I did a lot of research before contacting Eden plastic surgery For the first time in June 2023. I was so excited to schedule my surgery, but in the process of doing the prep work for the actual surgery, I discovered I had some health problems that had to be taken care of before I proceeded. Finally ,I scheduled my surgery and had the procedure done in September 2024. I spoke with Tamara from the very beginning. I felt like she was family by the time I actually met her. Doctors C and the entire staff, I cannot say anything negative ,they were top-notch,so friendly ,so helpful from the very beginning They made me feel it ease. It is absolutely crazy that I’m writing this review, but I needed to share that if you are thinking about facial rejuvenation, Dr. Charafeddine is the absolute best! I was nervous about going so far away to get his signature EveLift, however Dr.C and his staff are so intentional about providing the very best care… not only before and during, but also after the procedure, that I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I was in Miami for a week and I think I had five appointments with him. During one of my post-op visits, there were four of us in the waiting room and we all agreed that Dr. C truly tailored his approach and procedures to our individual needs. He is a rare combination of technically skilled, artistic, and compassionate, but also smart about how to assemble an amazing staff. His expertise and efforts are amplified by the office staff, nurses, anesthesiologists, etc. who enable him to focus on serving his patients. He is at the top of his game and I consider myself extremely blessed to be in his care. I’m thrilled with my results and would recommend him without any reservation at all. Before having any procedures myself, I thought it was strange for women to talk about it on the Internet, no less show pictures of their stitches, etc. But now that I have had such an excellent experience, I feel compelled to tell other women to trust only Dr. Charafeddine with their precious faces. The realization that botox, fillers, and laser treatments couldnt mask the sagging in my lower face any longer was a long time coming. Id tried all the makeup tricks to lift my face and felt refreshed for a few days after expensive facials, but I could never escape the horror of the turkey neck staring back at me whenever I looked at my profile in the mirror. My lower face and neck had really been bothering me for the last 6 or so years. I felt everyday my face was literally melting and sliding a little further down my body. If you are looking for perfection as well as quick recovery, Dr Charafeddine is the MD you want to go to for your face rejuvenation. I started following DR C. About 2,5 years prior surgery among other practices and realized very quickly that he was the Dr I would go to for my lower face lift. 1- to the opposite of other surgeons who don’t specialize on any part of the body, THIS is his expertise and what he focuses on. 2- no heavy sedation. Patient can communicate during surgery. Thus, very quick recovery. 3- back to work remotely day after surgery with minimum pain and back to online meeting with visio in less than a week.To the question my friends asked: “would you do it again” my answer was/is YES with Dr Charafeddine, not another. I cannot say enough about my experience at Eden with Dr. Charafeddine and his staff. From the time of my consult to today, three weeks after my surgery, they are truly concerned about my experience, my recovery, and how I am doing post op.I had consults with other surgeons in the area and knew I was at the right place and with the right surgeon within five minutes of my consult with Dr. C. The comfort level I had with Dr. C was not experienced with other surgeons I had gone to see. I was confident I was going to achieve the results I wanted with Dr. C performing the Eve Lift and a fat transfer to my cheeks for the volume I had lost over time. I decided the day of my consult to have the procedure and start the process of a REFRESHED ME!!The day of surgery I was filled with anxiety as one would expect. That was easily calmed with the amazing anesthesiologist that explained the whole process and what the twilight sleep meant. Fast forward to recovery, I was up and about within a couple hours of the surgery. There was absolutely no pain. I would call it more uncomfortable, fullness, tightness. Tylenol was used the first day and a half I would say and nothing since then.Today at three weeks post op I have some swelling left in my lower jaw and neck, which is completely normal. I am thrilled with my results and know that each week is going to get better and better.I cannot thank Dr. C and his caring staff enough for all that they put into my experience at Eden. If you’re even simply dreaming of getting rid of your turkey neck and puppy jowls, THIS is the practice with which you want to entrust your rejuvenation. After researching literally every surgeon in my vicinity to no avail, and then stalking virtually all facial surgeons around the US for many years, my