My experience at this nail salon was a love-hate situation. My nail tech today was Ken and he was very, very welcoming and very nice. I didn’t notice though that the nail polish came off two weeks after getting them done and they said it would last five weeks. When my nails were drying, I saw a lady getting a pedicure and was clearly in pain but kept a smile. She was trying to be nice and was telling the nail tech that she was hurting her, the nail tech seemed very annoyed and just very rude. Ken was very nice though and I recommend you book with him.

Arrived as a walk in for a regular pedicure. Charlie was fantastic and gave the best leg/foot massage. Love this place

Ken done such a great job on my nails, and the pedicure let me say the massage on my legs was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend. The parking is crazy but well worth getting a great service from here!

It’s nice to have a friendly voice on the other end of the line when you call for an appointment and every time I’ve called Ken has been nothing but wonderful and accommodating. I’ve had the pleasure of doing my hands with both Charlie & Luis and I can’t express how happy I am each time. I’ve also peeped on other clients doing their manicures with the other technicians and they look just as beautiful. The spa is clean, lots of color choices and really great music. I always leave looking forward to my next service and new color choice. Highly recommend this nail spa.

This is the best service in Florida. The owners treat everyone with respect. The staff is well skilled in their craft and very professional. When you walk in the door you feel the warmth of comfort. While being serviced you will feel peace and relaxation. For 30 minutes or hour in a half, depending on your requested service,....PREPARE TO BE PAMPERED!!!!!

I think the service here is amazing and I appreciate that the staff takes their time on each client. Before this I was going to a place inside Dadeland mall but the employees were overworked and rushed. Since I started coming here I haven’t had any painful ingrown toenails which is awesome. Here they’re really efficient and work as a team to help each other.There was a few things I’ve noticed since I started coming here. Prices go up on weekends, so on weekends it’s expensive. Either way I think it’s worth the price because I like to see the person doing my nails open a new pack of tools before doing my nails, I also like to see their certificates/ licenses up. Yes there’s a lot cheaper places in Miami but the quality isn’t as good and you wait forever and they do a lazy job and use cheap nail polish that damages my nails. Aside from this, they massage your hands, feet, and calf with lotion that feel amazing. The bad reviews are likely from people that don’t make appointments, and show up on a weekend.

Staff at this salon are friendly, attentive, and do an amazing job. I have been coming here for some time and always leave content with the work that they do. My favorite nail technician is Luis! So sweet, attention to detail, and does a neat and beautiful job.

Awesome! The people there are so nice and I recommend if you love getting manicures and pedicures and are learning Vietnamese, then this is the place for you. Just went there today at 10:00 am. My nails look beautiful!

The service is amazing, i got my nails done at this location for a year and they’ve never disappointed me, I personally recommend Ken, definitely the best nail tech at this location but I’ve never been disappointed when someone else does my nails, love this location 100% recommend.
