    As always, fast great service. No appointment needed. After visiting many nail salons, Jivana Nails & Spa keeps being my favorite place to get my nails done. I feel welcome. No pushy attitude. My nails are always well done and the nail polish last. Iā€™ll keep coming back. Btw, they just got new pedicure chairs.

    I was very surprised about the reviews I read but I had a great experience. I was on vacation and needed a freshen up. Glad i chose them. My Nail Tech Nina did a wonderful job on my nails with just a regular manicure and pedicure. I was very pleased and I thought they were very affordable.

    I love Jayden! They all are amazing - but Jayden is the king of the acrylics. I have been coming here for more than 5 years- a loyal costumer. I donā€™t request a technician because they all are good. But I love when Jayden does my refill. I come every two weeks, I bring my in-law all the time to get her nails done, I have come with friends and family members. Highly recommended.

    I havenā€™t been here for a long time because I had a bad experience before the pandemic, however I decided to come back. I wanted to try to do something elegant and I gave the place another chance. I like Sundayā€™s because itā€™s not that busy early mornings that way they can do them carefully too since itā€™s not as busy as Saturdays. A girl named Diana did my nails and just how I wanted them! Very patient and professional. I just think that to be a refill it was expensive. But knowing she did a great job that compensated the situation. I usually pay $45 for refills, this time it was $60.

    Jivana Nails & Spa won me over for sure and I will be back! Anderson gave me the best pedicure (his foot massage is strong and really relaxing) the chairs also give a really strong massage, which I really like, but I am sure there are more gentle settings. Annie gave me my manicure and she is a perfectionist! I told her what I wanted and she made my nails look so beautiful! I definitely recommend both of them. Do be aware that although everyone is gracious there is a very business feel to the place. I recommend bringing a little bit of music with you unless kpop is your thing ( it isnā€™t loud at all.) Overall 9/10!

    Tom Introduced me to dip...they were closed and I went to another Salon for my second service. My nails looked like a bad acrylic set and I was not pleased...I came back to Tom and he did not disappoint, Im very satisfied.

    Had to remove tips and acrylic to let my nails breath until Valentines. Diana was wonderful. Removing them can be a little painful and she was patient. I have lupus so my nails are very soft and even a light manicure can be uncomfortable. But she was great. My 4th or 5th trip there and I will continue.

    Omg. Fastest mani pedi ever literally 25 minutes. Thank god bc another salon I go to will take hours after work and this was very in and out. Now, that doesnā€™t meant a lack of efficiency or effort bc this was the cleanest mani pedi Iā€™ve gotten in a while. Loved it! Super nice staff too.

    Everyone has been welcoming entities over gone there. Ive only had few issues when it comes to service where my one or two of my nails have broken due to acrylic either not covering whole nail or has chipped, the other time my nail wasnt fully painted.I would still continue to go there as nothing or no one is perfect. The guys in there gives the BEST pedicures.

    This place is always immaculate with a great vibe. Today I got a young lady named Jo to do my pedicure. They always do a great job but Jo was phenomenal. Iā€™m writing this as sheā€™s massaging my calves. This girl is a very very hard worker and extremely detailed. My best experience to date and Iā€™ve been coming here since 2017. Iā€™m in heaven šŸ’Æ

    This place is a well-oiled machine! Highly recommend. Although there were no appointments available, they were accepting walk-ins. My name was called a few seconds after I checked in on their tablet system. My nail tech, Tom, was fantastic. Incredibly fast and efficient. Asked me pertinent questions and executed the exact length and style that I wanted. I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. I allocated $10 for tip (30%) but gave $20 instead because of how quick, efficient & professional Tom was. Ill definitely be coming here from now on!

    I have never been to this place before, but Iā€™m going on a trip and Iā€™ve had a lot of trouble with my feet recently. Iā€™m diabetic, and also have problems walking and I use a cane because I had a stroke some years ago and itā€™s very difficult for me to do my own pedicures . I have been to other nail salons but because I was shopping nearby I decided to stop at this one and try them outā€¦. and I was delighted they could take me without an appointment! The young fella who checked me in was sodelightfulā€¦. great personality, and he assignedLilly to me to do my pedicure. She was an absolute delight I have not felt such relief or had such good looking toenails in a very long time,she has very gifted hands and great knowledge of how to get a pedicure. I will definitely be returning a regular basis and I highly recommend this place. The establishment is very well appointed and very relaxing and everyone is so friendly! It is truly a gem and Iā€™m so glad I discovered it!

    First time here.... And I love it! Place is beautiful, the guy at the front desk is super nice. Lots of colors to choose from to gel and regular. It is a little pricey I paid $68 for a acrylic gel refill and pedicure. Overall is worth it since you have two people doing your feet and nails.... Tiger and Jaden did mine and I absolutely love it!!! Thank you!

    It was my first time there and the only problem I had was being skipped accidentally on the list, which can be understandable on an extremely busy Saturday. However, in light of the mood, the receptionist made it his priority to make sure that I was taken care of and showed much appretiation as a customer. Yen did my pedicure and it was the best one yet. I definitely will go back again and recommend Yen to do your pedicure too.

    Ive been going to Jivana for about a year, and I love it. Never had a time where I didnt like my nails. Especially love that they do your nails and pedicure at the same time, so Im never there more than 45 minuted to an hour, even on busy days like Saturdays.

    Great place, awesome people. You pay what you get for. Gel mani, gel pedi, massage, hot towels and with 2 people working on you $73 + tip. I have been going there for years eventhough I do my gel sets at home sometimes I just dont feel like it and contribute to the hustle. Thanks staff at Jivana.
