I was introduced to Yolanda a few years by a mutual colleague, and was immediately drawn to her warm and welcoming disposition. After finding out that she was a physician, having licenses in two Latin countries, I immediately began to ask her about her story, and was blown away by her extensive experience in the medical arena, as well as in permanent makeup. Although Yolanda is not a doctor here in the U.S., her office protocol and skilled hands identify her as a licensed medical pro. When I decided to have my own eyeliner tattooed, I knew that Yolanda was the the right artist for the job! Her numbing techniques were amazing (I didn’t feel a thing!), and the execution of my eyeliner was exquisite. My eyes are now kicked up a notch and stand out beautifully with the crisp black liner enhancing my lashes. My next stop will be for Yolanda to tattoo my LIPS, as I’ve been dying to get a beautiful lip-blush pigmentation....I can’t wait!

Yolanda is a wonderful professional person. Very into details and care for her clients. Her past experience as a doctor makes her standing out because she’s cautious about what she is doing and being extra careful about sanitizing and hygiene of the tools on her clients. I was very skeptical about who I chose for my permanent lip make up but I am so glad I went to PMI ......Im extremely happy with the results. Yolanda is extremely experienced and such a beautiful person. I did permanent lip makeup to even out my lips and also to make them fuller without having to inject them or look over done and without having to constantly reapply lip liner and lip stick! . I wanted a natural look and thats what I got. Now my lips look full all the time! Yolanda does exactly what you want but also gives her opinion based on her experience. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! 💋

I had a great experience going to Permanent Makeup International to have my eyeliner tattoo.Yolanda is very passionate in what she does, she treated me like if I was a family member without even knowing me. She was very kind in all the process she was asking me how I was doing, if I had any pain. Treating my eye like if it was hers. She was letting me know every single thing she was doing on my eyes. The room was very relaxing, clean, comfortable and secure. I had no pain on my eyes when must of the people think it hurts a lot but with her professional job I didnt feel any pain. She also explain before starting the eyeliner tattoo everything that I was signing for. She gave me a bag with all of the things I needed to treat well my eyes at home. It has been only 3 days I had my eyeliner tattoo and no pain at all, they are not swollen and they do not look like they where tattooed. I totally recommend her, she does a great job. I am very happy and satisfied.

Today I can only THANK GOD!!! For putting Yolanda in my path, I had a very unpleasant experience with eyeliner since I didnt like it at all, but thanks to Yolanda today I can see myself in the mirror again because she was able to remove that tattoo, today I compare her with him King Midas because for me everything he touches turns to gold. A super special person and very professional and careful in his work. THANK YOU MY GOD!!! For having guided me to her...✌️
