    After trying several salons in the area over the years, I’m so happy to have found Platinum Glam. Cossette is amazing! I would give her 100 stars if I could. Her attention to detail is impeccable. Not only does she do amazing nails, we have a great time together every time I go in. I look forward to our visits every time, plus my cappuccino.

    I have been a client for over 2 years and they never disappoint. I used to bite my nails and they’ve really educated me and helped me grow out and take care of my real nails and it feels so good not to need apres or tips anymore. Cosette is my main manicurist but when she’s not available everyone is great. Norma is so accommodating and professional. Everyone makes you feel like it’s home and they play great music. It’s such a vibe I wouldn’t trade them for anyone else.

    Number one best Salon in Miami! Before coming to Platinum Glam, my nails Were breaking, weak, With no growth, nail polish not lasting at all.     Always a good experience at Platinum Glam. You will receive a text reminder prior to every appointment for each and every service. You’re able to request your favorite nail technician. The staff is friendly and eager to please. They offer complimentary beverages with a side treat every time you visit. The facilities are clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable.     I have been coming to this salon since it opened and before I used to go to the one at Coral Way. I love coming here specially for the girls. I myself and my daughters do our nails at this location. Our go to girls are Yadira and Claudia. They do an exceptional job. They are professional, friendly, kind and listen to our needs. Made is always so friendly and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She makes the best cafecito. My daughters when they visit feel right at home and are looking forward to their appointments.

    I’ve been booking with Platinum Glam since the Kendall location opened in February of 2023. From the moment I saw the salon under construction I fell in love with the aesthetic. As a client, I fell in love with the service, level of professionalism from the entire staff, and above all the quality of work which is top tier…the entire process is on another level. Your nails will be prepped to perfection and the paint job is always A1. I have booked with most of the girls at PG Kendall drive and every one of them have met my needs and provided me with perfect nails every time. Oh! Never mind grabbing Starbucks on your way here because their drink menu is it, honey! Iced matcha all day!

    Andrea Michelle has been looking after me since I began pampering myself with dip nails. I did The Chloe package- regular pedicure and dip manicure. She does a marvelous job!     The quality of nails Yoandra does is perfection. I come every 2-3 weeks even though I could probably make them last longer but I enjoy coming in and relaxing.Shay has the gentlest hands, if I could come weekly for brow tints I would.

    I came across this place while going to pick up an order from the sushi spot next door. The reviews encouraged me to give them a chance. Fabiola did a great jon with ny eyebrow shape and tint.     Now that I’ve been consistently coming to Platinum Glam Kendall for almost two months, I feel comfortable leaving a thorough review. First and foremost I need to say that the all of the staff members are incredibly nice. From the moment I walked in off the street without an appointment they were accommodating. The lady at the counter was able to fit me into the schedule on a Saturday for a manicure and wax—I was impressed because not many places now a days make accommodations for last minute walk ins. From the moment you walk in you are greeted, asked if you would like a drink (coffee, water, mimosas, you name it) while you pick out your color, and then your nail tech/brow tech etc is ready and waiting for you— I’ve yet to wait for my nail tech, Disley, or my brow tech, Shay. Talking about techs, my nail tech Disley is a perfectionist, she makes sure she does a good job, takes her time, is very detail oriented, and is super sweet. Then, my brow tech Linshay is the BOMB! I love her so much! During the initial consult, she walked me through my brows and we came up with a plan to grow them a bit and even them out. In all of my years of having my brows and body hair waxed, I’ve never met someone who is a skilled as her. She frames them out and they have been on point every single time and then the icing on the cake is that she’s super kind and easy to talk to. Last thing I want to touch on, is the following: I LOVE how size inclusive this place is. I am by no means a skinny girl and I’ve found that sometimes when I go to get waxed or get a pedi, the tables for the wax are narrow (built for smaller framed people) and the pedicure spas are a tight fit. It’s always a struggle for me and it comes with the territory of being plus sized, but here at Platinum Glam it’s not a “thing”. Here the pedi spas are spacious and the wax tables are roomy. In all, while this place is not as cheap as other places I have been to, I will gladly keep coming back here because I’m paying for quality and relaxation. 10/10 recommend.

    Update: love love love the Platinum Glam Coral Way! Erica was so professional and you can tell she truly loves her job! Yanara was my nail tech and she was absolutely wonderful! Would recommend her 100%! Have already made an appointment to come back!Just moved from Texas and wanted to find a new place to get a pedicure and figured I’d tried a gel mani. As soon as I walked in I was not greated and told to sit in the waiting area. My nail tech then came and got me with no hello or anything. She just talked to her co worker the whole time. Which is fine with me if she would of just said something to me. She wouldn’t even look at me. I get that i don’t speak Spanish but I do understand it. Not to mention once we moved to the pedicure my feet hit the water for no more than 1 minute. I’ve never felt more rushed during a service. I left with wet nails and of course in the slippers that have zero grip so as soon as I stepped out my nail messed up. Overall the business itself is really clean and my manicure was done nicely. But customer service wise if I could I would give zero stars.

    This is my 4th time coming here and not once have I had a complaint for anything. I’ve tried different nail techs here and all are amazing. Very much attentive to detail, all of them. I just finished with Yanelys, and she is the most gentle nail tech I’ve ever had. Not once was I cut, for mani or pedi. She super attentive to detail and gentle with all processes.
