The BEST salon- stylist Peter rocked my Brazilian blow out. The owner is lovely! She is honest, professional and expert with the scalp and hair is an UNDERSTATEMENT! This place is truly a gem in the neighborhood and I’ve been to many (NYC, MIA, LA)! FYI- I have rebellious curly hair. I thought I could only go to Dominican salons- nope! I am visiting from Colorado, and struggling with my hair while here- I don’t have to contend with humidity back home! I decided to get a blow out before a work party this evening, and found that this salon was close with a 5 star rating. I’m always nervous when someone else does my hair, because I’ve had my extensions ruined when getting a blow out while traveling.Carlos was attentive, and did exactly what I asked. My hair has volume, and didn’t fall flat- which is what it did when I was styling it! Best of all, I didn’t have to spend 2 hours trying to dry my hair, ending in disaster and a meltdown because I looked like a poodle without crispy eye stains. Also, I want to note that Carlos was very careful when washing between the wefts, gave a good scalp massage, and left me with clean hair and scalp. So many stylists try to be careful of the extensions, but don’t shampoo well enough to get rid of product build up. 10/10 recommend Carlos for a blowout.

Best experience ever. If you are looking for a hair dresser that actually cares about your hair this is the place to go. This place is about quality and James knows how to cut and style your hair. I am calling it…. This is the hottest salon in Miami. Hello has some of the top technical talent and innovative approaches to hair in the US. James and Deborah are my go to stylists for precision cuts, Brazilian keratin, hair filler, color, etc. I have a very challenging hair texture, especially in humidity, but you would never know because these experts have dramatically improved the quality of my hair, east of styling and beauty. The atmosphere is fabulous. I am so grateful for this salon!

The attention to detail, time, and service is impeccable from beginning to end. The staff is sweet, helpful, and educated. My hair, which was once damaged, dead, dried and completely broken, is now growing, shiny, healthy, and better than I could’ve ever expected. This was a great experience! I wanted to get my hair and makeup done for a special night out, and this fit the bill. Carolina did my makeup and Bruno did my hair. They did their due diligence - requested pictures of me and asked me questions about my hair/skin before the appointment, asked what event I was attending and what I was wearing, and asked what I wanted out of my look. I had a delicious cappuccino while i was getting my makeup done and was relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Ive attached before and after photos of my normally non-glam self and the final results :-) Ill definitely go back there.

My experience in this salon was 5 starts! I needed manicure, makeup and hair for a wedding and since you enter to the salon, people are very welcoming. Nidia, the manicurist, was excellent and then Mario took care of the makeup and it was flawless, he did an amazing job and captured what I wanted. Finally, Bruno took care of my hair and it was excellent as well. The service was very fast so I didnt have to wait hours in the salon and prices are very reasonable. If I was living in Miami, this will be my place to go. I highly recommend them!

Lovely salon filled with talented and knowledgeable staff. I like to go get scalp treatments here. They assess your scalp and give you recommendations for better ways to treat it. Then they clean your scalp with a variety of products and it leaves your scalp and hair feeling amazing. I’ve come three times now and have a wonderful experience each time.

This is my first coming here, the atmisphere is very relaxing welcoming . The gentleman at the front will ask you if you want anything to drink. Everyone is nice and pleasant. The stylist who attended me was so professional. She listened to my concerns and she only cut what I asked her to cut, which is huge plus for me. She is very knowledgeable and very attentive. I am definitely coming back. My appointment is already booked in two weeks for another scalp treatment.

Déborah was amazing! she did my roots like never I did before, I always have a orange or red reflection after coloring my roots and she did amazing job it looks like my natural hair color.I’m in love with my hair , also o did a deep treatment that I definitely recommend my hair is silk and shine for one week now .Bruno did my blowout from far the best I ever did!Price is fair and they are clean and use only good productsI’ll definitely go back!

I loved my first experience at Hello Beauty Concept. As soon as you walk in Ivan greets you with a big smile and offers you something to drink. Everyone is friendly at the salon. Yayi did my hair and she was the best! Treated my hair with care, listen to my concerns and offered me the best options. She took her time and my hair looked so shiny and healthy afterwards. Each and every time, I am consistently pleased with the cut and color. The salon itself is very clean and spacious. The front desk attendants are very accommodating and always offer water and coffee. The energy between the hairstylists is really positive. If you have a consultation you can rest assured you have the support of the entire salon. I cannot recommend this salon more.

My hair is hard to cut, it’s wavy, frizzy, thick, dry and damaged, people usually get lost cutting this mad hair, getting one side longer than the other one, or cutting in a way it looks like it was cut with an axe.
