    I am probably the hands down pickiest client to ever walk into a nail salon but let me tell you they nail it every time! There was only once where I didn’t LOVE the color and the manager was PROMPT to have someone fix it right away and the nails stayed on a MONTH!!!! They do get booked and busy because they are just that good!! However I can usually get a same day appointment if I call during the week! I did have to go to another salon once bc they were booked on a weekend I needed a fill and I paid the same price just to leave crying.. it made me realize how great this salon is!! I refuse to go anywhere else. They do the cuticle like Russian manicure too which I love! This is the only salon where I don’t have to monitor the nail tech and can relax and just trust it’s going to be exactly what I want.. they have a lot of talented techs which is also rare bc usually salons have like one or two good techs. I just moved to Miami so unfortunately, I don’t speak much Spanish but they are very accommodating to that for me as well and make sure to still give me excellent service! Such a fun salon.. the nail techs are such a vibe! ♥️Have to edit bc Helen is really THAT girl! Ask for her!! She got this done fast and she’s such a sweetheart!

    I’ve been coming here for quite a while and sometimes I need a walk in and they’re always available. This time I did my nails with Gaby and it was an amazing service. She really did a great job! The place is always clean cozy and the staff is professional.

    I love nailbox! I’ve done my nails with them for a couple years and I’m never going anywhere else. They take care of me, accommodate me and always make me feel like a valued customer. They always put attention to the manicurists I like and are always clean and tidy. Also the manicurists are so nice and talented!! They even do the prettiest designs!! 11/10 would recommend :)

    I’ve been looking for a nail salon in Miami for a while now, I’m very picky about my nails and shaping etc.. so I took my time and did my research and this was the only place I’ve come across that appeared to meet my standards.First time getting Gel X nails, I’ve normally been an avid acrylic type of person, but was convinced to try this method instead. The tech did warn me I’d become addicted.. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to acrylic! She did such a phenomenal job and seemed very knowledgeable about her craft. I wish I caught her name because I’m 100% going back and would love to give her the credit in this review! Very satisfied!

    Having spent the majority of my life in Miami, I struggled to find a nail salon or technician who consistently delivered stunning nails. That changed when I discovered Nail Box in Little Havana. Im absolutely enamored with their dedication to detail and the exceptional results. Although getting both hands and feet done means dedicating about three hours, the outcome is undoubtedly worth the patience. Looking forward my next visit.

    WOW! WOW!!!Yaray is my nail fairy from now on! She did such an amazing job with me today I can’t stay quiet about it. She removed the horror I came with very gently, fit in fresh apres on clean and even nails, removed the glue from the bottom and cleaned the cuticles too! The polish is sooo even the design is just like i had on a picture. 11 out of 10✨Well, fairly, i have to say i have visited quite a few places in Miami trying to find decent quality nails where they would do a clean job with the cuticles and polish. You would be surprised how many times i had gotten apres and they would mismatch it with the size of my nails or I would have polish leaked all over my cuticles and messy gel on the bottom part. Now my nightmares are over thanks to Yaray🙏🏻 THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU🤍

    I requested a structured manicure with Funny Bunny over black French tips and a gel pedicure. Sikhyu was amazing, she was focused, attentive, and really careful with the details. My nails are exactly how I like them, and she even took extra care with my pedicure, knowing I’m prone to ingrown nails. I love the results and will definitely be back for her.

    I’ve only been once so far but was blown away by how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Carolina did my nails— she was so sweet, detail oriented, and made sure to make me feel comfortable asking for any changes I wanted to my nails (I can be a bit picky). They did a great job. Reasonable prices and easy to make an appointment with. Will definitely be coming back!

    Absolutely amazing , Barbara is the best . She was recommended to me by a friend, so I had to experience it myself. The attention to detail and experience is top notch 👌🏼 we chose a simple 1 color design but my friend always gets real designs done and her nails always look perfect too.     I had to visit Nailbox Miami unexpectedly today as I broke a nail before my cruise. Their staff was very helpful and able to do my nails, my nail tech Suset was very attentive and did my nails really well. I’d recommend them if you’re in the Miami area.

    My favorite salon. The prices are on the higher end, but the quality is worth every single penny. My go-to nail tech is Vianka, she is extremely detail oriented and attentive, I’m always very happy with my nails. The owners are also friendly and accommodating. I recommend this salon to all of my friends.

    Amazing customer service. I took my 14yr old daughter to get her nails done for the first time & it was a complete experience for her. The staff was very attentive to her and explained all the options to her. Everyone was very friendly and the nails looked amazing!

