Amazing! Great customer service. My NP did a wonderful job. She had some Restylane left and asked if she could use it to support the volume elsewhere, and I agreed. She was attentive, and the experience wasn’t as uncomfortable as I expected. I highly recommend her!However, I was put off by one thing: the practice asked me for a tip. I’ve never been asked to provide a tip in this kind of setting before. Additionally, they repeatedly mentioned that I had a Groupon, which made me feel like I might be treated differently because of it.

Looking for subtle fillers and botox? This is the place you’re looking for. Not only is the staff extremely polite and professional, they are all well trained. George Burns is a very skilled professional with extreme attention to detail. He injected my chin, jaw, lips and smile lines, Bruising was minimal!!!! I have a facial droop cause by preexisting nerve damage and he fixed the asymmetry in my face. Not only that, I look so natural and balanced. No pillow face, no alien face. He restored my confidence! Thank you George and staff!

I purchased a Groupon with this place to get an iv drip. I get there and fill out their paperwork. After she calls me to this room, it looks weird, but ok, Im there waiting for the nurse practitioner to start the Iv. After like 15 minute she comes in she starts with my left arm she puts in the needle it was fine and then all the sudden the she finds out iv fluid is not going into my vein and a small lump started to form she said dont worry it wasnt much. Then she tries my right arm. She moved the needle inside my arm to find my vein. At this point, I had enough and was very uncomfortable. She did not seem to know what she was doing. The receptionist in the front has no common courtesy. I told her I needed to cancel my Groupon. She didnt even apologize she just said to call Groupon to cancel the order. I was charged 25.000 to cancel my previous appointment due to an emergency. She didnt have the decency to say sorry for the inconvenience, Ill refund the 25.00 or would you like to reschedule. So much for customer service.As everyone can see, Mr. Burn reached out, and I spoke to George, who was extremely professional and demonstrated the best customer service a person could receive. He refunded the late fee and offered to provide the service at no cost. At the time, it was not a good time for me. I was distracted with a project and wasnt able to reach back to him. George, my apologies it took this long to post my final experience with your business. Thank you, and may God continue to bless your business along with superb customer service.

I discovered this place through a Groupon for B12 injections, but when I saw their specials, and the quality of service and the efficiency of the staff, I realized this was THE PLACE I wanted to do laser hair removal, something I had put off for a long time because I couldnt find a place I trusted and felt comfortable with, and moreover, SOMEONE too.Thus, I signed up and met Patty, who I found very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. She is very familiar with the aesthetics of the laser, the different intensities to use it and what is suitable. In my case, it is laser beard area, which is quite dense. We always have a good time, and she follows up often during treatment to make sure I am feeling OK. I notice results and am happy with it.The staff at the front and check-in are very efficient, the girls always polite and professional. They know me by now, and it has never take more than 5 minutes to be called in.I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking laser hair removal, but particularly to my fellow male cohort, who like me, are a bit more reluctant to venture into these services, but looking back I am confident to say it was well worth the wait!

I had the Platelet-Rich Plasma facial with a 60 minute cleansing facial and added the an IV boost which is filled with all kinds of nutrients Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B-complex, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Amino Acids. I have been all over Miami receiving laser hair removal. Out of all the laser technicians Ive worked with, Maylin has been the best!! The entire staff is consistently friendly and professional. The ladies at the front desk (especially Irene!) are always informing me about upcoming deals to watch out for, but they never make me feel pressured or uncomfortable if Im not interested.At other medical spas, Ive had to assume Id be waiting at least 15 minutes after arriving to my appointment before itd even begin, but they are extremely prompt!! I step inside, and Im seen almost immediately. It makes planning my days a lot easier. The results for my treatment have also been incredible.I highly recommend MedSpa if you want to do business with safe and effective technicians!!!

In this city where medspas are a dime a dozen, it is refreshing to find a location with so much attention to detail. They all go out of their way to pamper you and make you feel like royalty. Ive been twice to CLP Med Spa. Both times the owners and staff have treated me like family (which Im not). They are friendly and make you feel instantly comfortable. The spa is brand new and very clean. The technician was knowledgeable and answered all my questions since this was the first time I had done laser hair removal. I was taken right in for my appointment. There was no pain and I noticed a difference after the first treatment so its working. Im scheduled for another session soon. Im very happy with the results so far!

I had the most wonderful experience here. I am not local to Miami so I was not sure where to go for my treatment. My husband purchased a groupon for dermal fillers as I have always wanted to try lip fillers. I was very nervous beforehand. But once I arrived, I knew we had chosen the right place. It was clean, organized, and spa like. The staff were so friendly and personable. They were able to squeeze me in the week I was there because someone canceled (so book ahead of time). The PA who performed my fillers spent an hour of her day with me. She asked me what I wanted them to look like; she looked at pictures I brought with me; she explained the whole procedure step by step beforehand and then again as we went through it; she stopped once she had used half the filler and made sure I liked the shape of my lip. So she built my lip and gave me the juicy pout I was looking for. I did not bruise at all. My lips were a bit swollen very late the same night. The swelling is supposed to be the worse on the second day. I didn’t notice very much more swelling and in fact, I kinda liked how plump they got for the evening. My lips were not sore at all day 2. I loved my experience there. Book your appointment and go see these professionals! I seriously will consider flying back here for maintenance because I trust them so much.

I love that they are not just pushing the next service on you, or push you to purchase products. They have happy hour specials and have great specials going on all the time.

He is very clear and I like the way he takes time to explain things. The place is very clean and based on the way I was treated by the owner and the rest of the staff, I will definitely go back. Also, I will mention that I was skeptical since it was a Groupon but no need, there was absolutely no problem and you receive EXACTLY what the Groupon says you will receive. I rate 5 stars for my experience because I believe it was just an oversight on the receptionists part and the staff made sure everything else was superb. You will not be sorry if you go!!!
