Dr Lewen is professional and will give you an honest medical opinion. I have never felt rushed during my visits and he takes the time during your visits to make sure everything is understood. He took his time with my procedure letting me know what he was doing and what I would feel. I know not everyone wants to know but I mentioned I want to know everything. All the rooms I have been in are nice and clean.The staff is wonderful and friendly. They all make sure you are happy and comfortable before and after your visits. They also called me to see how I was feeling after the procedure.Every time I go in the office I have questions either about a brochure I have picked up or a procedure I saw on their television. The staff is knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I have had.I am always greeted with a smile and I leave with a smile.

Upper Blepharoplasty/Brow Lift/Filler Review:I was looking to have upper blepharoplasty done for 20 years and finally decided to do it here in the Miami area. I did my homework researching clinics and doctors. Listen, I dont know about you, but I was extremely cautious with my choice because blepharoplasty means that your face will be cut open in the eye area.My research made me realize that I would not go to a general plastic surgeon but oculofacial plastic surgeon only, and after reading reviews about Dr. Gregory Lewen, I decided to give the clinic a chance. Oh my, was that one of the best decisions I ever made!Dr. Lewen won my heart during the first visit. The attention, the understanding of my concerns, the care radiating from him! I felt that Dr. Lewen knew 100% what he was talking about. I felt no pressure, no selling, no tricks to push me into doing something I was not comfortable with. The doctor made a few suggestions (I came for upper blepharoplasty only) based on my skull shape, and I am so, so, so happy I agreed to add a brow lift and filler.My eyes look exactly how I imagined them to look the first time I raised my eyebrows with my fingers, thinking, Oh, I wish my eyes would look like this, 20 years ago. Dr. Lewen literally helped my wish come true (and got rid of my biggest insecurity).I also want to say not only is the doctor amazing, but every single person you are going to meet at the clinic is wonderful. I have searched since 2020 for a surgeon to fix my upper eyelids and I went to a couple consults around Boca Raton area but I had read about dr. Gregory lewen and decided to make an appointment. From the minute you walk in the office, they make you feel at home. I waited maybe 3 minutes for my appointment and when Dr. lewen enters the room, he takes his time to examine you, listen to your questions and concerns and then gives you his expert opinion on what would be best for you. Not only is he thorough, I liked that he has your safety as his first priority. The other doctors I had consulted with did not require any type of eye exam or advice on keeping my eyes hydrated before and after surgery. Dr lewen cares about his patients and for that reason, I would recommend and trust him to operate on any friend or family member. A surgeon like this is difficult to find. I’m grateful that I am in good hands.

I was referred to Gregory Lewen, M.D. by Dania Dermatology.The Dermatologist actually said that if his mother needed to see a plastic surgeon he would send her there.Dr. Lowen and his staff are efficient, friendly, and experienced. I am always given a price quote after my consultation, which fee, incidentally will be included in the price for any service.I had an allergic reaction to a filler. Dr. Lowen diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem in the same visit. He is also the doctor that I would send My Mother to if she needed such a physician!

I recently had ptosis surgery on both eyes with Dr. Lewen and the procedure was totally painless and I had almost no bruising at all. The whole surgery was done inside the eye so I do not have any scars on my eyes. He explains everything well about the surgery in both English and Spanish. I also had a chin filler procedure and the results are very good too. I really recommend Dr.Lewen because he is a plastic surgeon that specializes on the face and eye area and is very attentive to detail and to achieve the best result he adds a filler injection in the eye to create good symmetry on both eyes for the ptosis procedure. So I am very happy with this surgery and totally recommend him for this kind of procedure.

