everyone should try the “Volcano pedicure” it is the best and your feet will thank you! This is an awesome place with capable friendly staff and I highly recommended.

I was initially a little bothered because when I walked in for my appointment at 10:30am, they told me they werent sure if that manicurist would be coming in. The reassured me I would be taken care of by someone else and they did. After waiting about another 15 minutes I was attended to by a great manicurist (I forgot her name but it starts with a D). I had to take my sons with me (ages 2 and 11) because I had no baby sitter and my youngest was sick. All the ladies at the salon made me feel so much better about the little one crying. They gave him chips, cleaned his face, and tried soothing him. I really appreciated that. Their patience was incredible. Needless to say my feelings started one way and ended up another! Thank you! Would definitely recommend... but make an appointment!Note: I did know there was an up-charge of $5 if you do 3 colors. That was also explained to me.

Wonderful nail salon! I received a gel mani and regular pedi from Sheila and it came out excellent. I was able to make a same day appointment and was seen immediately. The salon is small and cute and there was a very calm ambiance. They have a large selection of colors to choose from (DND and OPI) which is always great. I have very small and short natural nails and she did an amazing job with them. Very clean cuticle work without pain and excellent paint job. I was in and out in an hour and the best part is their PRICES. $30 for both the mani and pedi with a $1 charge for using a credit card and they also charge $5 if you want OPI. These prices are incredible when the service by Sheila is top tier. I will be returning next week to try other services as well.I have updated to 4 stars as the gel started to peel off within a few days. Day 6 and my polish was all gone 😕

When I make an appointment they do honor the time. But if I walk-in, its a wait. Everyone is nice/professional. Quality of work depends on the tech. I stick with the same people. They are sanitary. Not sure of the standards of other techs/pre-pandemic. There is a charge for paying with card. Im a repeat customer. So far so good.
