    The service received was by far the top customer service received in a very long time. She was helpful and kind.The female nail tech with the dark neck length hair was sweet and very pleasant. She made sure to question my liking along the whole process.The only reason i didnt give it a 5 star, was that shop looked a little outdated, aside from that great review.

    My first time there, suggested by a friend. the employees there are very friendly and the lady Sandra who did my nails did an amazing job, she gave me exactly what i wanted although she slightly over cut my cuticles but the nails look great and would likely return again👍

    Best nail salon ever! They catered to my liking so well that I just had to leave a tip all of my nails are even there the right color everything is just right like they exceeded my expectations because its the first time I ever went there so they did my nails so great and the style is just how I wanted it its car since professional and its cute so Im very very very very very happy with the turnout of my nails.l00

    They did an amazing job with my mani/pedi! The employees were all kind and this is the most reasonably priced place I have found in Miami. I really appreciated them telling me the price of the service beforehand, unlike most places. I will be back!

    I enjoy coming here it’s my go to nail salon spot although it can be unnecessary expensive like it doesn’t have sense but it is worth it , the services they offer are good and you just stick to who does ur nail the best is what I do. Cassie is amazing the best nail tech my fav can never go wrong with her and Kim or Helen they do amazing pedicures . (Rose is an amazing receptionist as well.) Give them a try guys check this place out !. It’s definitely worth it 😊😊😍.

    Tiger is amazing...he hasnt let down once...My work hours are crazy (working in a hospital) and the staff always accommodates me!! Love it here

    Awesome!!! Great pedicure and wonderful leg and foot massage. Lucky did the best dip job on my nails that I have ever had; they are smooth, no bumps, perfectly shaped, thin at the ends, and just plain gorgeous. So happy!!!

    I loved my experience there.its a pretty interesting story.I got there pretty late and I was greeted with a smile I love that they close at 8 most places close at 7 or 730.i loved my pedí they ask me what kind I said regular but she really took time,massage my feet with lotion and oil.then someone else came around and started working on my hands she asked if I was comfortable staying in the chair since the pedi was ending,she made me feel so comfortable it was the first time I was getting dip powder she was super fast I was worried she was rushing but she was very attentive to details,she clean my cuticles and even asked if I wanted to cut them down and square them it was as if she read my mind.before you know it we were chatting, laughing.i knew who she was before I even ask her name because from reading the reviews everyone keeps talking about Bella how good she is.when I came in I didnt ask for her since everyone seems busy but she ended up doing my nails anyway.she is such a doll,the place is very nice but I will return because of her.she is amazing!

    I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the fact that they reuse certain throw away items such as files, buffers, etc. Other than that its a good salon. Just bring your own files and buffing block. I have mainly getting dip powder nails for those who may be curious.

    I paid a decent price for my hands and feet with acrylic gel hands $45 and normal medicure $15 $55 Tina did my feet she did an excellent job and Annie did my hands which I loved Thank you Nail Spa I will be back happy customer 🥰

    Going on my 4th week with these nails with no lifting! I was serviced by Michael and his wife (I believe I heard correctly). They were both kind and did a great job in giving me exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated their professionalism and intention with satisfying whoever was in their chair.

    This is like the best nail salon ever! the staff is so friendly, polite, quick and doing REALLY GOOD job. I get my nails done by Bella and, believe me, she is just PERFECT. full set takes maximum and hour and only $55. while I’m in Miami I will never change my nail salon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND DEFINITELY 5 STARS WITH NO HESITATION.

    Family owned salon with chill vibes and chill technicians. Can definitely recommend you ask for Tiger, Mindy and Candy when doing acrylics and trust in their decision making if you’re picky about your pedis trust their recommendations!

    First time coming here, got attended as soon as I walked in, the environment is so relaxing and everyone is supper friendly, definitely will be coming here again. Got a gel manicure, and i love it! Chloe did a great job. The pedicure massage was amazing and my toes look so cute (thanks lee) I just felt so welcomed.

    Bella is amazing!! The first time I got my nails done with her I was so impressed. Second time I went, I got them done with a guy who was dressed kind of nice, I think hes the owner. He completely changed the shape of my nail and filed them super short which I didnt ask for. I will be requesting Bella next time because this man left me unhappy with my nails and 2 days later one gel nail chipped!!

    Came here three weeks ago was very pleased! Came back to get new dip powder, I did not have an appointment, with Bella whom I used on previous visit, I said I would wait. They were so helpful removed my old gel dip as I waited. Good and Friendly service .

