This place is a well oiled machine. Plenty of nails tech to take walk-ins. Front desk- no small talk, tell them what you need and you’re in. I had no appointment, waited 5-8 minutes and did a gel manicure in under 40 mins! Leanie was awesome! Ask for her! They also have a zillion colors to chose from

First time heading to Menta y Canela. The place is huge and has tons of staff, it was clean, and spacious. I cant imagine ever having to wait. Everyone was courteous and had a good vibe. My manicurist was great my nails are now going for 3 weeks and gel is intact. Definitely will be going back prices are great!

This location is always super busy. The service is fast and because it is cheap you get what you pay for. There is access for wheelchairs. The place is clean and tidy. The staff is nice and the music is cool. The service is fast and it is better to call ahead. It is very easy to get lost when trying to find this location so just be aware that is not visible from the street.

Great service, nice people, always appointments, beautiful and clean place, professional and all. But that cannot be as important about when you get a gel manicure only (for $25 which is the price in other places for gel manicure and regular pedicure), and the day after the gel starts peeling off? The pictures are after a week, what a shame! They told me I can go tomorrow free to fix the peeled nails, which is great but still, I would prefer them to last what they normally do.____________UPDATE: I did gel manicure on a Thursday, they started peeling, went back for them to fix them next Friday: today is Tuesday and they started peeling off again. Are you kidding me? Not even with the second fix, they lasted 2 weeks. WHAT A JOKE.

The welcome and service were amazing. Its located in a beautiful building and environment. The staff is cordial,social and respectful. I took my wife to more than 10 different nail salons in Orlando. Since I was in town, for her birthday week. We called the day before and set up an appointment, I didnt regret it. She was extremely please with her nails, the manicure was to her delight. The experience was great.

Love this place!!! I fell in love the first day and have been there 4 times. Everything from their customer service when I called to make an appointment, the modern and spacious facilities, the coffee they offer customers, to the awesome nail techs. They have seen me right on time every single time and Barbara (my nail tech) has done such a fabulous job. 100% recommended!

I love this place! I was one of the many customers that came here when it first opened in Doral, I still remember that day I wanted a very specific nail tip shape that I wanted and she nailed it lol she really did an amazing job. I live a little bit far but this is the only place I will get my nails done because everything about them including the experience was so delightful and satisfying I didnt need to look anywhere else. I always love going, the Rubies girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful even though sometimes the place is full. Today I paid attention to my daughter, and this time I witnessed the treatment of one of the manicurists (very inappropriate) she is entering on the left: the first position attached to THE wall, in the first Row, I think her name is Jade, or Yade ... something like this: I couldnt stop shouting rudely at the girl at the front desk in front of all the customers: she was very rude and told her that one day she was going to break her face: WOW that gives the place a very bad image: the owners They should make a reservation that dirty cloths are washed in private. Very poor ethics on the part of that manicurist:

Update May 2022. The best place to get your 💅💅Spectacular!! Ive been going there since I moved to Miami, (they were first in charge of Univision) for 8 years. I dont go every month, nor very often, but every time I go they treat me super well and leave my nails very pretty!!! My daughters love it too! Excellent Customer Service! :)
