If you want it done right, you seek out the best. Distance is never an issue when results from the most skilled medical provider are possible. When my wife decided that she wanted cosmetic/plastic surgery we researched for several months. In doing so we kept coming back to Dr. Zuri of Zuri Plastic Surgery in Miami. We are from Boston but who can argue with Miami in the Fall. If you want the most experienced surgeon with 5-star service, Zuri plastic surgery is the way to go. More than awesome results and the outstanding surgeon and facilities are the staff. One can judge the quality of a practice by the body language and dedication of the staff. They all rock. We are health care providers and all of them could teach a thing or two to the staff around here. Also, we cannot forget to mention the post-operative services at Hydrology Wellness. It was our second home and was an amazing opportunity for the best in making the healing process extraordinary and easier. If you don’t want anything cosmetically done, Hydrology Wellness is worth the trip. I was so impressed; I had a consultation for some things I wanted and will be back next year as a patient

Dr. Zuri is a remarkable plastic surgeon! I am extremely happy with my choice to go to him for all of my needs and he has exceeded all of my expectations every time. He is a very caring surgeon and takes the time to make sure his patients are comfortable and informed about all procedures. After two surgeries with him, I went back to get lip filler done and to my surprise he even does the filler himself! Everyone in the office is super kind and the entire process is super comfortable. The office is very nice and clean, I don’t have one complaint about Dr. Z or anything else about his practice. I will be going to him for all future procedures. If you do research on Dr. Z’s history you will see that he was a general surgeon before becoming a plastic surgeon, and he helped reconstruct a shark bite patient. It is a beautiful story! He is a great person and surgeon, you will be in great care. I am so extremely happy with all of my results. Everything is so natural!

He is not only a great surgeon, but he is also personable which helped me feel comfortable getting past some of the awkwardness that comes with cosmetic surgery. He really listens and delivers! I’m very happy with my outcome. The nurses are all so sweet and gentle, AND patient! I had lots of questions and concerns and never did I feel unheard or rushed. After my initial consultation, more questions came up, no problem, they set up a call with Dr. Z and then a second one because I had MORE questions/concerns! They walk with you each step of the way. I appreciated the follow up call to check how I was doing post-op. Thankfully I was great, but again, just shows how they care about my experience and want to know their patient is good. I’m glad I had my procedure done with Dr Zuri and his team. I’m 52 but I have been extremely insecure about this part of my body since I was a teenager and after 2 natural deliveries, tummy tuck and the natural process of aging, I went out to find a caring, knowledgeable and professional surgeon. I didn’t experience mayor pain even within the first 24 hours and even though I’m not healed (4 weeks post op) I’m really happy with the result and recovery process.I had consultations with other Drs with good reviews and experience. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Zuri. He performed on me an extended abdominoplasty with muscle repair, liposuction to the flank and full back along with J Plasma. He took the time to explain every detail of my procedure and was incredibly cautious throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was his availability after surgery – he was always reachable to address any concerns. I highly recommend opting for the pain package, Prevena incision therapy and Artiss (add-ons) for optimal recovery. Also, for post-surgery care, the Hydrology Wellness Center is fantastic with their lymphatic massages, hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy, and IV treatments. The staff working at the Doctor’s office are excellent and very professional. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my results and care. Best plastic surgeon in Miami.