    I came in for the first time today to treat myself to an exfoliating pedicure. I received a friendly greeting right away, and there was no wait (around 12:45 on a Sunday). Helen gave me an AMAZING massage both when she used the exfoliating scrub AND AGAIN when she used lotion. Oh my gosh, it was exactly what I needed to relax. My nails came out great, too. I ended up tipping her over 20% because the massage was that good. Go!!!

    I try new nails salons on a regular basis in hopes to find the one that does that perfect dip powder and I think I found the place! Candy did my nails and she was amazing. Got a pedicure as well and the lady was so diligent and detailed. Fast service and beautiful nails. No need to keep searching for a new nail salon, I found the one :)

    I can remember my mom coming here since i was a little girl. Now that Ive grown i have chosen this place as my signature nail salon and its the best decision yet. Theyre very kind here and charge good prices. The shop is updated with new furniture and decor so its more up-to-date then it was before. They stay open a little later for customers if you come around the closing time and need something done. Very beautiful nails! Love them.

    Just went for the first time. I was looking for a new spot!! One guy started them and another girl finished them. Both were great!! Prices are fair for what they do, and it wasn’t overpriced which is great. A lot of places in this area over charge. Thank god I found them. Got a full set acrylic with gel.

    Just got my mani/pedi done here today and had such a great experience. Clean, bright space, friendly staff and good pricing. I lucked out and had Bella as my nail technician. She was so nice, great attention to detail and care to my nails and we had such a great conversation! Definitely recommend this place!

    This was my first time going to this place and out of all the places Ive gone to get my nails and feet done, they were the most attentive, honest and customer friendly nail salon. This will be my regular spot. And I didnt even have to wait long. My nails and feet look great again

    They do an amazing dip powder manicure. These are my real nails with some extensions. You can’t even tell which are my real nails and which are tips! They did such a neat and smooth dip. I highly recommend this place I will definitely be back soon!

    This place is AMAZING!!!First of all it’s extremely clean and everything inside is just beautiful with the decor. Second of all their color selection is outrageous! 3 walls worth! :)Helen did my pedicure and Jasmine did my gel manicure. The owner was very sweet, even called me to verify my appointment. Upon arrival she offered me water and i did not have to wait.I did funny bunny on my hands, and a white on white French with funny bunny on my toes. Both did not rush at all which is a huge plus cause other places like to be in a hurry and they were not whatsoever.She did the French line perfectly curved. They were fast with getting my mani / pedi completed, yet took their time to make sure my cuticles were completely cut, along with the shape of the nails (i like them very square which they did perfect and I’m extremly picky..!) Prices are great especially for this area. $Definitely returning here thank you NailSpa Of America !!

    The service was very good. I got the deluxe pedicure and the massage was top quality. The workers really take pride in their work and care for the appearance of your nails. This place is one the best in N. Miami.

    I got my nails done on Nov 8, and it is now Nov 19 and my gel mani is still bustin sis! lol!No seriously, Ive gotten gel manicures in other places and they have not lasted this long. And for that alone, I give them the 4 stars.Only reason why I dont give them the 5 is because I went in with an idea of how I wanted my birthday manicure to look and the nail tech could not execute my vision. She was actually painting my nails and with the progression of each nail I dont know why she didnt realize that it was not looking cute, so before she started the next hand - i had to stop her and ask if she could reverse what she did on the already done hand. She did, with no problem, wasnt rude and for that I am appreciative.The salon is small and I like that they have two nail techs working on you at once. One doing the pedi while one doing the mani, not sure if this depends on how busy they are but when I went in, thats how I was treated.I will probably return again.

    I loved the experience when I first came ... I had my shares of bad technician plus a bad wait time . Even when I wait here the wait doesn’t be no more than 20 mins. They are warm welcoming and knows how to treat their clients . I love Lucky . That’s my main nail technician.. !

    Great place for mani-pedi regular and gel. They also offer full sets, and I have seen more intricate designs but doesn’t seem like all techs do that type of work. Language can be a bit of a barrier, but I usually walk away satisfied.

    Went here because I heard about the 40 percent off from a coworker because of the new ownership I was a little weary because not everyone can do a good job with French but as soon as I walked in the door I was relieved to see familiar faces from jivana i stoped going to jivana a while back because they started cutting corners and buying cheap stuff so Im really glad I finally found a great place to get my nails done that has good friendly ppl, fast and efficient, are not cheap and do a good French .. ask for chloe or Bella they are really good
