I read the previous reviews this place has received and I have to disagree. I’ve been a client for over 1 year and they’ve always kept a consistent quality. My gel nail polish always lasts 2 weeks or more. I’m a picky customer and I’ve never left their salon disappointed or unsatisfied. The place has always been clean and organized. I’ve been to other salons where they refill OPI and DND nail polish bottles with cheaper and of lesser quality nail polish - that’s has never been the case here. You can always pick your color from the color palette and it’s exactly the same.Maybe this is not the place if you want to become best friends with your nail technician because they are all very serious and quiet, but they’re professional and knowledgeable about their craft. I’ve mostly done my nails with Kim (my favorite), but Kat, Spider and Nina have done my nails too and they’re just as great.The place is always busy, which is a sign that proves that they’re very good at what they do. They always try to accommodate for walk-ins.I just find very unfair that people only write reviews to complain but never to recognize a good service.Being blunt and serious, doesn’t mean you’re rude. Nobody shouldn’t expect them to be subservient just because they offer a service.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing they are! I do my nails with Nan and he is AMAZING!!!!! He is so detailed and really puts in all his effort to make sure I leave with beautiful nails. Everyone here is so sweet and hardworking. Love coming here!!!! :)

I have been a customer for a long time and have always loved my experience and results. The owner and nail technicians work hard and efficiently to provide the best service. I saw some bad reviews about the service and I have to disagree. After more than a year, I will continue to go back and get my nails done here. It’s always clean, they treat me well and I have beautiful nails that last me 3 weeks (I get gel). I recommend people to come here.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and my experience has been very pleasant! If you want pedicure all the technicians are awsome and very detailed! If you want the best detailed acrylic ask for spider he is the best!

I’ve been coming to Luxury for years and I am always happy with the service. They do a really good job with both manicures and pedicures. They also accept walk ins which is super nice if you have a busy schedule, and I’ve had a lot of the techs already and they are all great! I definitely recommend checking them out :)

For my mom, sister and I this place has been our staple for manis and pedis for over 3 years and we absolutely love it here!Not only is the owner attentive, remembers each one of us every time, but all the staff is friendly. Everyone who works here is skilled and knows their craft, I have never had a single bad experience with anyone here.The wait times without appointments are never too long or unreasonable, which is something I value when I need a last minute session. Plus the operating hours are also incredibly convenient if you work a typical 9-5 or if you have a last minute nail emergency.

I love going to this nail spa. However, it’s rather expensive. It would be nice if they had a discount when you do manicure and pedicure at the same visit: I paid $58 for a regular pedicure and gel manicure. Then the tip on top of it.

This was the first time for us here. Came with my daughter without an appointment on a Saturday and was helped out pretty quickly. Tyler was the one who did her mani-pedi, all took about 1.5 hrs. When it was time to pay, it was a little expensive... paid $50 without tip. Imy daughter was satisfied..I would say if I would of done my nails too I would have paid easy $100 USD. Not cheap, but time was what I was sold on. I will try it for myself and will review on my own experience.

Great place, was taken care of very quickly, no line or wait. Plenty of parking and they are willing to work with you. The place is extremely clean and completely brand new. The outside sign says Vivid Nails which was confusing when I was looking for it, but thats really it. Thank you. Will be recommending.

They are the best, since they opened I have been with them and the truth is that they are not close to me but I go because I have been with Vivian for more than 10 years, I would not leave them anywhere else
