    I understand some people may have had some bad experiences but my experience with this guy was fabulous! He pays attention to detail & did wonderful nail treatment. Polish could have been better but for the care he did for the nails, i give them 4 stars. Place is clean, didn’t really interact with any staff & didn’t get a nailFor my nail person but, when I’m back in town, I’ll come back.

    Saw them in IG. Walked in for service and was out in about 80 minutes. Mason was my nail tech and he did a great job with my feet and hands.

    I arrived and waited only a few minutes. My daughter had a lash appointment so we were hoping the walk-in service would be quick. To my surprise they are very quick and efficient. I have was out in less than an hour. My nails and pedicure also look great! I recommend you go early. The salon is conveniently located but always a constant stream of customers. The management handles a steady amount of customers very well. The salons open seven days but closes at 6pm.

    Michael does my full set near perfect every time. No odd shaped or crooked nails. He is quick but very detailed. I dont have to direct him or anything. I trust him. They last me about 3-4 weeks no lifting. I call as soon as they open to make a same day appointment with him. Otherwise its a long wait and you may not get your nails done that day by him. However they have other nail techs available. Ive never gotten pedicures here. It seems most people come here just to get their hands done. This place is pretty busy and full of customers. Its not really a spa vibe. But my nails are always worth it.

    Ive been coming to Family Nails since 2014. Boo is my favorite hes amazing. Jenny, and one of the other men who I think is her dad are very attentive, they listen to your concerns and deliver. Ivy does the best lashes. Ive been to all 4 of them never disappointed. They all do a great job. Some salons have employees who dont know what theyre doing but Family nails is on point.

    I really like this place Tina and Micheal are the best! Micheals design are so pretty and so colorful and for Tina she is the best she cares about how the customer feels and how there nails would look like. All of the workers here have trust and respect, they don’t just give you whatever they could do. They do as you say, so I don’t know why this place is so underrated. And I will always love this place. Give all of the workers here trust they do a great job like Jenny, Tina, Micheal and Pedi! Remember come here if there is a problem with your nails cause people here will care about you and have respect! 🙉

    I was just here yesterday I love the service and my nails are super cute the best yet!!! However, I did see a situation where a customer was left unattended and she sat patiently for a long time....I don’t care for the lashes they did but my nails feet and eyebrows are to die for!!! I’ll definitely be back!!

    Everyone is great here, except the guy who checks everyone in. His attitude sucks, but I wont let that shadow the great work done here from all the techs.

    Great customer service. Great pedicure prices and service. Everyone wears a mask and exhibits distance. Great manicure service I received. Good on time. I didnt feel like they rushing. Everyone had positive attitude

    Had stopped getting my nails done because i could not find a good nail tech that would apply my nails and they would last. was shopping one day and asked the cashier who did her nails, she told me about family nail s and to ask for Jenny. Been going to her since june of this year. Shes fast, detailed, and her work is on point always!! havent had an issue with any of my nails coming off or the polish chipping. it;s a small establishment, but theyre gonna be moving suite next door. oh michael did a fresh set for me cause Jenny was out on maternity leave, OMG i got so many compliments and i cant stop admiring my nails.

    It was amazing! Shaped my nails a little off but I enjoyed the service and they didnt even take very long even though I was a walk in they take care of mens feet too!! They have a foot mask thats awesome!

    Ive been going to family naols/star nails for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. Skye and Michael are the best but you will have to wait for them they are the best. It is worth the wait.
