The new owners have created a warm, welcoming environment. Unlike other salons that have a snobby feel, youre immediately greeted with a smile and pleasant atmosphere.Eneko is an excellent hair stylist. He recommended a beautiful color to cover my grays. Its natural looking and easy to maintain. He always gives me a fresh, stylish cut and blow dry. I leave the salon feeling like a million bucks. =)Laura is a talented nail technician. Shes detail oriented and my nails always look beautiful. I usually let her pick the color and she always picks something new, fresh and appropriate for the season. I go to Leelou for both hair and nails and absolutely love both Eneko (for hair) and Laura (for nails). I have memberships for monthly root/blow dry and manicure/pedicure and love the convenience of both. The new owners are very much invested in the business, always friendly and accommodating. I highly reccommend this salon.

Leelou Salon is outstanding! I have been getting my haircut here every 2 weeks since 2016 on their monthly membership, which offers phenomenal value for the quality of service they provide. If youre a man that needs to get your haircut often to maintain a clean appearance, you will not find better quality/value in the area than Leelou. Im shocked to see some of the bad reviews btw, most of which are likely fake. Come see for yourself, this salon is among the best.

Highly recommend this salon, the entire team makes you feel extremely welcome! Had my hair cut, colored and finished with a blowout and I couldn’t be happier. I have a lot of hair and it’s long, so I know whenever I go to a salon they have there work cut out...Chris is my colorist and stylist and he is brilliant! Love my cut, color, blowout and Chris. I highly recommend this salon and spa, everything about it just wants me coming back for more! Super professional, great atmosphere, and the staff are all fabulous! I also highly recommend the monthly packages they have created... they are convenient and truly awesome.

I’ve been going to Eniko at Leelou Salon for three years. I’m a member of the Men Club for unlimited monthly haircuts and I couldn’t be any more satisfied. I wish I had the option to give a 6th star! If you need to be blond- Fiona at Leelou Salon is the one you need to go to!Im from Europe and always afraid of looking for hairstylists somewhere else except home. Since I moved to Miami and wanted to stay blond (natural hair color brown with red pigment) I needed to find a good hair salon and even better hairdresser to do the work. Walking by I saw familiar/great products theyre using and decided to finally make an appointment.my experience was beyond amazing :) everyone was very friendly, and I loved their sense of humor :D :D They made sure I feel comfortable and have all I need. My appointment was with Fiona and after I explained what I want to do she kindly explained which product shes using and what shes going to do to achieve the result I wanted.Ive been dyeing my hair for over 10y now in blond (not bleaching! my hair is very thin, and I stopped doing that long time ago) so I know how hard it is to get the blond tone with my natural hair col. The result was amazing!!! Even better than what I get at home in Europe! Ive been coming for a year now and every time I leave with a big smile :)I highly recommend this salon and Fiona because she does miracles with my hair- and Im sure she will do the same with yours!

I highly recommend this place. I am a costumer of Lee Lou Salon and Spa for more than 3 years and I always had a good experience at this place. I moved from the downtown area a year ago and I still go to the salon even though I live far away, for me it’s worth the driving. The salon is always clean and I love the modern style. Betsy is wonderful at facials, waxing, and massages. My skin always looks great because of her treatments and the excellent products that she uses. I’ve also done my manicure/pedicure and they looked beautiful. I really recommend this salon. Go and visit you will going to love it!!!!!

I just left the salon and súper happy as always..But I was talking with the owner Gwen about all these fake reviews!! Like really you guy’s don’t have anything else to do in your free time?!?I been coming to this salon for almost 2 years I was just a blow dry client and sometimes haircut because my hairstylist is in Chicago that’s where I am from but I come a lot to Miami for work…Until one day Eneko my hairstylist here in Miami in this salon gave me a comment about my highlights and I gave him a chance.Well I have to say my girl in Chicago is no longer my hairstylist and I love her but no!!!Saying this Eneko does an awesome job because trust me it’s no easy getting a Latin women with very dark hair looking almost like JL jejejeje and every one is super nice all of the staff so please stop with the anger and the fake reviews!!!THIS SALON IS GREAT AND GRREAT LOCATION!!