Dr. Zuri and his staff are extremely amazing, very professional. His office is always clean and neat. I traveled from Philadelphia to meet him after I did my research 😊At the consultation Dr. Zuri answered every question and concerns I had about my tummy tuck and also questions I had about getting a bbl later. He definitely takes the time to make sure you go home with all the information. I trusted him from the moment we shook hands!! He is the nicest person and a great and caring doctor, I am very picky when it comes to choosing my doctors. My surgery went great!! My scar is looking so good and it has been only 12 days after surgery. I do recommend getting the pain package, the Prevena dressing definitely helped keep my incision from getting anything that would compromise the healing process. I started my lymphatic massages 24 hours after the surgery. His Hydrology wellness center is beautiful!!! Maria did an amazing job!! The massages helped me with recovery. Dr. Z is one of the few quadruple board certified plastic surgeons in the country, so I felt very safe in his care. The pre op and post op instructions were very clear, and the medical team has always been quick to answer my questions. I had a breast aug, and on the day of surgery we discussed about going with 365cc. After surgery I was told that we ended up doing 295cc due to my frame and chest width, what could fit. I was a bit disappointed to hear this as I’m afraid the implants won’t be big enough. But I can’t wait for the healed results and overall I’m satisfied with the service I received. From start to finish, my experience with Zuri plastic surgery was 10/10!! The staff was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and gave me a sense of security! I traveled from Orlando and the whole experience was super seamless. I stayed at The Thesis Hotel with their partnership which was only about a mile from the office making visits super convenient. I received my pre-op on a Thursday, surgery on a Friday, and a post op the following Monday and Wednesday! I was definitely in great hands! I showed Dr. Z my inspo and he ran with it! He exceeded any and all expectations that I had and my outcome is PERFECTION (breast lift with implant). I am currently only 1 week post-op, but I can’t wait to see what the next few weeks hold. Let me start by saying, I am a plastic surgery connoisseur. I have had cosmetic procedures done in Miami, LA, New York, Boston & even Colombia. I inquired & in less than 24 hours received a response. I was referred to Dr. Z by a friend of mine who told me to request patient coordinator Yessenia so that is who helped me. From my inquiry, questions, deposit & everything in between pre my first office visit was absolutely seamless. Yessenia was available to me even after office hours (via email) 24/7 & was beyond a patient coordinator- she was like a personal concierge. Introduced herself in person for my pre op & was such a doll. A lot of coordinators after they receive the initial deposit/payment you don’t see them again so this went a long way with me. Once I arrived for my pre op I was assigned a nurse by the name of Gyslane. SO informative, smart, friendly, patient & down right genuine. I’ve had so many consults/pre ops that are very surface level & cold. (Here’s your prescriptions, we need these photos, be here tomorrow at 9- goodbye) Gyslane took so much time with me, thoroughly explained everything & answered all my questions. Truly went above & beyond. Can you believe I haven’t even got into the actual doctor or procedure yet? I am that blown away by the staff. These employees are so happy in their work environment & that speaks volumes for the doctor. (I wish I could remember my nurses name who was there when I woke up in the OR because she was also an angel. Long dark hair with round glasses. So attentive & patient)Back to when I arrived on the day of surgery, Dr. Zuri sat down right next to me, took his time to speak with me, made me feel beyond comfortable. He has such a genuine/calm aura about him that made me feel so secure & confident for the procedure I was about to do. I didn’t have a single ounce of anxiety or doubt in my mind. If I didn’t already have everything done (lol)- I’d let him do every procedure I needed. From my squared figure to an hourglass.I had MR, Tummy Tuck, 360 lipo, anterior chest lipo and a bbl. The only thing I regret is that I told him to be conservative on my butt , but who knew I would like it so much and would want it to look the same way before it went down.Get the pain package. With that the recovery was a breeze and I don’t know what pain is. I was just on Tylenol for the first 5 days after the surgery and didn’t need oxycodone.

De Markus was my Nurse Anesthetist down to earth came in the room before surgery made me feel relaxed. Dr. Zuri staff updated my family every 2 hours starting from the time I walked in surgery. I had a problem getting my pain med Oxy getting filled due to being out of stock so during surgery she updated my spouse on where the new script is being order so I can have when I come out of surgery. If I had a question I would just email Alexis and she responded very quickly. I was having pain due to Scar tissue from having 3 c-sections on my left side of my abdomen the cause years of pain! I had ETT, Lipo flanks & back. Yes I was very scared from the time I decided to have surgery and I’m happy that I did Dr Zuri found a lot of questionable tissue. I would recommend him any day I’m 40yrs old this my first elective procedure. I’m grateful to God I had no complications!! Dr Zuri you are amazing before & after my surgery.

I knew I was going to want plastic surgery after losing weight and had been researching surgeons for over a year and making a spreadsheet to help narrow down my options (I am type A and this was a big investment). I decided on Dr. Zuri for a few reasons....1. I wanted a plastic surgeon who had experience with weight loss patients and full body contouring.2. He is quadruple board certified.3. He has his own surgery center (lower costs) AND has medical privileges at 2 nearby hospitals (just incase something did go wrong).4. When searching his name/practice on multiple platforms (facebook groups, reddit, realself, etc) I only found great things being said about Dr. Zuri AND his team.5. I liked that he offered prevena, artiss, and a pain package.... HIGHLY recommend all 3 things!I had surgery 4 weeks ago and I could not be happier with my results so far as well as the entire experience from my consultation to my post op appointments. I will definitely be going back for a little more work hopefully sooner rather than later :)

