    I was able to get a same day appointment for myself and five other ladies - they were so friendly and accommodating! When we arrived, the ladies were hardworking and kind. They listened and completed different designs that we asked for. I highly recommend this great business.

When I called I spoke with Rosa and I felt her energy through the phone.. my business partners and I arrived and met Rosa and Joy and immediately felt the pristine customer services from the beginning to end..     My husband and I had very nice pedicures from Rosa and the staff. They were also very courteous and friendly! If you cannot find the salon it is on the 2nd floor. It had to be moved from its original location.

    My aunt gets her nails done perfectly and the workers are so thoughtful, kind and professional. Her friend got her hair cut and treated in only 2 hrs and 30 mins. I love this place

    I had a wonderful experience at this salon. I came in with a broken nail under my acrylics and wanted to remove them all to get a gel manicure. Rigo greeted me at the door, offered me wine and water and took the time to answer my questions regarding their services. Sonia was so kind and very careful with the nail thatI damaged. She was even able to preserve some of the length of my nails for a crisp uniformed look! I am so please with the outcome and will definitely visit them again whenever I’m in the city!

    Loved getting my nails done here. Booked a mani/pedi while visiting from out of state since I have a wedding coming up shortly.Rosa, Olga, and the whole team took great care of my boyfriend and I. My nails came out exactly as I wanted. They served us coffee, offered wine, and made a fab recommendation for lunch too. We will definitely come back!💕

    They do almost everything here. Everything is so cheap. I got my eyelash extensions refilled, gel manicure , bikini wax for total of $233. They also do blow dry here, which is so much cheaper than those dry bars I went to. Most staffs only speak spanish but they are so nice and attentive (I dont speak spanish at all and im still very pleased with the service). They would give you a long cap massage without charging you more.

    When I say customer service was absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve never been to a nail shop that not only did a great job but offered me unlimited refills on wine, cheesecake and just overall good people! We’re from Birmingham, but anytime I’m in Miami this will absolutely be my go to spot! She even squeezed us in at the last minute! If you’re looking for the right nail shop you CANNOT go wrong here! I will absolutely be back! 🤗❤️

    Nefis Beauty Salon & Spa was fantastic! Ive walked by many times on my work commute hoping to stop in and yesterday on the way home I popped in to see if they could take me for a walk in gel manicure. Mary was awesome, she welcomed me right in and had me pick out a color. The salon was busy but not packed, a happy atmosphere with fun conversation floating around. Rosa did most of the filing, clean up and massaging and hand scrub part of my nails and she was absolutely awesome, so sweet to talk to and she even brought me a glass of rose! What a lovely way to unwind. Rosa did a great job especially cleaning up my overgrown cuticles, feels great! Sonia also assisted in my nails, she did a beautiful job painting - we had twin colors!Im really looking forward to coming back for my next spa day, thanks ladies for a great experience

    I honestly think this is an amazing place. everyone is nice, the place is also super clean. the girl who did my nails was super sweet and did a great job. I would totally go again. I got a manicure and it was really cheap, the places I usually go to are really expensive so that was amazing. I definitely recommend this place.

    I love coming here! Definitely a relaxed and at-home type of environment. During my first experience I had a short lunch break but still was able to receive good service. The ladies were very accommodating to my last minute appointment .Every time I go I am greeted with a warm welcome and some coffee. Last time I went it was during my lunch break again and Rosa was so kind to offer me fresh cut apples with cafecito while I was getting my pedicure. I really appreciate the little things. Thank you Rosa!

    Dropped into to Nefis to get a manicure and was treated like royalty! I have never been to a place that was so friendly, fun and took care of me from head to toe. Wonderful establishment that even provided me with a complimentary beer. It was a nice respite to got there and get serviced after a long week in Miami. A fun, professional environment that caters to your every need and when I visit again I will definitely make Nefis a top priority to visit. Thank you and salados!

    From Rosamelia MejiaI was a walk in customer from a different state. I have always had trouble doing my eyebrows. No one can get it right. Rosa did my eyebrows. They have been my favorite eyebrow shape ever done to me. She also did my eyelashes. Good customer service! I highly recommend! I’ll be coming back here every time I visit Miami!

    Katrina, as far as I know a regular pedicure is 25$ NEVER heard acrilys tips for that price.Miami is melting pot of cultures.My personal experience at this place it is always good, they are very accommodating.I am a happy client !!!!!

    I share my opinion of the Salon, I have been a client of it for more than 8 years and I have a lot of respect and admiration for all its workers and owners, very concerned about the clients, their professionalism, their respect and their dedication mean that when you leave the salon they go with optimal satisfaction.It is also appreciated that with the arrival of the pandemic in its reopening they have taken all measures to guarantee the safety of the clients and the staff who work there, the masks are given to those who do not have them and they disinfect the premises every day and the chairs are disinfected every time a client finishes, as well as all the utensils and equipment that are used, in my opinion they deserve to be at the top of quality.

    The service at this salon is fantastic, II did the hair removal, hands and feet with the Karen technique. It went wonderfully well.
