Dr. Sullivan is amazing. His bedside manner and care for his patients is outstanding. I am also a health care professional and I know how challenging it can be to manage multiple patients and concerns. He took the time to explain current guidelines and took my personal concerns into consideration. He and his medical assistant eased my fears during a procedure. The secretary up front was also amazing. She really goes above and beyond to help the patients book their appointments and is so sweet. I have to say I finally found a great dermatologist and have referred him to friends and family. Thank you Dr. Sullivan and staff for your kindness and caring demeanor.

Ive been a patient for many years of Krysten Cullen and decided to share my experience in case there are people like me who actually read honest reviews prior to seeking care and making an educated decision. The front desk staff is always warm and inviting and will even open the office extra early for easy check in. If your appointment is at 8am, you are seen at 8am! In all the years Ive been coming here, I have never had to wait. The staff makes sure you feel very comfortable, while being extremely thorough in finding out the reason(s) for your visit. Krysten Cullen, PA-C, is an incredible PA. She is friendly and knowledgeable and takes her time addressing any concerns you may have. Whether medical or cosmetic, there is never a feeling of being rushed here. The office is immaculate and they really do care about their patients which speaks volumes.

I had an issue with my hand I wanted to have looked at and since a family member had already visited this dermatologist and had a great experience, I decided to book an appointment.The waiting room is very tidy and very modern and up to date. The male receptionist was very pleasant and was very speedy with the copay and getting me a tablet, which you use to fill out for the doctor & Dr assistant to view during the appointment.Kristyn the PA-C (physicians assistant), was very friendly and informative.Any issues or questions I had were answered fully and I felt I walked away with a good insight and some preventives that will help me post visit.If you are looking for a respectful dermatologist who are also caring and inviting, I highly suggest Sullivan Dermatology.Ps- they kindly give some samples of hand creams at the end of your visit.

This was my first visit and was warmly welcomed by Diego. My care team was Krystin Cullen and Crystal. I felt I was given a very high level of care. I had a run in with squamous cell skin cancer in 2020 and lived in Tampa until the last couple years. I had yet to find the level of care I received there, Sullivan Dermatology not only met but exceeded that mark. They we very informative without being pushy. I chose an elective chemical peel to keep the sun damage at bay. As well they were very good at educating me on improvements to my skincare routine and had the cream at a very competitive price. Exit instructions are excellent. As long as I am in South Florida I will be going to Sullivan Dermatolgy and recommend you do the same!

I have a patient for a few years and have visited both the NMB and Aventura locations and have experienced nothing but satisfaction from both locations. There is never a long wait which is excellent. I believe this is one of the best run practices.

This review is long over due. I have been a patient of this office for over several years and always had a pleasant experience. My previous visit as well as today was nothing short of amazing. Richard has such a welcoming demeanor and was extremely helpful in making this visit possible today. Considering appointments are usually required, I didnt want to feel as an inconvenience to the staff as I know they typically run on time with scheduled appointments. I am extremely happy I stayed, as I was able to be treated by an amazing doctor, she was attentive and made me feel comfortable as though I have been a patient of hers from day one. I typically see Dr. Sullivan who is just a great but I am happy to know that he has hires amazingly knowledgeable associates that care for patients just as he does.

I have visited other dermatologist and felt like a number. The staff was friendly from the front desk to the medical professional who triage me. Dr. Sullivan sat and LISTENED to my concerns and gave suggestions to help with my problem. He spent the time discussing possibilities and solutions WITH me instead of just giving a diagnosis and writing a prescription. He was extra sensitive to my fear of needles and took extra precautions so that I did not panic. I forgot to tell him I faint at the sight or smell of my own blood....oops! This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised.

This was my first time going to see Dr. Sullivan. I cannot say enough positive things about this office. The reception was very welcoming and very efficient in collecting my information. Dr. Sullivan was on schedule and had great bedside manner. First he did a cancer screening and was very thorough in his examination. Then he removed a non-cancerous mole from my face. I had been wanting this removed for years and other dermatologists had said they didnt want to do it because they were afraid of a scar. Dr. Sullivan assured me that there would be no scar. First he numbed it and then he removed it with a laser. Very little pain and very quick! Then we discussed some facial fillers. He came up with a plan for me that I could do a little at a time or all at once. I felt that he really listened to me and my concerns. His prices for the facial fillers were comparable to other doctors. Overall great visit and I will return for the facial fillers.

Since I was shown to the room, where I was to be examined, the young girl who took me in was very nice and sweet and explained that Dr. Tory would see me next. I am happy that he took care of me, and I would go back to him again.

Don’t be fooled by how fast he is at conducting the exam. Some doctors are just very adept, and he’s one of them. He’s always ready to answer questions and address concerns. His staff is top-notch, too.2022 Update: Went for my annual skin cancer check, and can still attest that this group rocks. I do not hesitate to consult with Dr Sullivan first. There are other very good doctors, and I have seen some when he wasn’t available, but I always come back here.

Yesterdays review - much like last time. I would highly recommend asking to meet with Kristyn Cullen - very pleasant, very enjoyable and open for discussions, gives a full explanation of what she does, and why, and I have learned to alway ask to see her when I visit. I cant say she makes my visits enjoyable, but she does what is needed, explains what she is doing, and why, and unlike other doctors in my past, leaves me feeling vey confident and comfortable when we finish and I go home.I always strip down, and ask for the full examination. Any discomfort in stopping down is made up for the additional confidence when I leave that I have no issues.When I need medications, in my case a cream for parts of my body, and a liquid to coat on some fingernails, she takes care of the details, and the office gets the prescription out promptly.I should add that there is LOTS of parking space at the building, a large and comfortable waiting room, and the office staff has always been knowledgeable and efficient - and when I arrived early, they got me in to see the doctor hours before my appointment time (I brought a book with me, but barely had a chance to read it).Ive never yet met Dr. Sullivan - have no comments on him, whatever, but I probably never will as I am so comfortable (and re-assured) from seeing Kristan Cullen.Im a photographer - sorry, I didnt take any photos, but will on my next visit in six months.

Having fair skin, and grew up during the iodine and baby oil era, we had no idea of sun block. I’ve been fighting skin cancer on many fronts all my adult life, plastic surgery, mohs surgery, creams and many ointments. My dermatologist had retired, which left me with finding a new doctor. The group that took over the practice, and several visits to major hospitals dermatology departments left me with the same treatments I’d been using for many years with limited success. I had read an advertisement in the newspaper from Dr Tory Sullivan’s office in which they were doing skin studies on a malady I was being treated for. I made an appointment with Dr Sullivan, who after reviewing the problem, including the medicine that was prescribed, flatly said stop the treatment, because it won’t work. I’ve been a patient for over two years, the success in treating my ailments has been mind boggling, the improvements and cure of my skin problems have been gratifying. Dr Sullivan is on top of his scientific game, his perception, knowledge of ever changing medical technologies and effective treatments has put him atop of his profession. Great Doctor, if you need a reliable doctor. I can tell, this is the best place to go. Nurses always make me feel comfortable. Not that kind of Sargent faces you see in other clinics.