    At first when I walked in I was a little skeptical because I was not greeted in the same manner as everybody else that came in. But then when I saw the work that my nail tech did on my manicure I was actually satisfied. The whole vibe from the interaction with me was very awkward I must admit very small talk and the place was really quiet the whole time. But overall the quality of the nail paint job was good and as it should be. Ill probably come back again for an acrylic set and might give them a second chance so far I dont know. We will see.🙂🤷🏻‍♀️💅

    I got the best manicure ever at this place - Eylien absolutely killed it! I love my nails! HOWEVER, the pricing is absolutely RIDICULOUS. $78 for a basic French Gel manicure only?? (No pedicure & I paid $92 after tip). That is absurd!!!!! I would recommend this place because my nails are perfect, but only if you can afford it. I don’t think I will be coming back. $92 for a very basic gel manicure is a rip off

    Fast service, great customer care. Caroline was amazing and focused. I love the way she did my mani/polish (I love end to end coverage). Owner/manager are very involved...filling in where there is need.I loved the service and would recommend it. Prices are definitely reasonable too.

    Best manicure ever!Yany is excellent! Gentle but the Apres manicure she does last 3 weeks! Always on time the owners and managers are checking that everything is running smoothly.     Nailbox is the best spot in Miami. It’s a small salon but they know how to run their business!! I typically get a Aprês Gel X manicure and they perfect it every time. Yesterday they squeezed me in last minute despite having no availability. All of the nail artists are talented & friendly. They go out of their way cleaning up hanging skin/nails around your nail for the best presentation! Love it !!

    My nails came out exactly how I wanted! I would recommend to anyone, make sure you make an appointment beforehand. I gave 4 stars because my nail tech was 15 minutes late and it was my first time at this nail salon and first impressions are important. If I was 15 minutes late I probably would have been turned away if my nail tech had to wait on me. Other than that, I really liked the outcome of my nails.

    The NailBox Miami was great! I brought my bridal party of 7 here to get Mani/pedis before my wedding. My gel french manicure looked spot on for my wedding a few days later, I am so happy! The nail tech also recommended a different color than I chose for my toes and showed me both - she was totally right that her choice was better! Thanks for making our nails look good! :)

    I am giving them 5 stars JUST because I LOOOVE the girl that has been doing my hands and feet for the past 8 months. If you go, ask for Gabby Martinez, she is THE BEST. Since I met her when I came here the first time I have been coming every 2 weeks to do my gel mani pedi with her. She’s great with detail and simple things too. She takes great care of you and your nails. She is nice and knows what she is doing 100%. You know how difficult it is to find a good manicurist and we girls know when you find her you stay forever with her. I definitely found mine and 100% recommending her. Also, the nail salon is clean and nice and all the other girls are nice too. You get a free Cuban cafecito too lol. Prices are very affordable. ☺️

    I have been going to this establishment for approximately one year. They are simply the very best. I travel approximately 45 minutes each way to get to this venue, but I do so happily because they are excellent at what they do. Everytime I have requested nail art they have accomodated by request and the end result was very good. I tried another nail salon, only because of the driving distance, and was disappointed with the results. So needless to say, I am back to stay. The owner is a true gentleman and the work environment show that the employees are like family. Highly recommended

    I came in with no appointment and they proceeded to tell me it’s by appointment only because of the holidays which I understand completely! They decided to make an exception and thank god because I needed it. I had my fair share of bad experiences at nail salons but this place was absolutely amazing! Very warm atmosphere and very friendly and the woman doing my nails was so attentive and so clean with her work. This place is very sanitary with their tools which is a huge plus. I highly recommend going here. Now I get to start the New Years with freshly painted cute nails. Thank you guys so much for the service.

    Great experience! They took me immediately and the technician worked with precision and attention to detail, even asking me if I liked the way my nails had been filed before proceeding.     Nail box Miami, located in the heart of Little Havana was cute, comfy and Chic. A place where you can get a pedicure while wrapped in fuzzy blanket, pillows and drinking a free glass of wine. All for a great price too! The girls there are perfectionists and although it took a little longer than expected, I am very happy with the results! My only critique would be that they should buy higher quality tips. Being this is my first time in Miami I can only compare to my salons in Orlando who use white, stronger tips. Theirs were clear and too maleable. Still a great experience overall! Especially with their customer service! They really worked with us to achieve the exact nails we wanted.