I cant recommend Dr. Lewen enough. I did meticulous research to find someone to fix my eyelid. My left eye was smaller than my right. I couldnt find anyone else in South Florida that showed an extreme expertise in upper eyelid surgery. I didnt want to go to a doctor that did nose jobs, brow lifts, and everything else possible. I wanted a doctor who specialized in this area and knew his stuff. I was super lucky to find Dr. Lewen. His website and instagram before and afters helped me see that he was exactly what I was looking for.I was born with ptosis and wasn’t told it was ptosis till I met Dr. Lewen. Everyone just said my eyelid was too tight and nothing could be done. But Dr. Lewen knew at least something could be done to make me feel more symmetrical.The surgery was amazing. Tara was amazing support, for me emotionally (I was anxious) and for Dr. Lewen medically. Dr. Lewen was kind and considerate. He even checked in on me the next day and reminded me of things that will help the healing process. The healing process was also great. I could feel that he didn’t butcher me!Its been 2 and a half months and the difference is incredible. I can see up with both eyes and theres no discomfort from a smaller eye. Im so much more confident. I feel like Im finally normal and I can look people in the eye and not be afraid theyre going to judge me or freak out about my smaller eye. Before, I didn’t feel like who I saw in the mirror was me, but now, I see myself as I always imagined.Dr. Lewen has changed my life and I can never thank him enough.

Dr. Lewen is everything you want in a medical doctor; a highly competent practitioner with excellent bedside manner that does not rush to the most extreme measure as the first option. I was looking for a surgeon to see if I was a candidate for a revision after an upper blepharoplasty. I was left with thick, very visible scars which, I thought, messed up my face for life.In my home country, the doctors said they wouldn’t make my scars worse, but wouldn’t improve them either. As I moved to the USA recently and the medical field is better here, I was both hoping and not hoping to find a solution for my scars here, and came across Dr. Lewen’s office - thanks for the reviews. I did my thorough research and decided a consultation was worth a try.It’s been about 2 months after my surgeries, and my scars faded so significantly, I can completely hide them, which was not the case before. I also did a lower blepharoplasty here, and am extremely happy with the results so far. I am so thankful I found Dr lewen. I have been dealing with a cyst on my eye for over a year. Being in the medical field, I am extremely picky with who I let touch my face or treat me in general. Dr Lewen actually suggested I do a Ptosis surgery on only my left eye lid and use filler to do a brow lift on both eyes. This was something I never heard of or considered before he suggested it.I felt so confident in him and his work that I booked my surgery that day. The actual procedure was 2 weeks later and only took about an hour. There was no pain during the procedure and I had to keep my eyes closed for 48 hours. I had to ice and use an ointment, as long as I kept my eye closed I had very little discomfort. My bruising and swelling were minimal. I was able to see the results after about 5 days and it just keeps getting better. I’m one month post procedure and could not be happier! I highly recommend Dr Gregory Lewen if you are considering surgery on your eyes!

There is a reason why fillers should be done by doctors only. Without this doctor, I would have been walking with tons of 16-year-old fillers in my face, dragging it down, thinking it was my own tissues.When I went to Dr. Gregory to get new fillers to lift my sagging cheeks, it took him only one look at my face (a naked-eye look) to determine that I still had a lot of old fillers, which is why I was sagging. He refused to add new fillers without dissolving, which was the best decision I ever made, and I will be forever thankful to him for that!My journey of dissolving my face started a year ago before I found Dr Gregory,I had already done six dissolving sessions with other nurse practitioners before him. I was told by all of them that it was just my own tissues sagging and that I should add more fillers to lift my lower face, including one who had done an ultrasound on my face and confirmed that it was my own tissues. She told me with zero compassion, despite carrying the bad news”yeah, you are filler-free now. Your cheeks are sagging because the aging process happened to you without noticing it happening gradually due to all the fillers covering it.” She continued gaslighting me, saying that it was because I’d done my fillers 16 years ago; she thinks I forgot my original face structure!Deep down, I was not convinced. I was sure that I was sagging because they were partially dissolving my fillers, so my face didn’t have the filler volume anymore, yet it wasnt my original face shape yet! It was something weird looking in between. I was sure I still had a layer of a hydrophilic material I see expanding every morning and covering my original facial features. At this point, I decided to ditch all the nurses and go to a doctor.I can’t even describe the emotional relief when Dr Gregory confirmed what I was already sure about deep down.Now, after multiple dissolving sessions with dr Gregory, my original cheek structures are back, and my face is not sagging anymore. I might not even need to add new fillers to lift anything. Other practices would have just done as I said and kept adding fillers to a face that’s already overfilled to lift tissues that are sagging because of an EXISTING fillers, which is a very absurd thing to do!! I love my natural facial structure now after being fully dissolved. The sharp cheekbones I had before filling my face back in 2007 are back. I have a delicate face that can handle a lot of fillers without looking too big, and It takes a verytrained and sensitive eye to notice my fillers. I’m so happy I found Dr Gregory before I go for something more drastic like a facelift.

