    Menta y canela is a place where I enjoy getting my nails done. I love it here! The women working are always so kind. The dynamic is family like and warm. They take really good care of you, and always do a really good job. They are super clean and precise in their work. Make an appointment, they are very busy and popular. Speaking Spanish is a must, this is a first language for majority of their employee’s. I don’t speak it as I am determined to learn, but still can communicate my needs.

    It was my first time and Menta & Canela in the Gables location and let me start off by saying that at first I had mentioned to the receptionist over the phone that I wanted an appointment for a regular gel pedi and gel-x mani, my appointment originally made for 6pm was changed to 5:30pm the same day, but when i arrive and tell the nail tech that I booked for Gel X( also known as A-press, but at this salon it is more commonly referred to as A-press), she was under the impression that it was a regular gel mani as well. This isnt a big issue as it could not have been well understood by the receptionist due to bad cell connectivity. It was already close to the salons closing time so for me it was not a big deal, I could reschedule so as to not affect their hours too much. BUT GUYSwhen I tell you that two nail techs assured me it was no issue and that they wanted me to leave the salon SATISFIED... these ladies did NOT disappoint. My pedi was gorgeous and my mani was to die for. I was treated so well and they were all super sweet and very caring and careful. The attention to detail is immaculate!!There is no other salon that can compare to this one, not just in terms of pricing, but because of the INCREDIBLE SERVICE that they provide for you.I ended up also doing my eyebrows and they came out AMAZING, major shoutout to the eyebrow tech at the salon.TL;DR the employees are amazing, the service is spectacular, and the prices are hard to beat!! Thank you to all the ladies at Menta & Canela!

    Great price, great location. However what’s not so great is the customer service- it really has gone down hill once they switched over management. Owners are not the same as the ones who own the menta y canela in Doral, they just bought the franchise. They don’t offer coffee or water like the other stores and the receptionist is literally the worst employee ever-that girl is never happy, super rude and can’t crack a smile to save her life; just awful and unfriendly & doesn’t speak English. The nail technicians are good and so are the products they use but there is a lot of turnover; I can’t say I have a favorite because they all seem to leave every month or two. So if you’re in the area and want something cheap I’d recommend it but don’t expect professionalism or the very best manicure but not bad for the price.

    I went to check it out ! Too good to be true.! 😳😬But when I got there it was MORE THAN TRUE.!! Amazing service from the reception to LISANDRA Who was beyond DETAILED & PERFECT.!! Ofcourse returned & forever WILL.!! Worth my drive.!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💙

    The staff is so friendly! They pay great attention to detail to give you the perfect manicure. They were flexible with me walking in without an appointment even though they were busy! Definitely go here!

    Beautiful place and staff I went with mi husband and both of us had amazing services .Since the first moment they offered coffee while we wait .. we felt very welcoming I’m glad that they are the neighborhood . And last but no less ... affordable prices !!!!

    After trying a few different places throughout the years, I had not found a nail business that offered the quality of service at the price that Menta & Canela offers! After having Thaimy do a manicure and pedicure, I can say I am impressed! The front desk/reception area has friendly and kind staff that are organized, courteous and overall efficient. The actual salon has nearly 12 manicurist/pedicurist ready to ensure you have a great experience. They even offer you a wide array of coffees and beverages to ensure that you are relaxed and comfortable.I personally highly recommend Thaimy. She was beyond amazing. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She was thorough and ensured her nail styling was to my liking. The location is clean and deserves to do great. Try them out! You won’t regret it!

    The front desk clerk and staff are efficient professional and polite. Wether you arrive by appointment or walk-in the ambiance is pleasant and comfortable … and you can’t beat their prices // even accommodated a couples mani pedi !!!! Will definitely recommend!

    I would definitely recommend this place.Got gel mani & pedi for $40 with Dayeni and the service was excellent, my nails looked amazing, she really took her time and did a great job. I will definitely come back here again!!

    These girls do a good job in general. Stefany and Milena helped me at the same time to help me get to work quickly. And in a short time they did an incredible job. They care about having the best materials and going hand in hand with trends. The treatment is very good and so are their prices. And the manager HAIDEE solves your life in seconds. Super cordial and organized. Now Im happy to have a cinnamon mint close to the house without having to go all the way to Doral. Thanks girls. I take this time because I really left the place happy. I owe you photos of my hands and feet because I dont like publishing them.

    Good morning !Mint and cinnamon I have been wanting to know for a while, a very quiet place to relax while you get your nails done.The manicurist who did my nails was very nice.I liked my feet, my hands not so much since it left small details that I didnt like very much, but in general it works very well.Thank you!

    4 stars for the person at the checkout. The person who did my manicure was excellent, super nice, Mirielis, very professional. But the unprofessional and pedantic checkout girl doesnt know how to treat customers and also rushed the manicurist to finish me quickly. And he accused us of not having paid the bill. Then he realized he was wrong and didnt even apologize.

    I had to reschedule my appointment from last week for yesterday and the receptionist very kindly made the change for me and when I arrived at the place I was very well received, with love and respect. The girl who treated me (I had gel hands and feet done) was also very professional and in the end I was delighted with everything. Love the place and the attention.

    Its my first time at the Coral Gables location and I thought it was EXCELLENT. From the moment you enter, they make every effort to make you feel comfortable, they offer you something to drink with a variety to choose from. The super cozy place. The person who helped me, Janet, was super delicate, detail-oriented, a perfectionist and perfectly understood my whims regarding my nails. The products they use are of very good quality. I highly recommend it.

    I like that you dont have to wait because they work appropriately with the time in which each of the winds we have our appointment.Also, I love how the gel paint looks on my hands and lasts much longer than other places where I have had the same service done.
