    Michelle was wonderful with my mom, she took care of her during a mini nail crisis right away with no hesitation whatsoever. Her business is beautifully arranged and very well taken care of. We will definitely be returning here :)

    Michelle is the best of the best! My go to will forever be Michelle, its been two years now and she never fails to disappoint. Do not hesitate to visit Natural Nails in Cutler Bay! The staff is very attentive and nice. I moved further away and I do not mind the drive as long as Michelle continues doing my nails.

    My favorite nail salon of all time!! Located in Eureka Drive, I go once a month for a dip manicure and pedicure. I have so much trust in my nail tech, David, so much thay I dont even pick my nail color anymore. I let David pick my color every time, and he never disappoints 🌻

    I hadn’t done my nails in a long time and decided to go to another place in the area, who didn’t do a great job. I came here for my refill and wow. David does his thing. The way he took his time with the shaping of my nails, the perfect white line on my French manicure. A1. I will be coming back ❤️ (Also, this place was 10x cleaner than the other place I went to- no nail dust all over the place. I walked in on a Saturday and was seated and taken care of immediately.) 10/10

    Natural Nails is amazing. I won’t go anywhere else. Have been going to them from day one (over 20 years). The place is always clean and the technicians are amazing.

    My wife comes way more often then I but we really like this place. Michelle does her nails.. acrylic with gel on top and they look great and last the longest by far then any of the others around here. I recommend an appointment if you dont like to wait.as far for me, I usually get a pedi and I recommend going with one of the guys to get the best results. They are great

    Ive been a customer of Michelle and Irvin since 1999 when they were in the Flea Market. They have always provided excellent customer service and I have never went to anyone else to do my nails. Michelle is very patient and friendly. If youre looking for good customer service Natural Nails is the place to go!

    Natural Nails never fails me!!! I have been a customer for 24 years now. I have been going to Michelle since the flea market days. I’m so happy she has her own shop! It’s quiet and the aesthetic are pleasing. They treat me like family. Michelle lays acrylic so neat. There’s very little need for filing. They do get busy, but u can always call and make an appointment. The pedicure team is the best. They share most of the same techniques. Always making my feet look brand new.

    This place was wonderful! I got my acrylics done with Michelle because of all the great reviews I read about her and I am very excited to say that the reviews dont lie. Michelle is super friendly and did a great job filing and getting the shape of my nails perfect! Im definitely going back!!

    I just found out what I was being charged for when I paid $140 for nails and toes for me and my sister. If you have gel nails they will charge you to put it on and to take it off so thats $20 just for putting on polish. Then if you have a $25 pedicure it ends up being $45 because if you have on gel polish theyre charging you an extra $20. Now if you want a full set which is $35 they will charge you $20 to take off the old gel polish and to put on new gel polish. My refill was $25 and because they took off the gel polish and put on new gel polish for a refill I paid $40 so. Then the pedicure is got a $5 tip because of course I had not had a pedicure in a while and I needed some serious help. $3 tip to the manicures only because he filed a hole in my finger the last time I saw him and I took him $5 so he did not deserve anything extra on this trip but I have learned to bring my own polish know that Im going to be charged $5 to remove the gel polish and I wont use gel polish ever again I will just continue to use Sallys hard as nails top coat on my nails to keep my polish from fading.

    16years Ive been a loyal client at Natural Nails. Ive been doing my nails with Michelle, the owner since before they opened up their own establishment and worked under someone else. Once they decided to go off on their own, you better believe I followed them.I have acrylics and throughout the 16years Ive changed my style and shape of nails often. I can honestly say that Michelle has always exceeded my expectations with every request Ive made. She always nails it; pun intended!Ive had it all, from short, long, squared, oval. Coffin, ballerina, and as ashamed as I am to admit curved (it was a bad phase ) you name the style Ive properly tried it out! Even Pink & White!My work is very demanding, I travel a lot and Ive gone a month without a refill several times, and my nails still look good, and stay strong! No broken nails here. I always get complements, and Ive referred so many clients over the years.I also get my pedicure with them. Michelle stopped doing pedis a couple of years back, due to medical problems beyond her control therefore my pedis have been done at least once by the entire staff and they all have done a great job.Natural Nails is family owned business, the staff is all related and they are all very attentive and nice. In the last 16years Ive never gone to any other salon and I never will.They take cash and credit cards, but prefer cash.Opened everyday expect for Tuesdays.

    Awesome family..we call them Cuz (Cousins) they are like family to me & my family.....we all go there & alot of our other friends..very caring & sweet family....they all are Great...Loving Atmosphere very professional & clean...if unhappy they take care of it...,anything...theyll fix it...& u will leave with a smile.