If your appointment is for 4, you are seen at 4 and if you arrive earlier, a lot of times you are seen earlier.Now lets talk about Dr. Lewen. He will listen to your concerns and then let you know the pros and cons for example - I grind my teeth so severely I get migraines. One treatment is Botox - which Dr. Lewin administered. After treatment, I thought I needed more. Dr. Lewin explained potential downside, if I did. I highly recommend Dr. Lewen and his staff.

I came to Dr. Lewen feeling completely defeated. I had a micro-coring procedure done to my upper and lower eye area. The micro-coring caused me to have significant loss in volume underneath my entire eye area especially where the eye meets the cheek. It left deep lines in my tear trough area that went down my face. I went to a a “reputable” doctor to fill this area to restore volume and had swollen bumps everywhere from the filler.When I first came to Dr. Lewen, he was beyond thorough in his explanation of how we were going to correct it. Within a couple of visits my face was restored and looks absolutely beautiful. The contouring on my cheeks looks incredible. The best part is that it looks natural. It’s lifted my entire face whereas I don’t need fillers in my nasolabial folds (smile lines) anymore. The best part is that my deep tear trough lines are gone. I feel so good about myself.What I’ve learned from this entire experience is that fillers and facial balancing are skills to be mastered and also not to be taken lightly. It takes a special eye, hand and level of mastery to get beautiful results. Dr. Lewen is at a level of mastery. This is one of the few times whereas perfectionism comes in handy. I don’t know any other doctor that watched Youtube make-up contouring videos during Covid to enhance their skill. I did my research this time and found a gem. I suggest you do as well.

I found Dr. Lewen through great reviews online, and I echo those reviews. The staff is friendly and attentive and Dr. Lewen took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve with treating my forehead lines/wrinkles, and he delivered. His office is also conveniently located in Aventura.

This was my first time getting any type of enhancement, so i was nervous that I was going to end up on an episode of botched. However, Dr. Lewen and his team made me feel extremely comfortable. He went into great detail on what i wanted to accomplish and what his plan was to achieve my goal.I was looking to tighten my neck area, and he suggested to do cheek fillers as it will tighten the rest of my face (i was a little apprehensive but he was extremely confident that i will be happy with the results). It was a quick painless procedure, and afterwards i couldn’t stop looking at myself and taking pictures. He achieved exactly what i was looking for! I still look like myself but upgraded. They are the best!

