I am so happy with my new look! Recently I dared to start grey blending my hair and so happy I did with Bill Bruno. He’s an excellent hairstylist from explaining the process in detail with great enthusiasm gives me client confidence and skilled in achieving the result I want exactly. I’m in love with my hair finally! Thank you, Bill!And, of course super star, Dee Dee! She offers precision eye brows with a therapeutic classy experience. Especially love Dee Dee’s final touch with a gentle massage around my eyes! So heavenly and unexpected for an eye brow treatment. Excellent customer care experience! I cant recommend Bill Bruno enough! He has been cutting my hair and my three daughters hair for years, and we all leave feeling amazing every time. Bill has such a great eye for what works with our hair types and styles, and hes always patient and attentive, especially with my kids (teen and tween). They love getting their hair done by him! Hes not just a talented stylist, but also genuinely kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience so enjoyable. If youre looking for a skilled, reliable, and friendly stylist, Bill is your guy!

He starts every session with a detailed consultation to ensure his clients are receiving exactly what they want. He is kind, personable and professional always. His artistry is reflected in the way he places each balyage piece carefully and concisely. I am always complimented on my hair color and cut when I go out and it is all thanks to Bill. I had my hair cut, color and treatment by Bill Bruno. When I arrived my hair was in such distress when washed you couldn’t put your fingers through it. After my hair treatment, color and cut I couldn’t believe how healthy and beautiful my hair looked. Bill works miracles. Everyone commented on what an incredible transformation. Mitra at the JCPenney Salon is an eyebrow specialist. I would never let just anyone shape my daughters eyebrows, but Mitra is meticulous and does great work. Additionally, Mitra offers remarkable facials. I will continue scheduling appointments with her.

I absolutely love JaVoni!!! She is amazing to talk to and superb at what she does. I always leave the salon looking amazing and everyone at work will ask me where I go. I trust her to do whatever she wants to my hair and have never been disappointed. My hair has grown so healthy and long with her magic hands! She also did great extensions for me on multiple occasions that gave me both body and bounce, I received so many compliments at my convention! If I could have her as a live-in stylist, I totally would! Will definitely continue to follow her wherever she may go in her career!

Chong is MAGIC. She gave me the best shampooing I have ever had, this woman loves her job and it shows. She was so sweet and attentive and you can tell she cares about giving her clients a quality experience all around. Her attitude is amazing, her cutting/washing skills are on point, and her personality is super pleasant. The manager Sean was very nice and fortunately paired me with Chong! I will definitely be back!!

Excellent service. Master designer Alicia did an excellent job on my hair. Had my hair done at another salon and ended up with about 10 different color of highlights. Alicia fixed it. My kids say they would give her a 10 out of 11. Love my hair now.

I’ve been going to this salon over 5 years and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Most times, Florence does my hair and she always make sure to give my hair the best care. During my last 2 times at the salon, Florence wasn’t at work and I really need my hair done. An apt was made with Sonia on one day and Yola on another day. I was very pleased with my hair. I even received a hair massage which was really nice.You will never have a long wait at this salon because the stylist work on one person at a time. This quickly helps to get you out of the chair and on your way.

I went into JCPenny salon today to get my hair relaxed, colored, and cut short into a bob. I must say I was really nervous about cutting off my hair since it was really long. However, I just wanted a new look so I went for it, the stylist by the name of Donna really did a Excellent Job on my hair. I love it she gave me lots of body in my bob which makes my hair looks really full. I would definitely recommend Donna to anyone thats African American texture hair she works miracles the mizani relaxer. Just wanted to write a review on the hair services I received today! Im one satisfied customer.

I enjoyed coming here when Yola worked here. They were closed down for a decent amount of time because of the COVID situation. When they reopened and I called to make an appointment I found out she no longer works here. So I visit her personally. My mom tried a few of the other stylists and by far she was the best. Incl are photos of my latest cut, blow-dry and some light curls by her. So im not sure I will return to JcPennys salon.

Just wow! .. at first I was like I don’t know.. maybe they’ll get my hair messed up or they won’t be friendly because they’re just used to having a lot of customers. I was mistaken. This young lady was friendly and attentive from the beginning. She asks you questions... you can ask her questions.. she’s very professional but also very fun!
