Really good experience when you compare with other practices where they are rude from the get go in the reception; here they will treat you well; clean place but above all the doctor will spend time with you!!! YES!! And guess what he even talk to you and tell you what’s going on and what are the next steps!!!I know all this years of bad/terrible service at doctor’s office made us lower the bar so low that we are surprised when we receive good attention, but maybe there is hope!!

What Dr Kerdel has done for me is just short of a miracle, he has many great qualities. He listens, takes time to carefully explain any issues and very careful with his treatments. I see Dr Kerdel at the South Miami location, it’s very hard to find a competent dermatologist but Dr Kerdel checks all the boxes.

Nicolau and if I had to go to a Dermatologist, she would be my number one choice. Great communicator, patient, and. kind. I drove all the way from Boca Raton for my appointment as this doctor came highly recommended to me . I had an exceptional experience!!! From the moment I walked in I noticed that the office is extremely organized and clean which I really like. I had a small bump on the tip of my nose for over a year. Dr. Kerdel extracted it by doing a punch hole biopsy. It turned out to be a small ruptured cyst so Im happy he was able to get it out. The procedure did leave a small scar which he treated with one laser session. The scar hasnt gone away, but he referred to me to a laser specialist for more intensive treatment. Overall my experience with Dr. Kerdel and his staff was very nice. They were attentive and scheduling was easy. I will go back for any dermatological needs.