gut kept bringing me back to EDEN. At only eight weeks post procedure, I’m back to my normal frenzied pace, albeit with a restored jawline and no more loose neck skin!Dr. C’s education at two of the finest medical schools on earth, the results of his work (especially the invisible scars!), the fact that every patient is shown proudly, the local anesthesia and quicker than usual recovery times all played into my final choice, but the most important thing was the fact that Dr. C does the EVELift day in and day out. This. Is. What. He. Does. It’s his extreme specialty. I personally didn’t want a one-size-fits-all doctor working on part of me that gets seen all the time! Would I want a podiatrist operating on my spleen? Nope. (Though I have no doubt that if Dr. C was to do any cosmetic surgery at all, it would come out brilliantly! He is meticulous and artistic all at once.) With Dr. C doing this procedure every day, I knew should he come into any issues during the procedure, they would merely present as a challenge, not a roadblock he couldn’t surpass. Plus, he knows this anatomy like no one’s business and thus knows how to deal with not creating skin tension, how much muscles can be adjusted, angles and all other delicate esthetic choices that come into play.The staff at EDEN could not be more competent, responsive, nor accommodating. And every one of the employees is stunning -a big plus for a cosmetic surgery practice in my mind! Beautiful Yara kept me on time with my pre-surgery testing and zoom meetings and even checked in with me once I got home. The lovely Tamara stayed with me overnight in the beautiful Eden Suite and I didn’t want to leave because she spoiled me rotten! Sweet Claudia and Ana really watched me like hawks when I had some surprise BP issues post procedure for a few days- they as well as Dr. C himself and Dr. Garneau checked in on me multiple times each day. Being on my own during that time, all of their care was a blessing!If you watch Dr. C on Insta, the moment you meet him it’ll feel like you’ve known him for years! Yes, he’s just as warm and charming in person and truly does care about you and your final results. He even personally rolled my giant suitcase out of the office and walked me to the door after my final in person visit… what doctor does that???Is this procedure pricey? Yep. But you get what you pay for. You don’t want a cheaper experience that would sacrifice results and leave you always wondering about EDEN. Save your pennies and don’t settle for a lesser physician nor team!Is it a long wait to get a consultation and consequently a surgery date? It likely is. But do you really want to go to a surgeon who has many, many open appointment slots, who’s not in demand? Nope. Go to the person who’s sought out by other physicians to operate on themselves or their family members. Make your consult appointment and go from there. Time is going to pass anyway. You want the best and getting that takes some patience. It is worth it, I promise you.

I am 59 1/2 years young. The last 5 years I have aged dramatically. I have tried during this time to do all the “ things” out there to reverse or help my skin. Lots of lasers and I’m talking deep lasers (trifecta, CO2 etc… etc.! It would help a small amount but never got rid of jowls and neck area and mouth wrinkles.I started looking for someone whom could fix these areas of concern. I have a friend in Houston Texas that is an expert makeup artist. (Makeupby Sheila) I saw a picture of her on social media and I knew something was different w/ her jawline. It didn’t appear she had a facelift so I actually thought she lost weight. I contacted her and she told me she had went to see Dr C.I called him the next day and scheduled a meeting. He is booked out a year in advance but I said put me on your calendar. Paid my deposit and within a few months I had a surgery date, only because of a cancallation. I believe this was my sign, that I was suppose to go forward and have this surgery. It can be kinda scary and nerve racking. On my surgery day, I told Dr C I was a little scared of the fat grafting. I was afraid I might look like an over filled chipmunk That DID NOT happen with Dr C. This Dr is a true sculpture artist. His staff went over and beyond making sure I was ok and to answer any questions I might have. There are not many Drs who give you a cell number and say: call me if you need me. I had minimal bruising only in the neck area. Like I’m the only one whom noticed. I’m 3 weeks today and No one can tell I had surgery except the 2 people I told. My scars are very very very well hidden in my hairline and I’m sure in a few months they will have disappeared. I was actually able to wear my hair up on week 1 without any problems. I Never had any pain with this procedure except a mild headache the night of surgery. I feel like I have rambled with this post but it’s a honest opinion of my surgery. I will close with saying : You pay for what you get. Dr C. is not cheap but he is over the top the BEST! I would have this surgery again and again!I have no regrets.

