I went yesterday to get dip nails with tip and a pedicure. I was nervous because finding a nails salon that’s not crazy expensive with nice people in Miami is hard but I will be returning. Arlety was my tech she did my hands and feet. She cut the length of the nails exactly how I wanted with the exact color I wanted. At first the width of my nails were too thick and I asked her to make them a little thinner. She understood and fixed it with no problem and they came out perfect. She always asked if I liked it every time she did anything. I did French tip gel on my toes and I love them so much. They literally look perfect. I only paid $150 which I don’t think is that bad at all for the service I got. I do wish the pedicure massage was longer and more detailed. Maybe it was because they were closing I didn’t get asked what kind of pedicure I wanted or they just don’t do specific pedicures I’m not sure. But she massaged and lathered my legs and feet in oil after which was nice and I appreciated. Everyone was very kind

Babyyyyyy I had the best experience! Trinidad, is a small women but powerful! She gave me the best massage and facial ever! My nails by Mileidys are so cute! I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Tried this place for the first time. Jenny gave me an elite dip mani. Cannot believe how thin it is. A lot of them come out chunky. She is a perfectionist. The salon is clean and everyone is sweet and welcoming. They offer you a delicious coffee while you get your nails done and have a great color selection. Can’t wait for my next appointment

My first experience was horrible, but the company tried to make it better. I came in and was very specific about what I want. I asked for a Gel overlay over my natural nails and French tip. Lady who did my nails told me I didn’t need an overlay I told her I did because natural nails chip she kept doing my nails didn’t do the overlay.the nails were done okay but soft. The pedicure was awful I don’t suggest coming here the first time a woman did my pedicure literally scrub for 2 seconds and was done, she put a little scrub on my legs and literally wipes it off no massage nothing; I asked for the spa pedicure she said she didn’t have time to do it, she should’ve said that before starting I would’ve gotten my feet done somewhere else. I tell the manager about my experience they recommended I come back the next day and get the spa pedicure I offered to pay the difference before I even received the service and I did. I come in the next day I tell the girl I want to just put hard gel or something over my nails because they’re soft already, I told her I asked the original girl to put an over lay and she told me the original girl who did my nails doesn’t know how to do that. I tell her I’ll pay the difference to get the overlay and I was told I’ll have to pay for the service all over again. I told them I’ll just pay someone else to do it. I will say other people in the nail salon were getting their nails done and it was nice, mine were okay, the pedicure on the second day was done correctly but the nail situation bothered me because I asked originally there should t have been confusion, if she couldn’t do that she should’ve said that and it doesn’t make sense for me to pay again.The manager was able to speak with me and assist. I was able to get hard gel and the second pedicure was amazing, I paid the difference to get a Spa pedicure.Update: I just want to say once I got my nails fixed I felt amazing, I had a different nail Tech Mailadi and I can’t wait to go back to her. She made me feel comfortable and like family! I think I just had the wrong tech the first time around and I’m happy I came back the next day and gave it a second chance; I love my nails they’re perfect how I want them and I’m a perfectionist. I found my new nail tech and I’ll make an appt with her next time!

I went to Neo Nails for the first time yesterday, my usual salon was closed. All the staff were extremely kind along with the owner. The salon was clean and well organized. I saw Lala and she did my nails perfectly. I highly recommend, this will be my new salon!

Anel did my mani and pedi today and she did an absolutely amazing job, SUPER professional! Thank you. Been coming since I moved to Miami, and Johanna did my acrylic the first time! Excellent job. Will continue coming here and recommend highly! It is somewhat expensive, so be ready to pay a bit of a premium (wish the massages were a little longer), but its always worth it.

Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. The manicurist who did my pedicure her name is Mileidys. As I was getting a pedicure I was offered coffee, tea, water and wine! I selected the volcano spa and she did a great job! It was amazing and very relaxing. I will be coming again when visiting Miami!

I was in Miami looking for a quality upscale pedicure experience. I Googled and came upon NEO Spa Day. This is on a Saturday. They were busy but I see why. Service!!! It did not take long for me to get in the chair for my pedicure. I am big on customer service and this place did not disappoint!!! The ladies at the front desk were amazing and definitely know how to multitask without skimming on the service. As I looked around, each nail tech gave their total attention to the customer/client that they were working with. They exceeded my expectations as I am very picky on where I spend my money and give good reviews to. I highly recommend and will suggest them to anyone who asked for a bougie yet friendly nail salon/spa. I would post a picture of my feet after the pedicure but you might catch them on feet finder for a fee?? 🙃 lol.. Oh did you know they do facials and other spa services???

Came to Neo Nails because I really wanted to have a nice mani and pedi for the holidays and a friend recommended this place. I knew I wanted Gel-X and I didn’t want the thick residue under the nails that some nail techs leave. Yani took care of me and she went above and beyond! She offered an alternative when the color I wanted wasn’t available, she didn’t cut me once and I did not bleed at all (which has happened in other places). Yani was amazing and will definitely be coming to her again. She works every day except Tuesdays and Fridays.

Luz is the best she always goes along with all my crazy designs. I just show her the picture and she knows what I want. I do gel mani and regular pedi. The manicures with Luz last forever. The nail polish never chips. My nails stay long and healthy because of her products. She supplies her own polishes if you ask her. She’s also extremely polite and professional. This is the best salon in Little Havana. I’ve been coming here for 10 years because of the nail technicians. Also, parking is free and there’s always parking. You can arrive 2 mins before your appointment and immediately park and be at the front desk.

My manicure and pedicure turned out perfect and Luz was extremely efficient. I didn’t feel like I was sitting in the chair forever. She took her time and cleaned up the edges of my nails. And the prices are good compared to what other salons in the area charge for the same thing! Will definitely be returning next time Im back!

This was my first time at Neo nails and I got the traditional Foot spa pedicure. Everyone was so welcoming as soon as I walked in. The overall experience was definitely enjoyable and relaxing, I just wish the massage part was done better. I also noticed that the foot spa pedicure tools are not standardized among the technicians because my friend got the same thing, but they used a sander to exfoliate the soles of her feet instead of a sponge. Otherwise, Lisette made sure I had a drink and convinced me to choose a nail color that I was happy with. The pedicure she did was neat and cute ☺️✌🏾.

I recently moved to the area and found my new nail salon! I am so happy. I loved the work of my nail tech, Melissa and I loved the service overall. Wine and other options are available. What I loved the most is that for the first time, getting my nails done felt relaxing and not like a chore. I left feeling like I had a spa day. On top of that, the owner accommodated me last minute as a walk-in. I did call in before hand to make sure but they made an effort for me as I was the last person there. They are all so nice, professional and they have skilled nail techs in place. Would def recommend!

Lala did my nails exactly as I wanted and she not rush and made sure to paint the way down near the cuticle. Everything was great! The front door young woman, Leya, was helpful! Betty, who did the pedicure was also wonderful. I dont live in Miami but always come here when visiting because they are very thorough but you arent there all day (which I appreciate).

I’ve been going to the same nail tech for about 5 years and the drive just became to far once she moved. I found Neo nails and the manager suggested Michelle. She is amazing! Detailed, knowledgeable and friendly. She specializes in dip nails but I just get gel with a regular pedi. I’m glad I’ve found someone to call my new nail tech. Thank you Michelle!

Absolutely a perfect experience, Fast working. polite service with the technicians and the whole team all together! Beautiful colors shown to pick from on the wall, also while getting a pedi the massage chairs did their job!
