    Great nail salon conveniently located in the downtown area. Friendly service. I got my manicure done twice by Gabriela and she’s great! A true perfectionist professional. She also does eyebrows and eyelash treatments. I will definitely return.

    High quality and professionalism!I started going to Coco’s Nails this summer and now I’m obsessed with this place. The whole experience with them has been wonderful.The team has a welcoming spirit and the environment is cheerful. They will make sure I’m always feeling at my best… starting from making appointments on the phone with Ana Maria and Juan (they always accommodate my requests), continuing with complimentary beverages, and of course, the mani and pedi service that Karla provides with a graceful smile and meticulous attention to detail.The temperature is comfortable, the lighting is very appropriate, and the music is happily melodic (I find myself always ‘shazaming’ their playlists).Location is convenient and there is a public parking lot next to the salon (payment required). They offer great prices for the services. So, if you’re looking for the best place in downtown you should def book your next appointment with them!! I highly recommend.

    These ladies are all super sweet. I definitely need to brush up on my Spanish, but these ladies were all very professional and kind. My mani/ pedi is amazing and it was rather inexpensive. Thank you!

    I have been coming here for more than three years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Even though I’ve had other manicurist in the past, I highly recommend Karla…she is amazing!!! She goes beyond her job to make you happy. Also, It’s a pleasure calling for an appt and speaking to Ana, the receptionist, she makes sure to find you a spot!Definitely recommend this place!

    I am SO APPRECIATIVE of my regular pedicure & dip manicure with Camila. She was extremely thorough, paying attention to my cuticles (they look awful in these pics, but coming from Michigan, trust me they look so much better than when I arrived 😅), meticulously removing any leftover product, being sure I left with the most beautiful nails I have had in a long time. Although there was a bit of a language barrier, it was easily remediated with Google translate, so she applied an iridescent top coat as I requested. Will definitely be back to see Camila, nail tech, & hostess, Anna. HIGHLY recommend, esp for their manicures since for pedicures, they do not have the massage chairs & foot baths, only tubs of warm water, elevating your feet on the nail tech’s knees. Despite that small inconvenience, fully enjoyed my experience there since Camila was above & beyond on the sweet scale❤️🥰‼️ literally 5 min walk from Hyatt Regency Miami

    Love their staff and managers. Nail polish is good quality, prices are reasonable for the area, the salon is well maintenance and cleaned. Definitely lower than Brickell!My favorite nail tech is Karla and Ana, the manager, is so welcoming! For reference on my review, I typically go weekday early mornings to avoid delays and crowds. I get complementary offered coffee, water or tea.The atmosphere and decor has potential to be improved and the staff should be more of varied ethnicities as Miami is a melting pit. I noticed most of the techs don’t speak English and can get loud at times.Overall, I recommend it!

    Ok this place is a hidden gem, I don’t live in Miami but if I did I wouldn’t even question going here. So clean and perfect, similar to a Russian manicure. Girls are so sweet even tho there is a language barrier they try to communicate and make you happy. CAMILA IS AMAZING.

    Best place to get your nails done in the downtown/ Brickell area! Orianna is the best! I have beautiful nails for the first time in my life all thanks to her. Before finding coco nails, I had short stubby nails that would always break no matter what I did. Now I have managed to grow out my nails and they are strong and healthy. My gel also last 4-6 weeks which is a huge plus!!

    I came here before I took a cruise and I would fly back just to get service. Everyone was very kind, Adrieana did my nails I was obsessed with the outcome. I received compliments even when I needed a fill-in. We had a language barrier but the lady at the front was so kind to translate! I was served tea which was beyond delightful, very clean shop and walking distant from my hotel stay! I loved this place and I will never come to Florida with my nails done, always coming to Adrieana!

    Honestly, no words! Just EXCELENTE!!! all of the girls were kind and friendly. Lise was wonderful doing my nails. She was really patient doing them. Took her time and it turned out to be an amazing job!! And Danna, she did my eye brows, wow just perfect! Anna, shes a lovely manager and as well shes from Italy just like me. So warming ! All of them were super wonderful and friendly. It was expensive, but guys its worth it if you want something amazing nice done, this is the place to go.     I called at 9:03 AM asking if I could come in to have a gel mani/pedi done and she was so nice, she told me to come on in - which is great considering I didnt have an appointment booked prior to calling.I swear it was the best gel mani/pedi I have had in a longggg time. She was super attentive and detail oriented, which is somewhat unheard these days. My nails look and feel amazing. 10/10 recommend - I will be going back in a few weeks :)

    I did my nails about a week ago. I got aprés nails since is a very healthy gel nail process which I got recommendation from a friend and afterwards even the girls from the salon told me it was a very good choice.     Since I moved to Miami Coco nails lounge has been my favorite place. The quality and price is imbattable. Ana the hostess is super welcoming always greeting me with coffee or Prosecco. And Laurena and Carla are my two favorites they take all of their time to do my manicure with great precision. I’m very picky and they never disappoint me!I highly recommend this place!

    Been living in Miami for 7 years and continuously trying different places for a really good gel manicure and pedicure. Yesterday I happily discovered Coco’s. I was fortunate enough to get Iris as my technician. She did an amazing job. I highly recommend her and Coco’s. Everyone there was extremely accommodating and friendly.

    Update: I have been going there for over a year already and I have no complaints about it. Very happy with the service and the professionalism they offer. I have weak nails so, I tried several techniques with them until I found the appropriate to minimize the risk of having my nails broken all the time =). I usually see the same person but I must say that in the past, I have tried with different ones and they all do a great job.

Out of the many time that I have gotten their services, there was only one instance that I wasn’t satisfied but they fixed it.     I love this site, all the girls work spectacularly. Juliana, my manicurist, is a sweetheart and does the most beautiful and polished nails I have found in Miami. Ana is at the front desk and she is adored, super collaborative and a sweetheart. The living room is super well located and is always impeccable, which for me is very important.Highly recommended!

    The COCOS Nails & Spa, is my Favorite Place from the Welcome to the moment you arrive at the Salon provided by Ana and especially my Manicurist Estefani, she is the Ultimate, very Professional in everything she does, her attention is Unique I will not change it For Nobody and their Work are perfect I also cannot fail to mention the owners (Juan and his Wife) with their Attention and Concern so that the Clients are well in short words I 1000% recommend this Place as the Best believe me that once they go They will never stop coming again, so I left Happy and Grateful

    Ive been doing my nails for over 20 years.I live in Spain, but luckily I have had the opportunity to get a manicure in many places around the world.Without a doubt, it has been THE BEST EXPERIENCE of my life.💛Since I arrived, Ana María gave me aUNBEATABLE treatment and incredible service.     I loved it! The entire team is loving and super professional. The nails will be beautiful even though they were terrible from somewhere else. The girls Oriana and Tahime were the best for the hands and Jenny for the feet!

    This place is very good. I have tried several girls and they all work very well. I always put gel on my nails and they last up to 3 weeks without them breaking or the gel falling out of the corners. In fact, they can last up to a month. month but as they grow they have to be changed