I just wanted to share my personal experience with Dr. C and his amazing staff. I traveled from Hawaii to come Miami to have this procedure done after doing a lot of research. We decided the eve facelift, co2 resurfacing and fat transfer were best suited for me. I can’t say enough great things about the process. When I arrived I was treated so wonderfully and all my anxiety was completely cured. I knew I was in great hands with Dr. C and his staff. During the procedure I had no pain and woke up extremely comfortable. I was escorted to the Eden suite with Tamara who was extremely caring, considerate and treated me so well throughout the night. The next morning she accompanied me to my check up that went well and I knew I was on my way to a great recovery. Day 4 is when I really felt a huge difference. I ventured out, had a nice lunch and did a little bit of shopping. By day 7, the day I was flying home, I felt very confident and was ready to face the world. It’s been almost 2 weeks since my procedure and I keep feeling and looking better everyday. I am 57 years old and decided it was time to take care of my sagging neck that was bothering me socially and professionally. I had two friends go to Miami for the Eve Lift and were very happy. I began to research (and research some more) before taking the plunge to having a video consult with Dr. C. I instantly felt comfortable with Dr. C and his credentials checked off all my boxes. We are 4 weeks post surgery. My procedures included the Eve LIft, the Fat Transfer, and the CO2 Laser with Exosomes. I cant express how amazing this entire experience has been. What an amazing experience with absolutely stunning results! Neckline is truly transformed! Minimal bruising (one spot on my neck) and up and moving the next day. Not all practice’s focus on attaining a detailed pre-operative work up. Dr. Charafeddine has a Medical Director that reviews your medical history, physical examination and tests results to ensure your safety prior to the procedure. Unfortunately this is not always the case in other practices. He does not operate unless he receives clearance from the Medical Director. He genuinely ensures your safety and wellbeing are at the forefront.Not only is he a great surgeon but he’s also extremely compassionate and he’s surrounded by a very caring and knowledgeable team of elite professionals. His anesthesiologist is EXTREMELY experienced and very thorough in her pre-operative assessment. Finding this level of competency in a single practice is definitely NOT easy. Not to mention that he’s an artist because he refreshes your appearance significantly without loosing your natural resemblance..If you’re looking to save money this might not be the right fit. On a sidenote, I want to say that I saw many women coming in and out of there after surgery, and in the waiting room, and they all looked amazing! I even met one of his patients that was four months out and she looked spectacular as well.If you notice, he post one of his clients if they allow them to show their images. He doesn’t post just his best work. He post everything. And there are a lot of surgeons out there that only post their best work. But they don’t post every single client that they have. This says a lot about his Consistency in the surgery room.I hope this helps you make your decision when you decide when you’re ready to get your facelift.

I found Dr Charafeddine because I wanted a procedure without the risk of general anesthesia & minimal downtime - and I found everything I wanted and more. We had multiple zoom calls with Dr Charafeddine & Mimi (practice manager) - there was never, ever, a time limit to our calls. I asked , showed pictures, sent pictures - there was no pressure at all to do anything I didn’t want. In fact on a couple of matters, Dr C told me - ‘you don’t need this now’!!!! He loves his art, he loves his patients, he is clearly not in it for the money. Any Doctor’s bedside manner will be wanting after you work with Dr C.I even looped my best friend in - and we both felt so comfortable that we made the decision to proceed together!Ok the day we arrived in Miami, Dr C added an impromptu appointment at the end up of his day to see us in person before my procedure the next morning. Once again, he reviewed everything step, answered my questions again without any rush & gave me his personal cell phone number !!!!On the day of the procedure, all smiles at 7:30 in the morning he gave me all assurances & told me he would be there when I opened my eyes. And that’s exactly what happened. I left the hospital, awake & with minimal discomfort - with my Tylenol!I literally took Tylenol for the discomfort - wouldn’t call it pain, relaxed, watched tv. 1st thing in the morning following surgery , Dr C messaged me, reiterated the instructions & assured Me I was good to shower & wash my hair!!! Afternoon of day 1 , I went to the office to have the drain tubes removed.It got easier & easier from there - the next 4 days we talked & FT daily to check on progress of me & my friend! We had one last visit to remove a couple of small stitches before driving back home to Orlando (8 days after our EVE LIFTs)!If I had to make the decision now knowing what I know - I would do it again without a thought. I struggled all my life with my weight and after loosing over 130lbs, I was left with extra skin on my stomach.