I have been going to Julien Farel Salon for a few months now and my experience has been incredible! There is a very friendly atmosphere and the service is extraordinary. I get first class services with facials by Betsy, manicures and hair styling and they always go the extra mile for me. They are very accommodating and I always come out relaxed and in a better mood than when I came in. Parking is easy in that building too, so no worrying about the hassles of downtown Miami. I’m writing this review because I’m really fed up with people trying to hurt others.I have been coming to this salon for 3 years!!! With my wife ( I don’t want to say the names of the hairstylist because this is against the fake reviews) the gentlemen is taking care of my hair and my 3 year old son and the lady is taking care of my wife’s hair she does her nails and facials with other two ladies.We have not have never never a problem in this salon the owner Gwen is amazing as his wife too!! very professional and understanding with everything with our memberships or with any issues with our credit cards in the past.I’m very angry with people that because maybe they lost there jobs and they are bored and they wanna get points on Google, that they dedicate there time in writing fake reviews.First of all be a client of this salon to write something and if you write something say the truth.This place is super clean and fallows all the hygiene guidelines I have to confess that I had my doubts after the shutdown but after everything open I called and asked what was the guidelines they told me so I gave it chance and I came in with my wife and everything was perfect and super clean!!!!I talked with the owner asking was was going on with these fake reviews and he told me.....Well as a client I’m going to say that before saying something you should investigate and ask what is going on with the sitting out side!!!!!!The salon has nothing to do with what happens outside it’s the BUILDING!!!!! the building doesn’t allow to sit outside!!! the BUILDING doesn’t even let the employees sit outside to rest for a few minutes!!!! and if they say to the homeless to leave well yeah would yo like homeless ( and yes it’s sad to be a homeless and they are human beings) sleeping at your door every day!!!!!! and for more information there is cameras all around the building for a reason!!!!!So for all those haters before writing a review check who is the owner of the building and what kind of building this is then you will understand what is going on outside!!!!! I was gifted a facial at Leelou Salon and its the gift that just keeps on giving! The salon is stylishly appointed and I was impressed by the professionality and warmth of the staff from the moment I entered to the moment I left. Betsy is by far the most knowledgable beautician I have encountered and gave me invaluable advice on how to care for my skin. The products she recommended are worth every cent, my skin has never looked or felt better - Im even getting compliments! There are many salons out there that look great, and provide pleasant service, but I am yet to find one that can compare to the quality of service provided at Leelou Salon. For this reason I recommend everyone try it at least once!

I work in the same building where the salon is located and have been getting facials with Betsy for nearly 8 months. My skin has improved incredibly during that time and I credit that all to Betsy. I have been going to Lee Lou for over 2 years. Betsy is a skin miracle worker! Since she took control of my face, it has gone from being acne ridden and temperamental to clear and balanced. I now go many days without make up! Betsy also makes the facial so enjoyable. She tells you everything she is doing and keeps me laughing through the painful process of extractions. She also gives amazing massages! I also love the Choco Therapy the salon offers. I did this treatment right before my wedding and it left my skin glowing on my wedding day! If you are looking to improve you skin... go see Betsy!

Ive been going to Betsy, the owner, for facials and Linda for nails/eyebrows for years. I could never consider going anywhere else. Im treated like royalty and Betsy has become my skincare guru. Shes extremely knowledgeable (she has a PhD!!!) and my skin is always glowing when I leave. She doesnt hawk products on you, she is extremely accomodating with scheduling, and she is a perfectionist; she takes meticulous care during my facials and antioxidant treatments. She never dries out or irritates my skin and I never leave looking like Ive been mauled. She has a complete grasp of skincare and my skin has drastically improved since my treatments with her. Ive referred her at least five people who have all become devout Betsy fans as well. And now that Whole Foods is across the street - theres always time for a snack!

Not many places in the downtown/brickell area where you can get a fresh, clean fade as good as Carlen. I definitely recommend him to anyone, he’s a pro!

Had the best manicure and pedicure done by Nancy. Since the moment I walked in I knew that the service was going to be out of this world. The music is very modern snd upbeat and keeps the atmosphere very entertaining which isnt to say that the staff doesnt keep you entertsined. They do an amazing job of catering to your every needs... I was even offered wine and I was only just getting a manicure. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great nail experience, and I highly recommend you ask for Nancy. Shes the best! I will be returning in two weeks for another manicure.

I have been getting facial treatments with Betsy for a couple months now and I have been so pleasantly surprised to see the very noticeable improvements in my face! She has helped reduced the amount of scars I get from pimples/infectious ingrowns. I have also been using the products (facial cleanser and mousterizer) she recommended and implemented them into my daily routine and I am absolutely in love. I do facial wax and have now also started doing bikini waxes there and the wax does not leave my skin irritated and the regrowth is very minimal. Betsy is so knowledgeable and aims for perfection. I would definitely recommend!

The salon itself is clean, modern, and the entire staff has been awesome at following COVID protocol while still making the experience fun and luxurious. This is a gem in the heart of Brickell.
