I went into the salon with really bad damaged black hair with patched pieces of brown hair and thought their was no way of it being saved, Robert completely transformed my hair and gave me very bright healthy blonde hair. Omg best salon in Miami 🙌🏻. Love this place. Been coming here for 10 years and everyone is professional from the receptionist to the person washing your hair. I have had my hair done personally by Claudia and Roberto and have always left happy and a people in the street asking me where I get my hair done. Always recommending. cookie has been doing my eyebrows and facials for the same amount of time and wouldn’t change her. Highly recommend this salon for anything that you need to feel pampered.

First of all the staff at the front desk were very professional and kind. This was my first visit after having a bad experience with another salon. I asked for someone with experience and good with fine short hair. My appointment was with Robert. Robert listened to what I was looking for and gave great suggestions. Hilda was great. Finding someone who is good with female short hair is hard but she did a great job. She took her time and I loved the result. I also did my eyebrows there and absolutely loved the result. I usually feel a lot of pain but it wasnt painful AT ALL and she did exactly what I asked for. The only thing I didnt like about Schwarz Staff was that some people (I think it was the owners) were not wearing a mask properly. I understand that its annoying to wear it at all times but all the employees were wearing masks and being super careful so I think the owners should do that as well. It would have made me feel safer. But other than that, I had a great experience. Highly recommend it!

I just left this place and I have to say I am extremely pleased with the quality of service they provided being the first time I come here. I came with my daughter, she got a trim and I got color, deep conditioning treatment, cut and blow dry and I loved everything, my hair feels and looks beautiful. I received exactly what I wanted for both my daughter and I. They give their honest recommendations to my best interest and that I truly appreciate. Looks like a keeper! I didnt know what exactly to expect walking in but had read good reviews so was optimistic. I have extremely thick and wavy hair that can be intimidating and so Im always skeptical of a new salon. Claudia ended up doing amazing things with my hair and I absolutely love it. Plus, the entire staff is very friendly and it was very nice and clean inside. Very happy!!

Love, love this place! Staff and the environment are great! If you are looking for an awesome manicure, ask for Haydee. She is fabulous! Well it was amazing having found this place! The first time i went was because i was looking a place open until late to get a haircut 💇. I spoke to a guy on the phone very friendly that told me to come over. The treatment was amazing from the start, LUKAS listen to what i wanted and gave me ideas too. I totally love this place. Alain has been my hairstylist for more than 10 years. He knows my hair like no one. My color, cut and blow dry are always a conversation theme, thanks to him. Claudia is also amazing and blow dry my hair with contour. For my mani/pedi, Anya is the one. I only do gel on my nails, but she’s on point with the colors, cuticles removal, and her pedis are delicious. For my facials, Cookie is part of the reason of having an amazing skin. Her professionalism and passion for her work is amazing. In general, this is we’re all the magic happens for me..

Pablo deserves Five stars for sure. He is literally the first person to recognize my unique hair concerns and addressed them perfectly. I havent been happy about my hair cuts in quite a few years, and within seconds (literally) I knew Pablo understood, and that this would be an excellent cut. He used thinners like no Ive ever seen before. Smart guy. Im not from Florida (here on business), but wish I could send him to Vegas. Thanks for a great cut Pablo!

I wanted to wait a week before I wrote a review about the salons services, and specifically the services of the stylist who attended me, Roberto. One word will suffice: FABULOUS. When I went in, I was unsure of committing to red hair because of a previous bad experience with red dye, but Roberto worked his magic on my hair and it still looks phenomenal. The man is an artist with dyes. And the cut looks pretty phenomenal as well. I am extremely satisfied with my do, and it doesnt hurt to be so well complimented about it at work either! I will definitely follow up with another visit next month.
