I have been coming to Nails and I spa for the past two years and I can absolutely say the energy is amazing. The staff and the owner go above and beyond. I get my nails done with Ana and she’s the best she’s very detailed and clean. The spa is very clean and smells great. I also just started doing my eyebrows/lashes with Lily and I love how classy and clean the work is. If you need same day appointments Jackie is more than accommodating.

From the music, the environment, and the decorations each season, to Jackie the owner and of course each one of the girls who work there make sure to give great service and create a relaxing and pleasant experience for their clients. I’ve been coming to this salon for a little over than a year. I haven’t experienced anything less than a welcoming ambiance and respect. the ladies always bend over backwards to accommodate me. There is a reason why they’re always busy, because all the girls are hard working and detailed oriented. And even when they’re busy, the treatment is never any different. There are a million salons in Miami, almost in every corner, but I wouldn’t change this little piece of Heaven for anything In the world. I’ve had my nails done by just about everyone in the salon, and I attest to the love and care each and everyone of the girls apply to the care of your nails and application of their services. I understand there are a few bad reviews… and to be honest I have personally experienced said people demanding and disrespectful attitudes. And if you check to see the profiles of these karen’s , you will discover a history of bad reviews in everyplace they go. I think we have to remember the work and patience it takes to service other people, and when you are the type of person who continuously mistreat the people that provide a service to you …. You may be the problem….. look within yourself and ask yourself why you feel the need to bring others down .All in all, I couldn’t recommend this salon enough. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, good service and positive energy. This is it.

Love this salon! Been coming here for almost a year! Best salon! Nicely decorated and relaxing vibe. The group of ladies are all very light hearted and funny. Quality of service is great! They dont rush through their work. I do UV gel and they lay me 3 weeks perfectly with no chips, lifting of color or discoloration. Never have to wait for my appt. My mani & pedi are always on point with Masiel she does an amazing consistent job and she is always a good time.Todays experience was a complete and wonderful surprise. For the first time ever I did eyelash extension and I was blown away by Lily she did an amazing job and paid attention to my concerns. Her attention to detail was beyond. I saw some of her other work and she is very skilled she can give you the most dramatic or my favorite the natural look.Definitely recommended for lashes.

This salon is absolutely the best!Ive been doing my nails at this salon for over a year (with just about anyone) & honestly I cannot complain. The salon is very clean and as previously mentioned all tools are sterilized prior to each use. There is ample selection of colors, technicians are detailed & quick.During these tough times, the owner has made sure to keep her clients comfortable by limiting the amount of clients at the salon, keeping hand sanitizers at every table & entrance, making sure everyone is wearing their masks per CDC guidelines & lastly by installing plexiglass dividers at every workstation.

I absolutely adore this place. The salon is so well kept, clean, and decorated. It’s cute and very fancy. Since first coming here (4 months ago), the owner and her husband have been very friendly and welcoming. They remember you here and that’s what I love. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they will work hard on your nails until they look perfect. Since coming here, my nails have always looked pristine. Their gel polishes last for 2 weeks! I have been going to Nails And I for the past year and half. I have tried many nails places in the area before and by far this is the best place I’ve been too in Kendall. I would like to give thanks to my nail artist Arletis, I have always done my nails with her and she is adorable, very professional and does a spontaneously great Job, I highly recommend her, she is truly amazing and I leave with the prettiest nails every time. The place is 100% clean. The décor of the place is super cute, and the rest of the girls and the owner are very friendly. I love it!

This nail salon is by far the best I’ve ever been to! The staff is so sweet and accommodating. I always feel so relaxed when getting my manicures & pedicures here, truly a ‘spa’ experience. The staff here offers its clients beverages, which makes the experience even better, and not a lot of nail salons do this. The salon itself is beautiful and quiet (not noisy like most salons in Miami). My gel manicures usually last 2-3 weeks without chipping. I am so happy I found this place!

Love the attention from the staff and owner. Been coming for a year or so now haven’t had a bad experience. They do explain and show you different methods to upkeep your nails whether it’s through gel, dip, or other products that help strengthen the nails. They are a very relaxed atmosphere so much that I tend to fall asleep or get drowsy.
