From the moment I went in the receptionist was so sweet. She made sure I was comfortable. Silvia was my stylist and when I say she has the magic touch, I truly mean it. My hair was dry and looked like straw and had 2 diffrent colors in my hair, it was a mess. I came out looking like a new person. My hair is so silky and the color is gorgeous. Shes amazing and really makes sure to educate you and make you feel comfortable with everything she does. If you are planning on coming in ask for Silvia, you wont regret it.

Alicia is a waxing artist! She is so careful with my eyebrows, she really preserves every follicle that’s possible. My eyebrows look fantastic, and I always get compliments! I highly recommend Alicia for all waxing services!

I am an older lady and it was very difficult to get to the coupons. It will be nice if you do coupons in paper like before. I know things change but it was a struggle. I love to shop at Jcpenney. The store was very organized & clean. The sales lady had to be very patient with the situation. If it wasnt for that situation my visit was a great experience.!!!!

I was seen as a walk in. Front desk receptionist was Soo nice. Her name was Jessica. Silvia was my hair stylist. She did full highlights and a beautiful layered hair cut. I love that she works fast. I was extremely pleased!

Odalys is the best hair colorist I have been to ever!!! She knows her stuff well. She took me from blue-black hair to red with ease!!! She is also very professional as well. Highly recommend her to anyone!! Janelle

Niurka is an excellent stylist. She understandsWhat looks good with your face. Amazing controlOf the hair and styling expertise. She is knowledgeable and that is important when making you look good! Thanks Niurka. As far as the salon, they are always willing to service you and accommodate your appointments, changes and confirmations. They are professional and friendly! Overall very good experience.

I love this place. I have been looking for a great place to get my hair cut for years and I was pleasantly surprised. I live in the brickell area and there doesn’t seem to be any high quality salons that a reasonably priced. The manager Rob who cut my hair does an amazing job and keeps the place clean and orderly. Needless to say I will be coming back to see him again and again. Thank you for the great hair cut.

I came in and did my hair with a stylist named Odalys she trimmed and colored my hair to a beautiful blonde tone she was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions, made me comfortable. I now have a new go to stylist. Love it!

Had a color correction, haircut and blow dry with Odalys. She is a TRUE MAGICIAN and fixed a disastrous color job done at another salon. Plus, she gave me a new cut thats easy to style, and that totally improved my look. Odalys is a true artiste!!!

What can I say about ODalys except that she is sent from heaven.ODalys has been doing my highlights since the 80s. You all know how important it is to have a hairdresser that you can trust. Well Odalys is not only trustworthy she listens to all my hair concerns and NEVER lets me leave until I am 100% happy with what she has done. It was a very sad day when I had to move 60 miles away. But next week is my birthday and I drove all the way down to Dadeland from Palm Beach County to give myself the best birthday present........highlights by ODalys.

Went in to get my hair done for the first time at this salon was skeptical at first because i usually have my own person I’ve been going to for years but she recently moved so I gave it a shot had a stylist named odalys do my hair she was great did a good job on my cut and color, will definitely come back.