I highly recommend Dr. Lewen. After getting a botched lower lid blepharoplasty where the previous doctor tried to fix his mistake 5x’s on one eye & 4x’s on the other, I was done. My eyes wouldn’t close. I had chemosis in both eyes. I looked disfigured with the eyes pulling down. I was miserable to say the least. My husband and I researched doctors who specialize in fixing botched eye surgeries, consulted with a couple & then came across Dr. Lewen. We made the 7-hour drive for a consult & from that consult we found a doctor who was so confident in his skill set that we knew he was the one who could fix my eyes. Dr. Lewen is so thorough & required complete work ups before even deciding to perform surgery that the work up uncovered a potential life threatening blood disorder I was unaware of. I finally got to have my surgery the week before all surgeries were suspended because of Covid. Dr. Lewen made it a point to see me in his office every single week for follow up & maintenance even though his office was closed. He wanted to make sure my eyes were healing at an appropriate speed where scar tissue didn’t cause issues that would set me back. It has now been almost 7-months since my surgery & all I can say is I am so grateful for all Dr. Lewen has done for me in fixing my eyes. He has given me my confidence back, my eyes no longer have chemosis, they close all the way & they look normal. I highly recommend Dr. Lewen & his staff & I highly recommend using a Specialist when it comes to any surgery on the face.

I was referred from my dermatologist, Dr. Joel Wiszniak to Dr. Lewen. I had a small spot on my lower right eyelid. After a biopsy it was determined it was basal cell cancer and would need some attention. The referral process to the Mohs doctor was easy and the communication between all three offices was prompt and accurate. After the Mohs surgery I required reconstruction of the lower eyelid. Dr. Lewen was thorough, detailed and thoughtful in his explanation of the surgery and what to expect, and what would and could happen. The surgery was nothing to really think about. I had a great blackeye for a week or so and that gave me great fun with stories about the eye. Dr. Lewen was caring and thorough in his follow up. Today I have a slight character scare that will absorb in and not be noticed, but I kind of like the character scare. Bottom line, I would and will refer all my friends that need OculoPlastic Surgery to Dr. Lewen. He is kind, caring, thorough and the ultimate professional. A credit to his profession. His staff is considerate and caring and as a team they work together for your well being and care. I recommend Lewen Cosmetic Center without reservation to anyone reading or checking out the website!

I wish I can give Dr. Lewen more than 5 stars. I had my eyes done two months ago and I can say he is very thorough explaining the best way to go about the eyes. I went to a couple of top surgeons in the area and were not as professional as Dr. Lewen, he went ahead and to pictures, took the time to measure the symmetry of my specific need of my eyes, then he went ahead and gave me the most precise option to have a beautiful proportion and balance according to my eye shape, so natural, soft looking, well defined. I had a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with Dr Lewen two months ago and am very satisfied with the results. I narrowed him down after reading reviews online on various websites and consideration of educational background. Long story short, he’s the surgeon you want for anything related to your face. For starters- one look at his Curriculum Vitae (resume), it tells you all that you need to know: he has degrees from two of the top universities in the US and has extensive schooling beyond medical school. I know many physicians personally, and very few have similar credentials as Dr. Lewen.Besides that, the main reason you want Dr. Lewen as your surgeon is because of his specialization and the fact that he’s narrowed down the scope of this practice to Oculofacial surgery. You don’t want to see a surgeon that is also performing liposuction, nose jobs, etc. It’s as the saying goes “jack of all trades, master of none.” Dr Lewen is a master of ocular surgery. Additionally, he is very experienced but relatively young so he has been trained in the most up to date medical technology and advances.Don’t look any further, Dr Lewen is the surgeon that you want.

When I say Dr. Lewen and his staff are incredibly AMAZING.... that’s an understatement! Not even a thesaurus would have all the synonyms to describe Dr. Lewen. He is meticulous, diligent, professional, compassionate and very honest! I had a unique situation, a lump under my eye that no dermatologist or surgeon could find a solution for (other than surgery). I was frustrated and felt hopeless to resolving this matter. I did so much research to find a doctor who specialized in the eye area. From the moment I walked into his office I felt a sense of relief, the positive energy that flows amongst Dr. Lewen and his staff are so comforting. Everyone is smiling and happy, and it’s actually sincere! He took his time to explain in full detail what he suggested, along with answering any questions that I had. I can definitely talk a lot and I’m full of questions, not once did I ever feel rushed. And, instead of pushing for surgery, he found a solution that was non invasive and it didn’t cost anything close to what a surgery would have cost.