My overall experience with Dr Zuriarrain was wonderful and also all his staffs. I wish I can rate him 10 out of 10!MMO has been on my mind since 2018. My journey started about 3 years ago seeking for a PS. I didn’t want to rush into this major surgery and not be happy with my end results. I didn’t understand what package was part of MMO and the terminology.I had 5 appointments with local PS in my area and looked through all their instagrams, pictures of their past clients with similar procedures that was on my MMO wish list. I just didn’t feel confident and comfortable with the Dr’s. I felt the connections weren’t a good fit after I left their offices. Most importantly, I felt I was just another number client on their book of business. They weren’t listening to what I wanted, felt it was a rushed appointment and wanted to sell me a service I did not want to add. After all my interviews with the PS Dr’s in my State and not even one cared to have their back office administrator check back to see if I have any additional questions.This was a huge investment for my family and I needed more answers, so I joined MMO FB groups. I had done Mr, Ett, Bl/Br, lipo to flanks, back, bra area, mons and JPlasma. I also added pain package and Prevena to help my TT and breast heal faster.Dr Z and his staff are so professional and amazing when I finally was in his office the day before surgery. The facility was extremely cleaned, his staffs very organized. My recovery was easy breezy. He provided his patients with medical preop recommendation and postop aftercare. Has a 24/7 nurse line to help answer any medical concerns after hour. I waited a long time before committing to this surgery and couldn’t ignore the amazing results I kept seeing come from this surgeon.I am now 6 days post op and healing very well. Not lopsided or crooked like I’ve seen from other surgeons.While the doctor is extremely busy, he still manages to take the time to give each patient the attention needed. I had a BBL revision done and breast lift and implant revision by Dr Z and they look A LOT better.Most of these Drs lately are all about the money and dont care about you as a patient but I dont get that vibe from Dr Z.I just did my breasts by Dr Z and I have the prevena on that is left on for 2 weeks so I cant see the final result BUT I did see the photos from the operating table and its night and day compared to the botch job I got from Dr Revis in Ft Lauderdale. I started my journey with Dr. Zuri in February 2021 when he performed my mommy makeover which included a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation with implants. I was utterly amazed by my results and the comfort I felt with Dr. Z and his team. Dr. Z performed a tummy tuck on my mom back in October. At first, I was extremely nervous about the procedure because my mom is 65, diabetic, and has high blood pressure. He told her she needed to lose 15 pounds before and also mentioned he would only do the procedure in the hospital. That made me feel better about my mom going through an invasive surgery. A couple of days after her surgery I was amazed at how great she looked.During the month of December I had a biopsy on my right breast due to a fibroid that grew almost 4 cm. After the biopsy my doctor recommended having the fibroid removed because it was going to continue growing and the fibroid was visible because of its location. I went through the procedure and the very next day I noticed a big change in my right breast. The right breast was a lot lower and smaller than the left. I went back to the doctor who removed the fibroid for my follow up and asked him if the change was something normal or did he think my implant was punctured. The doctor was unable to say but did recommend I follow up with a cosmetic surgeon.My mom spoke so highly of Dr. Z and seeing her results I decided to go for a consultation. I was able to go to the consultation on a Saturday which was great since I work Monday- Friday. The staff and Dr. Z were very pleasant and professional. Dr. Z saw the difference in my breast and knew right away that my right implant was definitely punctured. I scheduled my surgery that same day!The weeks following my surgery the surgery coordinator Barbie would follow up with me and check in to see if I had any questions. I went in the week before the surgery to discuss pre and post op questions and sizing. After sizing and discussing the look I was going for Dr. Z recommend I go for a different profile and a different size. At first I was nervous about the size but he assured me it would look great.Today makes 2 1/2 weeks from my surgery and I love the results! Dr. Z has even reached out to me over the weekend to check in and see how I have been doing. Amazing staff from beginning to end. The day of surgery the nurses were so nice. I did not have to wait for anything, I went straight to the room to get marked up and meet with the anesthesiologist. While getting marked up for some reason I kept almost fainting dr Zuri and staff were very patient with me. After markup I quickly went and got my surgery done. Everything was quick I expected to wait like they do at the high volume clinics but no everything was done quick! The pain package is worth it!! Make sure to order it. I am now day 4 post op and don’t need pain medication (neither Tylenol or oxy). I only took 2 high dosage pain killer the entire time and was fine with the Tylenol. Invest in the pain package. I got a lower body lift, breast lift, muscle repair, lipo to the flanks.Update - 1 year later I went for round 2, arms and thigh lift. Again, had a great experience! One of the reasons I chose him, is because of the how paper thin the incisions are on other patients that I’ve seen of his. My incisions are so precise that you can barely see them. My breast shape is great and they now look like the perky breasts I had in college. Due to my weight fluctuations I had a lot of loose skin and they pointed to the floor. But now they are lifted and look amazing. As for my back, the liposuction he did really brought in my waist and gave me an hourglass shape. My waist was very straight before. Since my surgery, I have received so many compliments saying I look great and it’s really giving me a confidence boost. I’m 3 months post op now and healing has been a breeze. I’m so happy with my results and I recommend Dr. Zuriarrain and Zuri Plastic Surgery to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon.

Dr. Z is Amazing at what he does! I was terrified and having serious anxiety before surgery until I met him in person. He seemed so excited on the day of surgery at 5am !! to the point that his energy made me less nervous. You can tell this isnt just a job for him, he looks at all of his patients like blank canvases where he can create art. Every staff treated me like family. The building and the inside was clean well organized and I felt like a Hollywood star getting her glam on. I had lower Body Lift, from the nurses to Dr.Z and my coordinator gave me such personal experience. I was escorted into the OR by my anesthesiologist and greeted by several nurses and DR.Z himself placed the BP cuff and relaxed me before the Surgery. My every question was answered and Dr.Z is extremely professional and the best of the best. Dr.Z and his staff are worth every penny I invested. I also followed Dr.Zs unique regimen before Surgery. I have followed through his post op care and I am healing wonderully in the first week. Oh, my lymphatic massages per Dr.Z recommendation are Awesome. Dr Z is an amazing doctor! Barbie his office manager was so helpful as well!! Definitely recommend! Their bedside manner is amazing they follow up and check on you!
