I got a breast augmentation with Dr. Hunsaker last month and I couldnt be more thrilled with how everything turned out! I showed him photos in advance, and the results have absolutely exceeded my expectations.Also, make sure to ask for Stephanie as your coordinator! She was the key reason why I ultimately chose to have surgery at CG. Working with her was such a relief, and she took the time to truly understand what I wanted from the surgery. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive.I also had no problems with my payment; everything went smoothly, and I just made sure to have the card I paid with on hand when I arrived at the office.I highly recommend CG and will continue to recommend acquaintances and loved ones to Dr. Hunsaker. They helped me gain my confidence back, and I will, without hesitation, return to them should I have any further surgeries! 💕

It’s been one week since my breast augmentation. I can say my recovery time has been better than expected. While I still have a long way to go, Dr. Hunsaker and his team did a terrific job! The day of surgery everyone was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable.I had to give 4/5 stars because of the Post-Op team. Every post-op patient should be treated with tremendous care and support. I felt 1/5 support and care from them during my two visits. I felt extremely rushed and was given a few instructions and then was pushed out the door. I feel it was/is up the that team to provide the absolute best care and it lacked.All and all thanks everyone at CG 🤗

I will recommend them to anyone. This was my third procedure and I finally received the optimal result I’ve been looking for. My results are actually amazing and I’m only one day post op. The staff is so kind. Diamela was my surgery coordinator. She answers all my questions even after hours! Dr. Freiman was my doctor. He is very kind, experienced, and he gave me the exact results I wanted. The post op team is efficient and thorough. They captured my post op photos for their social media page and made me feel very welcomed! I absolutely recommend CG for breast augmentation. I recommend to anyone looking to get a Breast Augmentation to please take the time to ready ALL of the documents that the office provides you and the documents that you sign. It will give you ALL the information you need. There is only so much the staff can explain to you during your appointments but if you are thorough and take the time to read ALL and understand the information they provide, you will be well prepared!

I had Surgery at this facility on 11/14/2024. My procedure was a specific breast lift with implants, I am beyond blessed to have found a place like CG Cosmetic Surgery. I had the pleasure of doing my procedure with Dr. Loessin! He has such incredible bedside manner and he’s a doctor that truly cares, he guided me through the process and he allowed me to talk to him about what I was looking to achieve. Not only are the doctors wonderful but the staff is so kind and very attentive, nothing about the process was difficult. I was so surprised to find out how easy CG makes it to achieve the body of your dreams, this place will not disappoint!

I highly recommend CG COSMETIC to anyone that is wanting anything done. My patient coordinator was Sofia and she was AMAZING! She stayed persistent and followed up with me and had a great sense of humor. The people were very friendly. I wouldn’t change anything other than wishing it wasn’t a high volume clinic because it made me overwhelmed and gives me anxiety when I have to wait for a period of time. My experience with Dr. krau was good. I really love my results! I am giving 4 stars because they need better staff. I remember in after i was waking up from anesthesia, the nurses there were just on there phone and talking to eachother & not even paying attention to the patients. Also i really hated how the girl who “helped” me pick out my breast implant size, looked so annoyed the whole time i was asking her questions. She probably had a attitude because she was pregnant. But thats not the patients fault.

I really enjoyed my experience. From pre-op, I was out of there in two hours. Just keep your coordinator close, read everything they email you and you should be fine. Dr. Loessin- excellent bedside manners, attentive, charming, asks great questions to overall make you feel comfortable, understand your needs and to reassure that he understand the assignment. I am 2 weeks post op, I am not 100% obviously but I can contact the post op department anytime so they can aide me in my recovery. I had atleast 4 post op visits. These seem to be unlimited. If you cannot meet in person, you can send pics and emails to post op. The overnight on-call line was also attentive. I hade a issue and was able to speak with Dr. Loessin like 3 in the morning. Special shout out to Annia Hernandez and Raul. I wish I could take them home with me. Such grace, customer service, soothing support, very knowledgeable and helpful at each of my post op care visits. They answered all my questions, bandage me up and gave me tips. I highly recommend CG. The experience is realistic expectations and what you make it.

I had my breast augmentation here on Wednesday, July 3. Everyone here is amazing the staff the doctors the treatment I’m so far my recovery has been fast. It’s been a little bit painful but not as much as I expected. Honestly, they help with everything the medication, the IV they provide you everything you need to be able to heal as fast as possible. They truly are the best I highly recommend them if you’re looking to get any surgery done this is the place.

My review is for my Coordinador Johanna Arzola, I am very disappointed with her work; she totally forgot about me after I finished up my payment for the surgery, if I had questions she used to take up to three days to reply, she never followed up with me before surgery and sent me the wrong time for my pre OP, she also did not help me with questions I had regarding the surgery, in order for me to hear back from her I had to send her two and three messages in a row and again she just left me on read, I think she was very unprofessional and she also sent me information from another patient that had the same first name as me which is consider HIPPA violation. I am very unhappy with her job. Everyone else at the clinic was great and I had Dr. Freiman he is amazing. But I do not recommend Johanna Arzola at ALL as a coordinator.

My experience with CG from the inception was very good. My coordinator Maria Bejerano was very attentive and prompt to all my questions during the first process. The day before the surgery, I went to my preop department which was a very different experience. These ladies there were cold, unpleasant and short. I was so disappointed and felt so out of place. This is my first cosmetic surgery ever and I was really nervous. A smile and a warmer approach would have given me some reassurance. Hence why I give them a 4 star rather than a 5. Doctor Loessin was so nice and answered all my questions. He made me feel better the morning of and I felt that I was going to be ok. The post op staff were amazing. I honestly had a wonderful experience at CG. I had BA 650cc’s with Dr. Hunsaker. He was such a beautiful soul, very personable and sweet! Lou was my anesthesiologist and he is a HOOT ! Had me laughing the entire time. I went back and within two mins I was out. I woke up with a lot of pressure on my chest and I felt exhausted. Recovery has been smooth. We stayed two mins away and had an appointment the very next day and 7 days later. The follow ups were smooth, the girls on the 7th floor were all kind and understanding. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my entire experience. 10/10, I 100% recommend ❤️

The ladies were nice as well as the massage therapists. I do wish my surgeon had really listened to my needs a bit better because i wanted more of an outcome than i got, but i am coming to revise my initial review because I do want to add that once the surgery is paid for/you have a payment plan set in place.. you still will have to come out of pocket. I was not expecting that especially since i had asked my surgery coordinator that specifically because i wanted to be prepared. Luckily i had enough to accommodate the 700+ i had to come out of pocket for, besides the surgery itself.EDITI have been trying to contact you guys through email and through phone for literally months now and i keep getting sent in a circle about some issues i’ve been having . I was a little skeptical about CG, honestly, because of some of the horrible reviews that I read BUT.. my experience was nothing but amazing. The security guard was really nice and helpful. He showed me where my surgery will be. At the front desk I didn’t want to sign some documents until I spoke with my surgeon first and they made it happen. I spoke to Dr. Leossin and he put my mind at ease. He was really nice and explained everything to the T. During my surgery the anesthesiologist was so kind and kept telling me everything will be ok that I was in good hands because I was so nervous. Today was my follow up and they also explained everything to the last detail. Overall I’m so happy with my results and customer service. Thank you for everything. Also I had breast augmentation!!!

My only complaint was that the post-op instructions should have been provided before surgery so that you could know what to anticipate after surgery.
