I LOVE this place!!! In my late 40’s I have spent so much time in the sun and not taking very good care of my skin! I have been doing treatments here for over a year now and I can honestly say that I cannot believe the difference I have seen in my skin!! Ivette works miracles and has so many amazing treatments that have literally transformed my skin!! She also has helped both of my teenagers with their acne! She is so nice and knowledgeable and the place is immaculate! Highly recommend!

Ivette is amazing. She developed a plan for my acne prone/ maske skin. It was very red and irritated with all the products I was using for my acne. She was able to restore my skins barrier with dermal infusion treatments and recommendations of products. After restoring my skins barrier, we have been able to treat it for the acne with different peels and I am finally at the point where I can do more intense treatments. Ivette has completely transformed my skin and helped me to restore my confidence. This is no one month, before and after glow up. It has taken over 5 months to get to where I am, and we still have so far to go. Overall, the state of my skin is SO much better! It has taken a lot of trust and patience but she has saved my skin and we are on our way to glowy, beautiful, radiant skin.

What a nice spa like environment. I cannot say enough good things about Dermal Health Center. There are many of these places that I have been to and I have never seen a doctor. Here you work directly with a doctor which is fantastic. I have never felt so comfortable or at ease with a service as I have here. Dr. Chambless is the best, she is professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. She works with you schedule and does the best she can to see you. She listens and does not push products or services like other places. If she can help you with something she will and she will explain the entire process in detail and will answer any questions you may have. I purchased some skin care products from her as well and they are amazing. She carefully explained everything and they work great. The prices are very competitive and service you receive is worlds above the competition. If you are looking for hair removal or a multitude of other skin related services Dermal Health Center is the place to go.UPDATEI have been going here for years. This is the best spa in Miami my favorite thing is a Hydro facial so amazing and makes me feel like a whole new person . I also got my first Botox treatment here which was scary to think of but turned out perfect. There are so many gadgets and gizmos and I want to try them all. I look forward to every visit. This is the most accommodating, caring, professional spa in Miami. She truly goes out of her way for all of her clients to explain, answer questions and takes her time with more patients than anyone I have met in Miami. The only problem is if you start going, you’re never gonna want to stop. If you are looking for a spa (she does so many services) in the Miami area, this is where you should go.

Ive been going to Dermal Health Center for over a year now. The one-eighty, in changes, that my skin has done is amazing! I suffered from hyper-pigmentation, scarring, clogged pores, hormonal acne, cystic acne, you name it - Ive been through it. Dermal Health Center has brought my skin back to life (literally). The care, attention, and knowledge behind the work that is done is exactly why I continue to go back. I also had/have to be patient because good things dont always happen over night. It takes time for your skin to get to a healthy/glowing state. Book your consultation because I know you will not be disappointed.

Ive had acne my whole teenage life, because of her I now have confidence in myself. She cured my acne and have no scars. I felt safe that my acne was getting treated by her, she always described the procedure and educated me on what she was doing. I have been a patient of Dermal Health Center (Dr Ivette Chambless) since 2018. I took a leap of faith reaching out to her solely based on a sign I saw off of US1 and I am so glad I did!!! I had been dealing with breakouts, uneven skin tone, sun damage, hyperpigmentation and a botched dermaplaning session that left me with some pretty nasty scarring-which I thought could never be erased! Boy, was I wrong, LOL! Dr Ivette Chambless repaired my skins texture, erased my scarring and improved the hyperpigmentation with facials, chemical peels, laser treatments to target acne and of course pharmaceutical grade products that were designed just for me. I have to mention Dr Chambless is a board certified skin specialist in dermatology procedures, laser, electrology, injectables, anti-aging, advanced acne, facial aesthetics and a whole lot more.I will NEVER trust my face/skin to anyone else! Dr Chambless is humble, smart, kind, professional, beautiful and above all else she truly cares! It does not matter what your skin tone is or the condition of your skin. She will thoroughly examine your skin and make a plan to achieve amazing results just like I have. She is truly the best in her field...I promise you will not be disappointed.

Words cant express how much I absolutely love this place. Yvette, has provided services to my 11 Year old dealing with hormonal acne & myself dealing with adult acne & excessive oil production. I had some skin tags removed. Excellent service. This is not a franchise where they change the doctors on a regular basis like other places I have been to. She is very knowledgeable, and has many different treatment options for whatever you may need.
